Hi,Would it be possible for someone at Razer to please provide a firmware update for the Blackwidow V3 Chroma TKL keyboard that changes the default color profile to solid green instead of cycling? Long story:I use the keyboard with 2 setups and I go through a USB switch that acts like a KVM for the keyboard.  When I switch to one of the PCs, once in a while the lighting doesn’t come up (the keyboard works fine it’s just the lighting is off), and I need to unplug and re-plug the keyboard back in.  If I don’t use any Razer software, everything works fine, but I don’t want the keyboard lighting cycling as I use it for productivity a lot. (As a sidenote, on the PC that his this issue, it uses Oracle Virtualbox for a VM, but the VM does use any USB, but I suspect some kind of interaction between that and the razer software that causes this glitch once in a while - if I don’t run a VM I don’t see the issue when switching) Thanks

I am planning on buying huntsman mini,The red switch one is for around 100$  On my amazon and purple ones are like 130$,They are the same thing or rapid trigger only work on purple switches? I really wanna know the differnt among these 2

the keyboard work just fine but rgb does not light up,  already pushed de reset button but nothing happen, cleared all profiles on razer synapse, install new razer synapse 3 and 4, and without software to. fn plus brightness the same. caps lock light isn t working, no water damageany solution for this?

Hello there I’m curious if anyone has dealt with this before or I’m just crazy or doing something wrong with the key board along the edges of the mouse pad plastic I’m getting these little weird shark fin shaped cracks this happened to the first keyboard and thankfully they replaced it but were skeptical if I damaged it which is understandable but now the new replacement has started to form these same cracks it sucks cause eventually they weaken and the crack will chip away I’m in no way bashing the product as I enjoy the key board I just don’t understand why this keeps happening this is prolly a  four month old replacement and has never been dropped as I keep it on my desk thanks for any replies just trying to figure out why these keeps happening as I really like the keyboard. Pictures attached of the keyboard that was replaced as well as this new one with the same exact cracks forming.

I have a BlackWidow V4 Pro. But i want to change the keycaps to the pudding ones (Razer Phantom Keycap Upgrade Set). My question is if this set has all the keys that are also on the keyboard self like the M1-5 buttons?

Just bought the new Razer Black widow V4 pro today upgrading from the non pro version and am a little upset to find that the 2.4 GHz function does not work at all. I don’t know if another product may be causing issues with this, but I tried pairing the keyboard through my basilisk hyper polling dongle, it says that the device wasn’t discovered or registered.I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled synapse and tried to remove and install and drivers still left over. Plugging the included 2.4 hyper polling dongle from the Black widow does absolutely nothing in synapse or give me the change to try to pair. Works with Bluetooth, but not ideal for gaming. Please help. I’ve tried the separate pairing utility but the app does not include the new Black widow keyboard.

Hello guys! curious, how long lives your battery on Blackwidow v4 Pro 75%? mine board can work on 2.4 mode  on 1000hz polling and 35% Oled + 50% keys brightness only 8-10 hours of using. between other brands its extra low, as for me.

Anyone one experienced any such thing where this keyboard was used only for gaming like RDR2 or COD WZ and it had stopped charging all of a sudden with only 5 months of use ??? Tried charging with other usb c cables and other computers (my laptop) but didnt work. It just keep on showing 1% charging and doesnt go up.

i want to use snap tap with my base model of huntsman mini, what does it even do?

How can you disable the sleep key, when i press FN + Z. I accidentally do it a lot as i have a function i use for map editing and i confuse it sometimes. Closes out everything.I tried changing the power settings and having sleep do nothing but the keyboard still puts the PC to sleep so that doesn’t work. I’m not pulling the key off as i need the Z key. Looks like a ton of people have this issue and razer just kind of said, “oh well, deal with it”Anything else i can try?

The damned GDP of CHINA (it’s an OBSCENE total lol) is CHEAPER than these EXTREMELY OVERPRICED peripherals. Then factor in that MOST of the hardware has many, many issues that they seem to not care about fixing as much as releasing new software versions and the SAME bugs STILL EXIST. My issue specififcally right now is the NumPad on the right of my Cynosa Lite DOES NOT WORK PERIOD!!!!!!! Not to mention ANOTHER Razer affiliated company (Govee) advertised lights that are SUPPOSED to be WiFi & BT enabled and supported as well as interfacing with Synapse… They misrepresented the item as it DOES NOT support WiFi at all so buying them specifically for the features advertised was a total waste….  I mean Ive found threads that are FIVE YEARS OLD & the SAME ISSUE still exists. Get with the f**Kin program already…..

Hello,I have a (now very old) Blackwidow Chroma v1 and it works MOSTLY well. This issue has been around for a while, however because I am now working from home more it really is starting to bother me.I have some issues as some of my keys are not working despite being lit up, such as numbers 1-3,7-9 on the right hand keypad as well as the down button. Another side problem which doesn’t bother me as much but it still weird is that despite selecting one colour on Static, say blue, z & n flicker orange, 6 on the number pad is a bright cyan. I have tried, ‘factory resetting it’, by that I mean putting it into demo mode and back to user mode. I’ve spent all day taking apart the keys, dusting it and cleaning the board with isopropanol, nothing has seemed to work so I believe the issue has to be electrical. I have checked all the drivers and Razer synapse for any updates but everything is up to date.I am very aware the issue may be because of its age (10+ years) but I am just hoping there

Product name - RAZER cynosa Chroma Keyboardits been about 4 years since purchase (Warranty does not cover this)very light usage, suddenly I found my Top row Function keys not functioning (F1-F12), Print screen , Scroll lock, “`” and escape key share the same (not functioning)Attempted solution steps|Hard reset, Driver updates all performed, none gave positive results. Checked with 2-3 other systems same issue persists in all systems. Narrowed down to keyboard hardware issue. proceed to do a deep clean of internal boards, same issue persists. I am seeking support regd parts availability/Spares or any authorized service center, Location @ Chennai, India.

Hello, I just bought an Razer Ornata V3 and I have a big Problem. If i hold down the W and A (or W and D) keys simultaneously and click E - the E-Click will not be recognized? Is that normal or do I miss something? -Sorry for my bad english

Hi. Mananged to snap my enter-keycap on a 2023 Razer blade 14 with nordic keyboard layout. Tried reaching out to Razer support for spare parts, but no luck. Any ideas to where I can get a new key cap, or perhaps a replacement keyboard?

Hello,I bought the Razer Huntsman V2 last Thursday from Currys Store here in the UK, though I have not opened the box yet!After reading on the keyboard, I read that the RGB default lighting is Spectrum and I’ll need to use the Synapse software at all times for RGB lighting effects to remain as exiting will revert back to the default spectrum RGB.I read that there are preset lighting effects where you can press FN+CTRL+1-7 keys to change the lighting manually without the dependency of the synapse software. The question is, does this setting remain saved? I’m reading conflicting information on the web including reddit that this works for the Razer Huntsman TE/Mini. but others are saying on the Amazon UK reviews that as soon as your PC restarts or wakes up from sleep mode the keyboard will return back to Spectrum RGB lighting. Let’s just say I want to turn the RGB lighting completely off from the keyboard or increase or decrease the brightness using the keyboard button presets. Hi, I’ve had issues with the keys on my keyboard for a long time now and some buttons just don’t work at all.The power/standby button now doesn’t work.I took it to my local mobile/laptop repairs store and he got it working again but only temporarily. He said I would need to find a replacement keyboard entirely for the product number RZ09-03102W02 but I just can’t find it anywhere. I need access to this laptop! Very frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hey everyone,I've noticed a frustrating trend with keyboards using Razer's orange switches—they tend to become faulty after just a few weeks of use, and mine was no exception. For those of you who love the keyboard itself but are dealing with faulty switches, what replacement did you opt for?I'm eyeing Gateron switches as a potential solution, but I'm unsure which ones to choose. Ensuring vivid RGB lighting remains vibrant is preferable for me, so I'm leaning towards clear switches. So i just got the new KB, and took it to a friends to play, in my backpack. I got home and not the keyboard is just sending a wave of colors left to right, i've uninstalled Synapse, and reinstalled it. It will not connect BT, and no matter what i do, when i type on it, the colors turn off, and nothing happens. Is there is key lock or something? Im lost on what to do next, and i cannot find anything on this issue.

Which option should I choose to benefit the most? Thanks!
