I bought this keyboard a few days ago and turns out it doesn’t work when I turn on my pc. For It to work, I have to disconnect the cable and plug it back in. I’ve updated drivers for everything on my PC, I’ve also updated the firmware on the keyboard yet it doesn’t work properly. Also tried with a different cable but same outcome. Any solution or idea on what it could be? Keyboard model: RZ03-03390

My keyboard won’t work and every time I click on it when plugged up it sends a ripple of green light throughout the keys, I’ve tried to plug it to a different USB in the pc but that hasn’t worked either.

I plug it in and it lights up and the keys work but the option to change the input from controller to keyboard doesn’t show up

Like in the titleCan i replace the Razer Green Switches from BlackWidowV3 Mini to Kailh Box White?They write that they are compatible with keyboards based on Cherry/Gateron/Kailh switches but I don't know what company produces switches for RazerI know that after replacement I will lose the warranty

I was having trouble with the volume control on my keyboard - just hitting the mute button and unmuting fixed it - thanks

i have an razer huntsman elite keyboard and i dont know why but the keyboard is acting odd, few of the key always are of diffrent colour irresective  of colour also i cant ress vital keys such as enter and few more keys i tried uninstalling razer but the roblem stayed it did go away once or twice when i uninstalled few files.....ive tried using diffrent rofiles but that didnt work

Hi! I have a problem with a Razer keyboard. It's a model Ornata V3. So when I want to type a '3' from the numpad the number doesn't show up on the screen and what is the weirdest - keyboard registers the press of the key. Whats even more weirder, when the Windows starts I can easly use the '3' to type a password (the situation is the same when I use the hot key WIN+L). Also when I changed the settings in Razer Synapse 'When click 3 turns on the calculator' It also works propetly. Just a moments after logging to my acc I can use the '3' from Numpad in notepad but just after a few seconds it stops working once again. All of the Keyboard Drivers are updated and current, the hard reset of them also doesn't work. I've already tried to plug the keyboard to other USB ports, I've turned off the program completely, tried to uninstall and install once again - all for nothing. If someone have any idea how to fix it - or maybe had the same problem I'd be very grateful for help.

Hello everyoneI’m creating this thread because I recently ran into a problem with my BlackWidow Elite keyboard; as I was using it a few days ago, I suddenly noticed a subtle smell of smoke, which immediately became more intense. I then checked out the motherboard of my PC, and saw that the plastic around the two USB ports of the keyboard were literally melting; I immediately disconnected the cables and switched off the computer. After some minutes, I turned the computer on again and procceeded to check if the rest of the peripherals still worked properly, and thank god they did. However, the keyboard wasn’t functioning anymore (as expected, after the USB ports had burned) and now I’m here.Does anybody have any idea of what could have happened? It doesn’t seem like the motherboard is broken or anything (the computer itself is doing fine), however I am uncertain of whether the damages in the keyboard are merely in the cables or have reached the inner circuits.Here are a couple pictures o

Do we know of any plans for a Wireless Tartarus? Mine is in sad shape, but I would hold off buying a wired model if there is hope of a wireless any time soon.

First. The first row of keys (tyuiop) wasn't working so I attempted a hard reset (esc + caps + space bar) and now the keyboard isn't responding at all. Lights just go and come. 

Id love to see a new keycap set for those of us who really wanna illuminate our RGB setups, as someone whos owned the standard, phantom black and white sets id love to see a key cap set thats completely clear with the letters printed in black on the top of the keys nice and bold, maybe even add the addition of getting added keys for the tartarus v2 pro and if u have a full keyboard+5 the ability to get the 5 keys on the far left a clear cap as well

Hello everyone , i just bought this keyboard , have the yellow switches version ,  for now its working pretty well , makes a bit of noise but i guess that's normal. For some reason i ended here on forum and i got PRETTY SCARED with all those posts with people with problems  , this is my first mechanical keyboard and first razer product , but to be100% honest , after i saw all those posts with people with switches problems makes me want go to store tomorrow and ask for a refund. Im really really scared this happens to me too , what do you guys advise me to do ?

Hello, I have a Razer Cynosa V2 keyboard. Lately she has started to switch off on her own. Simply reconnecting helped. She recently started spamming. For example, you start typing a word and it just spams some letter. I removed the driver and reconnected the keyboard. This used to help, the driver was downloaded again and ok. But now the driver is not downloading. An error pops up: "The USB device is not recognized. The last USB device connected to this computer is not working correctly, and Windows cannot recognize it." I looked at the manual from your company and it recommended updating the firmware with a special utility. I said for my keyboard, but I can’t update the firmware, because now the program doesn’t see the keyboard. The system itself doesn’t see it either, since I deleted the driver. And when connecting the keyboard it gives an error. This error has popped up before and I also removed the driver. But I tried several times to connect to other ports too. The twentieth time

Hello,I’m there because I have two problems : The first one is, about my email, I can’t access to my email sfr.fr and i wanted to know if it’s possible to change my email to leandre.agniel@gmail.com The second is my keyboard, I bought razer blackwidow v4 pro less than a year ago, but today every time I want to type a message, some letters like “e,r,o,s,a” doesn’t work correctly. I want to return my keyboard because I have a guarantee to buy a new one. Thanks for reading this, and i hope you will help me.

Anyone know where I can find a replacement USB power cable for the Cynosa v2? My cat chewed through the cord, so I took apart the keyboard to see if I could replace it but I’m unable to find anything like this particular dual connector online anywhere.  

The keys I have listed above do not respond when i klick them.I have done all the steps listed in the “key input issues” in the “keyboard support” section and nothing works.I will appreciate your help with the matter.Thanks.

How to claim my razer blackwidow v3 mini warranty?

My huntsaman mini is lighting up but when is lress a key it turns green and then when i press fn it only appears 1 2 and 3

Hello friends! If this is not the right place for this, my bad. Either way, I’ll try to keep this short...I’ve been gaming on an Anansi since that was launched, and like having an MMO mouse I cannot live without thumb macro keys now.The Blackwidow (stealth) is the best keyboard I ever found myself typing on. The Anansi is not mechanical, unfortunately.As the Anansi is getting a bit long in the tooth, though for now it still lives fine, but you can eventually see my problem. I basically want a Blackwidow Stealth with the Anansi thumb macro keys, or something as close to it as possible. And try and google as I might there is a dearth of keyboards such as that out there - the only mechanical (full?) keyboards with thumb macro’s/clusters are split ergonomic ones.There is nothing on the market like this, save maybe the Nuphy Field 75 (electro, because it has to be black), and I haven’t tried it but it does not seem quite close enough. Anyone know why Razer never added a joystick to the Tartarus V2 or Pro?The Tartarus looks like it has so much potential. I’ve even seen people mod it with joysticks (See below image). Hori released a similar version recently. Though I’ve heard it’s poor quality and cheaply made. I’ve wondered why Razer stopped with the Tartarus products. 

Been using the Deathstalker v2 TKL black in office and was great.Now, I wanted a get-go keyboard that is white and with purple key.Wireless portability points it to the Deathstalker v2 TKL with white edition.However, purple key not available. Wonder if there will be one soon?

I was wondering if there better videos or explanations or guides on the Marco for razer synapse because I been struggling for the past few hours working on a Marco and one of the main issue is trying to turn it off and on (I tried saving it and adding to a key and make it where it turns on if it held or if it press it will keep going unless press again ) because once it turns on I can’t find a way to pause or turn it off it’s annoying because I have to go back on the application and delete it and restart
