I want to know what the actuation force for the switch is

Today, while moving my keyboard (huntsman V2 tenkeyless) to another room, it fell and now I noticed that one of my switches is no longer working. I've been looking online and found them on AliExpress, also on Amazon, but they're not available, and I'm wondering if these switches will be of a good quality or not. The keyboard is out of warranty and does not have razer care

A few days ago I bought a keyboard Blackwidow v4 pro, and when I try to use it, the keys "i", "h" and the arrow pointing to the right do not work correctly. I try to use the keyboard with an other computer but i still having the same problem.

ive just bought this new key board and installed the razar synapse and razar chroma rgb and then all of my lights just turned off i have no clue how to turn them back on or why they are off and i am at the point of stopping ever considering buying a razar prodouct again can someone please help me turn my lights back on thank you

How do you turn off the analong because when im playing marvel rivals its messing things up and makes my camera drift without me holding the mouse.

i have a Huntsman mini analog keyboard and Snap Tap option does not appear in synapse 4.Do you know any solution or is it simply not available?

I'm using razer blackwidow v3 pro and I'm experiencing some issue. the dongle and usb connection is readable but I can't type anything, the keyboard lighting rainbow wave colors and when I tap a single key it do the ripple effect but I can't type anything even the wind, alt, all of the keys are not functioning. hope u guys help!

Basically when i bought it space was working with w and other keys then slowly when 2-4 days passed my space didnt work anymore with w and some other keys like a s d z x c  and yes i do clean my keys regularly, im realy tired of this problem and cant find a solution and i dont wanna buy another one

The razer support team could entirely be axed and replaced with a mid level LLM. They should really look into it, could save a lot on operations costs.Fifteen emails back and forth for them to ask me the same question every time, assure me my ticket was being elevated to a higher level, and ignore my very direct questions. It’s like they’re trained to be actively hostile to their customers.I just want to add another keypair to snap tap. There is documentation online that shows this is supposed to be a feature. Yet it is absent in my version of synapse. An uninstall, a reinstall, a firmware update, two logger downloads, my log uploads, a F U CK ING SCREEN RECORDING OF MY ISSUE. And the response I get after 7 days of being assured an internal team was looking into it? “If you have more than one snap tap compatible device connected, you should be able to turn the feature on and off for each keyboard in the customize tab. Thanks for your suggestion.” What???Yeah that’s about enough for me.

when rapid trigger is enabled it double types. The only way to fix it is to turn on typing mode but when typing mode is on it resets everytime to custom.

I keep having an issue where my volume keeps randomly going up or down without me even touching the knob on the keyboard. It’s annoying because it randomly will be super high or it will lower all the way down to 0. I saw a thread on it, but there was no solution since it was handled directly through a DM. Wondering if I could get any help on this. 

I currently have a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2016 Keyboard.  It’s starting to show its age, and I’d like to get a new Razer one.  However, while I’d like to stay with a Mechanical type keyboard, I’d like one less loudly clicky?I don’t know if my keyboard is compatible with switching out the key switches, or if there is a comparable newer one with the quieter switches available.Advice and input would be appreciated!

Hi,Would it be possible for someone at Razer to please provide a firmware update for the Blackwidow V3 Chroma TKL keyboard that changes the default color profile to solid green instead of cycling? Long story:I use the keyboard with 2 setups and I go through a USB switch that acts like a KVM for the keyboard.  When I switch to one of the PCs, once in a while the lighting doesn’t come up (the keyboard works fine it’s just the lighting is off), and I need to unplug and re-plug the keyboard back in.  If I don’t use any Razer software, everything works fine, but I don’t want the keyboard lighting cycling as I use it for productivity a lot. (As a sidenote, on the PC that his this issue, it uses Oracle Virtualbox for a VM, but the VM does use any USB, but I suspect some kind of interaction between that and the razer software that causes this glitch once in a while - if I don’t run a VM I don’t see the issue when switching) Thanks

I am planning on buying huntsman mini,The red switch one is for around 100$  On my amazon and purple ones are like 130$,They are the same thing or rapid trigger only work on purple switches? I really wanna know the differnt among these 2

the keyboard work just fine but rgb does not light up,  already pushed de reset button but nothing happen, cleared all profiles on razer synapse, install new razer synapse 3 and 4, and without software to. fn plus brightness the same. caps lock light isn t working, no water damageany solution for this?

Hello there I’m curious if anyone has dealt with this before or I’m just crazy or doing something wrong with the key board along the edges of the mouse pad plastic I’m getting these little weird shark fin shaped cracks this happened to the first keyboard and thankfully they replaced it but were skeptical if I damaged it which is understandable but now the new replacement has started to form these same cracks it sucks cause eventually they weaken and the crack will chip away I’m in no way bashing the product as I enjoy the key board I just don’t understand why this keeps happening this is prolly a  four month old replacement and has never been dropped as I keep it on my desk thanks for any replies just trying to figure out why these keeps happening as I really like the keyboard. Pictures attached of the keyboard that was replaced as well as this new one with the same exact cracks forming.

I have a BlackWidow V4 Pro. But i want to change the keycaps to the pudding ones (Razer Phantom Keycap Upgrade Set). My question is if this set has all the keys that are also on the keyboard self like the M1-5 buttons?

Just bought the new Razer Black widow V4 pro today upgrading from the non pro version and am a little upset to find that the 2.4 GHz function does not work at all. I don’t know if another product may be causing issues with this, but I tried pairing the keyboard through my basilisk hyper polling dongle, it says that the device wasn’t discovered or registered.I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled synapse and tried to remove and install and drivers still left over. Plugging the included 2.4 hyper polling dongle from the Black widow does absolutely nothing in synapse or give me the change to try to pair. Works with Bluetooth, but not ideal for gaming. Please help. I’ve tried the separate pairing utility but the app does not include the new Black widow keyboard.

Hello guys! curious, how long lives your battery on Blackwidow v4 Pro 75%? mine board can work on 2.4 mode  on 1000hz polling and 35% Oled + 50% keys brightness only 8-10 hours of using. between other brands its extra low, as for me.

Anyone one experienced any such thing where this keyboard was used only for gaming like RDR2 or COD WZ and it had stopped charging all of a sudden with only 5 months of use ??? Tried charging with other usb c cables and other computers (my laptop) but didnt work. It just keep on showing 1% charging and doesnt go up.

i want to use snap tap with my base model of huntsman mini, what does it even do?

How can you disable the sleep key, when i press FN + Z. I accidentally do it a lot as i have a function i use for map editing and i confuse it sometimes. Closes out everything.I tried changing the power settings and having sleep do nothing but the keyboard still puts the PC to sleep so that doesn’t work. I’m not pulling the key off as i need the Z key. Looks like a ton of people have this issue and razer just kind of said, “oh well, deal with it”Anything else i can try?
