For  about  the  past 2-3  months  or so  my Razer Blackwidow V4 %100  keyboard has  been double  typing keys  for no  reason. I’ve had  this  keyboard since late  last  year. At fiirst this  problem only  occured  with  the: F,  T, O and  P  keys. Now  it’s  efffecting the:  Space, I,  and multiple  other  keys.I’ve ttried everything I  could think  of, or  saw on  fourms/dicussions,  such  as takiing  the keys  ooff  and cleaning  the board,  uninstalling/reinsttalling the  synapse  app, unplugging/replugging the  keyboard  in,  reinstalling  the drivers,  updating the drivers, decreasing the polling rate etc.  And  nothing has worked yet. I’m only making  this post as  a last ditch  effort to get some  actual  help with  an actual solution because  I have some very  important projects that are password protected, not  to mention in order  to  get  into my  computer I  must  put  in  a password. So  Ii assume you can understand how ffrustrating tthis can  be when a

Is the new zzz collab limited or it will stay on shops?

So I had recently downloaded the Razer Synapse thingy to change the colour on my keyboard. I’ve had the Razor Huntsman Mini for over a  year now and I’ve never had a problem, until I downloaded the razer synapse software.  After a while the keyboard started not being recognized by my USB port and it wasn’t allowing it to connect, so it wouldn’t turn on. But after a while I tried a hard reset and I thought that worked since the lights started working on it. But I was deceived. The keyboard won’t even type and when I press the keys it just shows a different effect and goes back to the rainbow wave effect. Please help me fix this issue, I really don’t want to get rid of it, I fell in love with this beautiful piece of art and it would break my heart to get rid of it. 

I received this keyboard yesterday (purchased used from eBay), and everything worked fine. I set it up in the Synapse app, played games for a while, and left my computer on overnight to download a game.This morning, the keyboard was seemingly dead: unresponsive, no lights, and not recognized in Windows. I plugged a different keyboard into the same USB port, and it worked fine. I tried the Razer keyboard on several, working USB ports in my gaming PC, and it still did not work. I then plugged the Razer Huntsman into three other other computers, and it did not work on any of them, meaning it has failed to work on four different computers. I tried to factory reset the keyboard several times by unplugging the keyboard, pressing ESC + CAPS LOCK + SPACE BAR, then plugging it back in and releasing the keys. But that does not do anything.I have never had a keyboard randomly die like this. Any thoughts or suggestions, or does it appear the keyboard is simply gone?

I turned my keyboard lights off using the keys fn+F10. I want to turn them back on but I’m not sure how to do it.

Does anyone know if/when Razer will be releasing the Blackwidow V4 Pro with Yellow Switch in the UK layout? They only have it available in the US layout as of currently. The only UK layout of that keyboard is available with greens.

I used to download pre-made profiles because I didn't know how to make them, but once Razer Synapse updated to version 4, the ones for version 3 no longer worked. So now I'm remaking them myself with help from videos from UnrealHero, which has been helpful. I'm trying to remake a profile that he made called Super Volcano. I've followed his instructions exactly. There's a part where he says to copy the effects to another wave layer. The problem is that every single time that I attempt this, the paste option is greyed out. I don't know what I'm doing wrong and feel stupid. Yes, I'm certain that I've hit "copy." 

I have gone through multiple support cases with this issue and have not gotten a resolution so I figured I’d come here and see if anyone has seen this or experienced this yet. Hello, dear users,When I checked Synapse and went to the Devices section, I could see my mouse (with its picture showing) and my keyboard (although the picture is still loading). However, when I click on the keyboard, it just takes me to a loading screen.So, I can’t change any of my lighting settings or anything like that, I guess.I’ve tried repairing it, uninstalling it, running that frustrating System File Checker tool to fix missing or corrupted files—I even tried restarting my whole life—but nothing seems to work. I need an expert here.Thanks. 

I'm from Spain. I've been buying Razer products for over 15 years. Keyboards, mice, headsets... I love the brand, and even though there are sometimes problems, they always manage to fix them with an update.I'm currently looking for a keyboard.I would love the Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro, but with full size and interchangeable keys.I don't like wireless keyboards; I prefer wired ones.I have seen the Razer BlackWidow V4 keyboards, but I have only seen them with yellow switches.My questions are: Why do the new Razer products only seem to be available in other distributions and not in Spanish?   Are you going to release high-end keyboards for Spain as well, or are you only going to make them in American English, British English, etc.? Depending on your answers, I will honestly have to change my mind.It would be very uncomfortable to type with the letters changed and some missing, having paid €100-300 for the keyboard.

Hi everyone, I am hoping that someone has already run into this issue. I have a Blackwidow V3 Pro keyboard connected via cable to a Windows 11 Pro laptop. When I try to use the wheel to adjust volume up or down, I can rotate the wheel several times without any affect. When I push down to mute audio it works fine. I am on the latest version of the firmware, so I am kind of stuck on what to try next...

RAZER ORNATA CHROMA I bought it. RAZER ORNATA CHROHowever, this keyboard only has numbers. It doesn't write down when you press the keyboard.

Hello! I recently updated to Razer Synapse 4, and I've been getting a problem where my keyboard (Blackwidow V3 Tenkeyless) is stuck on the flame effect. I've been trying to set it to a static red color, but it won't change no matter how many times I try to reset the app or reset the keyboard itself. I'm not having any issues with changing the LED effects for my mouse, so I'm not sure how to fix the issue.

Hello.Until about 45 minutes ago I was playing games completely fine, until suddenly my keyboards D key started malfunctioning out of no where. After some tests, I realized that completely closing Razer Synapse fixed my issues and my D keys functionality came back completely. Reinstalling Synapse did not fix this issue either and I also tried updating the firmware of my keyboard (Razer Huntsman V2 Analog). Nothing worked until I closed Synapse. Any ideas why this happened all of a sudden? I would prefer to keep a few razer apps such as synapse and chroma so I can adjust my keyboard when needed but there is no way I can keep Synapse open and play games at once. Any suggestions?

Hey all,In the model I received, the buttons are ABS coated and I want to make them PBT.The model with the coiled cable isn't compatible, but there's also an upgrade set option. I don't know if these are fully compatible, as they come in white, pink, black, and green. The keycap map isn't provided.V4 75% has small Alt, Fn, and Ctrl keys. I wanted to be sure. My UK layout keyboard has a large Enter key. It says v4 is 75% compatible in the FAQ, but I couldn't see the buttons. as follows“Yes. The Razer PBT Keycap Upgrade Set is compatible with the Razer BlackWidow V4 75%. However, the PBT Keycap Upgrade set does not come with keycaps for Dedicated Macro Keys.”

Between June 2nd 2025 and to-date August 10 2025. I made several purchases from razer. with order numbers RZUSPP1000001949034, RZUSWP1000001954134 and RZUSPP1000001951650.  Two of these purchases were offered a game which was to be received 20-30 days after purchase. I have not received them as of yet. Can you help me?

Are there any plans to add the snap-tap functionality that was just announced for the new Huntsman V3 Pro models to the Tartarus Pro? This would make it a truly killer FPS accessory. This has been my biggest complaint with the device, the response is a little slow when trying to change strafe directions.

Just recently updated to Razer Synapse version 3.8.831.90619.  It has rendered my Tartarus Pro, Model RX07-0311, P/N: RZ07-03110100, unable to remap keys.  For example, if I try to remap the 01 key to Esc, and click “save,” nothing happens.  It does not remap and if I go to click another key, I get a notification saying that the “changes have not been saved yet.”  If I click “save,” from within this notification, it still does not save and just moves onto the next key.Because of this problem, I can no longer use the keypad for anything other than the default mapping, which is pretty much useless.Additionally, every single custom profile I have every created has been wiped out.  The profiles are there but when I select them, I am shown the default mapping.  This is not as big of a deal as being unable to remap, but I have lost years of saved profiles for all the various games I play.Interestingly, the “alt” key, or button above the D-pad has somehow maintained it

Hi, my keyboard is not typing anymore although colors and function keys like media spinner is controlling multimedia as normal. I’ve tried the SW , driver uninstall , cable, factory reset with keys but the keyboard is still not responding.  kindly for your support 

Major Issue: F9,F11, Pause, /, Home and End buttons not working. I already reset the keyboard and updated to the latest firmware available. Home and End (+several other) buttons don’t seem to respond to clicks but there is available power as they are responding to RGB input. I’m referring to the dedicated Home and End buttons on the left side of the numpad. This remains the case whether using 2.4, USB or Wifi. Any Ideas? thanks!    

I have a blackwidow V4 keyboard. it’s now only a few months old. And is conencted to a blue usb 3 port. and conencted straight too the pc. The first problem that i have from the beginning is that the keyboard lights off sometimes in windows 11 when your at the login screen. The are fine when you startup the pc. The second problem that pop’s up now is that the ‘o’ key seems to repeat random and add extra o in the word. As example when i double tap ‘oo’ sometimes i get the following result ‘ooo’ And it happens random. The repeat also happens when the raazor software is not running. I tried the keybooooard on other pc. And the problem is the same. I would say it’s worse on that one it generated more o’s at times. different operating system also. It is the RZ03-0469 with yellow switches. The latest firmware  v1.02.00_r1 is installed. It’s pretty expensive keyboard, and so far am still disappointed. There are still
