I have a quick question about my Huntsman V2, are the Switches able to be hotswaped? because i've been looking into getting some of the Linear Optical Switches instead of the Clicky Optical Switches it came with. any info would be great, Thanks!

Just posting to share my experience with the Blackwidow v4 pro. Purchased around 9 months ago, about a month ago I started to notice occasional double spaces where I only intended to put one. I brushed this off as a typing or software issue on my end and ignored it until it started to happen every 3-4 presses of the space bar. I followed the online guide and tried reinstalling and updating my firmware and synapse software, which made the problem significantly worse. Now it only registers a space bar press about half the time and the times when it does register them, they’re often double presses. It also started to happen with other keys. I’m working through the support process in hopes of receiving a replacement (which, based on what I’ve seen, will likely develop the same problem again another few months on). Just posting this to add to the chorus of people experiencing this issue in the hopes that Razer will eventually address what is clearly a hardware issue and not one of user erro

Been wanting to get the Razer BlackWidow V4 with the yellow switches but there are no options for one with the yellow switches, any idea when that will be avalible?

Hello :) I have a little Question today i buyed a V4 75% and dind´t  look at the layout xD My current Keyboard has German Layout how Z and Y is changed but the V4 has US Layout Can i change the keycaps from Z and Y and thats it to get my German layout? in Windows i have German Typing and Keyboard so here is no Problem  

Can i save my keyboard profiles on a PC with Synapse and use them on another PC without Synapse? Because i can‘t download Synapse on the PC at work.

I am writing to inquire about the Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini as I am experiencing some issues with a few of the switches that have stopped working properly. I am considering replacing these switches and, at the same time, exploring the possibility of converting the keyboard to a hotswap system for easier future replacements.In order to proceed with these modifications, I would need to know the dimensions and technical specifications of the PCB to determine whether it is feasible to install hotswap sockets. While using my Blackwidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed, the whole QWERTY row went bananas. For example, if I type “q”, it reflects “aq1\”, if I type “w”, it reflects “swz2”, if “Tab” is pressed, it reflects as if “Esc” + “Tab” + “Caps” are being pressed, and so on with that whole row. The rest of the keys are working as intended. No spills on keyboard, updated to last firmware, I even tried the “out of demo mode”, factory reset and unistalling driver with Device Manager, and still getting the same issue. PLEASE HELP ASAP!

I currently am due for an upgrade from my Blackwidow Elite due to the faulty volume wheel. I am looking at the blackwidow V4 but I noticed Razer no longer sells tactile switches (equivalent to cherry mx brown). It’s either green (clicky) or yellow (linear). Why does Razer no longer provide orange switches as an option?

I have a Blackwidow Ultimate 2016, and the W key is shot. what Keycaps are compatible please. 

Hello, so I accidentaly delete the keyboard firmware from device manager but after scaning the missing device, it not showing up.. can someone help me with this situation? i can’t use my ‘fn’ key to control volume, etc. thank you. 

Hello, I apologize for not knowing the exact namings of the features, however when I play Fortnite or Diablo the keyboard start using lightning effects specific for the game and for Fortnite specifically when different event occurs different lightning effect is applied.With that said I just want to set the keyboard lightning effect to one of those lightning effect permanently, however I don’t have the slightest idea how to find it. The effect I am referring is when you win a game in Fortnite it starts glowing yellowish/orange in a warm sunset pattern.If anyone has any insight how I can find it, I would be forever grateful!

Updated to Synapse 4, i exported all my macros from synapse 3 and imported them again one by one, problem is now i see a few of them double, its like some of them were saved in the cloud from the previous synapse or somewhere in the local files? when i try to assign one in my keyboard they appear in the drop down menu, but they are nowhere to be found in the macro creation / list (module) so i can delete them. what gives? how can i delete the extra macros (i dont want to delete the imported ones since i wanna be able to edit them)

Hello, I want to use the  Orbweaver  in different ways, depending on whether I am using a 12 button mouse or controller.  Is there a way to set up the connect to game to accept a different profile for the same game? Synapse 3 can do this with the Tartarus, but I’m unclear how to do it on an orbweaver.

Hi,I've had Tartarus for a few years now, but it's been in a drawer for the past few years. I was using the Gamesir Aimswitch VX2 which is a wireless gaming keyboard which was great but the 'W' key stopped working and the device was unusable. So I pulled Tartarus out of the drawer hoping to be able to play games again. But I figured out why Tartarus was in the drawer. Although it works fine in windows (it simulates WASD keys), when I start any game it stops working. Although it reacts jerkily to key presses, it is unusable. I thought it would be because it was conflicting with the XBox controller. So I removed the XBox driver and thought that would work. But it doesn't work. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Láďa

Hey there first time posting on here I have already contact support about this and are waiting on a response but wanted to ask here to see if anyone has had this before.I’ve owned this keyboard for almost a year now and have never had problems with it but recently some of my keys have been misbehaving mostly one my “wasd” keys but it makes sense I would notice them out of anything.as an example say I was playing a game and went to press and hold down my a key sometimes nothing happens, if I continue to hold that key down after a few seconds the key will now kick in and work or if I lift and re press works straight away. Never had this issue before and am a bit confused what could cause it, I have try alot of steps >uninstalling device>uninstalling razer>Removing it from windows and re downloading drivers.>tried on a different computer.>cleaned around the keys with a qtip and a little isopropyl alcoholFor it to still happen its a very doesn't happen with every key press b

I just got my Tartarus v2 and I’m pretty happy with it, but I have a few things I want to do with it, but I cant seem to figure out how.  1)screen overlay: I’d like a screen overlay to pop up when I change keymaps to the keymap name. That way I am 100% sure which keymap I just scrolled to or accidently scrolled to. I understand that there are lights on the device that show the keymaps, but that is stupid. I don’t want to look down to figure out waht keymap I’m on. Without a screen overlay, I feel I must dedicate keys to specific keymaps, and then that starts eating up keys on my Tartarus, which brings me to my second problem. 2)combo-key macros: how do I assign a macro/function to pressing 2 keys at the same time? I get the feeling that this can’t be done, which sucks, bc this would make the device much better. Then I could just keep my fingers on the home row, and use my pinky finger to change from attack macros to build macros or something like that. It could essentially quadruple th

Hello,my new Razer Cynosa V2 stops working every 10min and a Windows message appears: usb device not recognized. The last usb device you connected malfunctioned…  I need to uninstall it from device manager and than sometimes after plug in and out it works again…I tried on all Usb ports I have. All direct to motherboard.Also tried the keyboard on a different PC (windows 7). same windows message..I don´t use the Razer software because it froze my PC and I don´t need to play with the lights.I use Windows 11 Somebody has any solutions for this problem? Hi everyone, I am having an issue with my Blackwidow V4 Pro keyboard and Synapse 4. Both keys M1 (not M5 like in the heading … sorry, can’t be changed afterwards) and ENTER cannot be selected to manually change their color. The keys themselves work perfectly well and are also lit and are colored but cannot be manually selected inside Razer Chroma. Inside chroma you also see on the screen that both keys are not outlined, they cannot be selected. I tried installing the latest firmware, I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, not working. Besides it is impossible to move that keyboard onto the mousepad, which works perfectly with my other keyboard (Razer Huntsman V2 Analog). 

My  Razer keyboard worked perfectly until  a month ago when it  started behaving weirdly. Some keys  (mostly D, Space and 0), when pressed once  output double or even triple  the  characters.It  is  happening  right now with my spacebar.I didn’t have this problem before and I never changed my  PC. I have already tried updating the firmware, switching Synapse  versions and even using the Synapse Beta  version.Nothing worked so I  sent it to a specialist to clean the switches. However that was not the problem. It is still double typing and it  is so annoying. I read something about  polling rate  online but there is no such option in Synapse for the keyboard,  only for the mouse.

What Version is Huntsman Elite RZ03-011871100-R3U1 with red key switches. Look more orange than red.Have had this since it first came out.

Hi. I have this Razor Ornata V2 for just over 2 years. So far I’ve been very pleased with it.Unfortunately this morning I experienced very annoying issue.When typing, 2 first rows of letters, from Q to L, were typing two letters on single press. More annoying that it wasn’t the same letter but the letter from pressed key and a letter next to it. This way, after pressing A, i received AS, pressing D, i received DE.All numbers, and bottom row of letters were working fine.I tried to change USB port and I tried every USB port available. Nothing changed. I tried to unistall the software and install it again. Nothing changed. I’ve even installed a beta version of Synapsis. No succes. I decided to try the last option and if that wouldn’t work, I’d have to buy a new keyboard.I took my Ornata V2 to the garage and blew storng air from my compressor. I blew the air intensively for few minutes. I went to test it and when I got to my office the keyboard slipped of the desk and fell on the floor.I t

I recently purchased the keyboard, but it has not resolved the color error for the F3, E, D, and F12 keys. The F3 key does not represent red RGB and the lights do not turn off completely for the 3, E, and D keys. In addition, the D and F12 keys have a complex problem of not being able to represent blue colors. The A/S center is called normal operation.(I've tried the same method as reinstalling Synapse 3, disabling Windows Dynamic Lighting, resetting the keyboard factory, reinstalling Windows, connecting to other PCs, but it hasn't worked out. For Black Widow V3, which I've been using for 3 years, it works perfectly.) it
