It it possible to replace my F & J keycaps with a variant that has the position bumps more prominent?  I have a problem sensing these due to a partial numbness of my fingers - and I don’t type so good anyway. 

I have a new BlackWidow V4 keyboard.  I was trying to put a series of keystrokes into a macro and that worked, but it comes out at the speed I typed it in - very very slow since I make a lot of keystroke errors. Is it possible to edit the timing so the macro executes much faster than I type?Thanks,Max

I have owned the blackwidow v4 mini lightspeed for about 5 months and have only removed the USB dongle from my pc usb port 2 times...and this second time I did it fell apart the metal casing was stuck in the port and all the plastic pieces I had to grab out with tweezers...this is ridiculous for how much I payed for a wireless keyboard just to have the most important part simple fall apart from just being plugged in and your website says your sold out of replacements it should absolutely be under a warranty or somthing for only being about 5 months old....please send me a replacement dongle ASAP...as I said this is completely unacceptable craftsmanship from a trusted gaming company like razer

Hi everyone.I’m using a Razer Huntsman V2 Analog with analog input enabled.My goal is to use ONLY movement keys (WASD) as an analog left stick (XInput),while using a mouse for camera/look and all other actions, similar to:left stick = movement, mouse = right stick.Setup:- Keyboard: Razer Huntsman V2 Analog- Mouse: Razer Basilisk V3- Software: Razer Synapse 4- WASD bound to Left Stick (analog) via Synapse- Mouse is used as a normal mouse (no emulation via Synapse)- Games tested: Dying Light 2 / Dying Light: The Beast, The Witcher 3, God of WarThe problem:1) When analog WASD is active (keyboard emulates a controller),   moving the mouse often disables movement input.2) Games constantly switch UI prompts between controller and keyboard/mouse.3) Some games completely block mouse input while the virtual controller is active.I tried:- Steam Input (mouse mapped to right stick via "Joystick Mouse")- Forcing controller input in-game- Disabling mouse acceleration / smoothing- Different Steam Inp

Just what the title says. Its been a few years, and I’d like to see if Razer responds with plans to support the Tartarus Pro product line. Specifically, I need keycaps, as mine and worn through, and these do not seems to quite be a standard profile. And of course, you cannot get the “20” key (spacebar) anywhere.How serious are you, Razer? Let’s see it.

keyboard repeat  inpit l key afterpress I win +l lock Windows . I believe it’s Razer synapse bug.  Quit Razer synapse win+L will be ok. Can anyone solve this???

Hi,Bought a Razer Blackwidow v4 Pro TKL LP Hyperspeeed, model RZ03-0545. I've bought it for the small form factor, the ability to color individual keys and the wireless capability. I've only had problems so far.We have 2 PCs, a Hunstman v2 Analog KB, a Deathstalker v2 Pro and a Basilisk v3 Hyperspeed mouse.First issue: even though it is working fine as a regular BT or wired device in Windows 11, it is not recognized by Synapse 3, no matter how it is linked. Device was updated to the latest 1.3.0_r3  firmware version, but there don't seem to be any drivers available.So I've reluctantly upgraded to Synapse 4 on one PC. Now it is finally recognized by Razer's own software, but since the yet too raw Synapse 4 hang 4 times while upgrading my settings with 66 macros, I now have 66x5 macros. And of course the new interface doesn't allow one to either export or delete more than one macro at a time either.So now the new keyboard can be hooked and is seen by Synapse 4 in wired, dongle and BT mod

Hi,Any reason why the Blackwidow V4 Pro with green switch is not available with the AZERTY (FR) layout?Those combinations are possible in the online store:green switch + US/DE, etc. yellow switch + FRBut green switch + FR doesn’t seem possible, why?As soon as one of these two options is selected, the other one changes automatically to something else.I’d need an AZERTY keyboard. I tried the yellow switch and it was definitely not for me.

It was mentioned and the description also shows that cs2 edition can handle 8000 polling rates, but there is no way to set this in Synapse.So is the description misleading to buyers?Based on the poling rate test, I don't see it reaching more than 1000.Should this information prove to be false, I will pursue legal action, as it is misleading to all consumers.  

Game Mode is somehow being activated without me having pressed the FN+F10 keyboard shortcut. I have no desire for my Windows key to periodically be disabled while I’m working. I’ve wasted a lot of time tracking down why this was even happening in the first place. God forbid a “Game Mode activated” banner should pop up by default so users can at least know why their Windows key has suddenly stopped working.I’ve tried disabling it in Synapse with the hope that this behavior can at least be suppressed while Synapse is open, but no dice. Please advise on how I can disable this intrusive, unwanted behavior.Keyboard: Ornata V3

i have a razer cynosa v2 and im wondering is razer does personal keycaps as i havent found anywhere that they do and the keycaps on this keyboard are diffrent from im guessing standard ones? its my first keyboard and want the keys to be transparent

Wanting to purchase a razer keyboard for a Mac mini but I’m concerned if it would work or not as I’ve had trouble in the past with using Razer mice / keyboard on my old Mac. Just wanting to know if anyone has any issues with it? 

Hello.After purchasing this keyboard, I had heard about potential issues with certain keys, but in my case, I hadn't had any problems for a long time.However, about a month ago, I started having intermittent problems. First, it was the "G" key, which lasted for about a week, then stopped. Now it's the "Y" key. I'm having problems with this key right now, as I'm writing this.Due to the specific manifestations of this problem (sometimes no problem, then suddenly the key won't press for a whole day, and then everything is fine again), I can't figure out whether it's a hardware or software issue.I'd really like to find out, as I purchased the keyboard on November 26, 2024, and I really don't want to end up wasting a significant amount of money on it.My keyboard uses green switches.

I’m brand new to Razer.  Just purchased BlackWindow  V4.It has a sleep buttton FN F12.,   Is there a way to implement the Windows Lock Function?Thanks.Max

I have the Deathstalker v2P and the Blackwidow v4LP, and both of these have the dedicated media PAUSE button by the volume barrel. They also have the illuminated PAUSE button integrated with the sleep moon icon. The PAUSE part is illuminated, but it doesn’t actually pause unless you assign it to pause in Synapse. Confuses the sh!t out of my wife. I use FN+Moon (sleep) all the time but it’s annoying to have illuminated pause there that is superfluous if one actually manually assigns it to pause.  Long story short, are there custom replacement keycaps for the various keyboards? Or is this an amazon browse? 

so i recently have been gifted this keyboard ( Razer Ornata V3 X) and since i have it with the razer synapse app open, when i logout of my windows user and log in (win+L) it keeps spamming the key shift+\ resulting in the character “|” being spammed and when i press that key it stops. i tried every option with reisntalling razer synapse, using other usb port from hub to direct usb port and so on and still doesn’t stop, when i do log out without synapse it doesn’t do that. no macro’s or keybind’s on, everything from factory.tried using synapse as a guest and it is still spamming that key. Tried with AI but still doesn’t help me.i wanted to ask the community before reaching to customer support.

Hey folks, I would appreciate your help on the following issue. So I’ve been a big fan of Razer Blackwidow Chroma in Deus Ex variant, so much so that I have been using it since 2019, but my current one died on me. Incredibly enough I managed to acquire another one in 2025, which I’ve put to use last week, but I have one problem, I can see that as soon as Synapse initializes, the new keyboard loses backlighting. When I do have backlighting, it’s only the default colors switching, not the special effect I have created for my previous keyboard. Synapse still has this same keyboard model registered, but I guess it’s the previous one, and I have no idea how to update the model so Synapse understands it’s the same model but another keyboard. I have registered my products in my Razer profile with no problems. What secret menu or shortcut am I missing? Appreciate your insights.

this is ridiculous. First time I purchased the keyboard i had synapse 4. It worked for a bit but then stopped working. I installed synapse 3 and it worked more or less. The software kept bugging me that i need to upgrade to 4, so i did. In 4 this keyboard does not save the profile lights. It keeps resetting the brightness to 0 for rapip trigger. Cannot get to store the setting.  Rarely detects pubg, but after the game starts it switches back so profile links don’t work. Now, my keyboard disappeared from synapse so i cannot re enable the lights. I need the lights to see some less used keys. I said i would not buy any more hardware from Razer, but this is really the last one. 

Hello,I play Knight Online and I'm looking for a hardware-level input solution, not a software-based one.My current setup:I use a Bloody keyboard for skill macros.For example, when I press the 3 key, the keyboard continuously casts the skill in a 3R 3R 3R pattern.This part works flawlessly and I don't want to change it. What I want to add:I want to use another keyboard feature or a second device (e.g., a Razer keyboard) to control movement simultaneously.Desired behavior (very clear):When I HOLD DOWN the 3 key:The keyboard should send the W key as DOWN (pressed) and keep it pressed continuously.While W is pressed, my Bloody keyboard should continue sending 3R 3R 3R.In other words, the move (W) and skill (3R spam) should work simultaneously and smoothly.When I RELEASE the 3 key:The keyboard should immediately make the W key UP (released).The move should stop immediately.Critical requirements:W must be genuinely held down, not press-and-release/spam.There should be no delay, no W up/down

Last october I bought a keyboard with serialnumber: IO2539F99800506. As of today, the backspace key no longer works. I would like to receive an RMA CODE to be able to use the warranty. I bought the keyboard at razer.com. I live in the Netherlands. 

When I play games, my keyboard randomly skips key presses (rarely), or just types the letter 1-2 seconds later and keeps typing it until pressed again, for example: Tetssssssssssssssssssssssss (I typed out Test on my keyboard and pressed every key only once, also works on delete and enter). This happens to me when playing any game and rarely outside of playing games.Could this be because my computer is too slow to handle playing a game and handling a keyboard at the same time? I tested it with an other keyboard and it worked fine.Does anybody know why that is happening?Thanks.

A couple of days ago, I cleaned my Razer Blackwidow V3 Tenkeyless, however when I was reassembling it I noticed that my Enter key was missing. I tried looking for it, but I had no luck. I didn't want to purchase an entire set of keycaps, and I believe my keyboard is still in its warranty, so I am wondering if it is possible to order a replacement Enter key.

Hello everyone.I have a Razer Blackwidow 4X green switch keyboard.After a couple of months of light use, the keyboard started double-clicking and missing keys, a feeling I had on all the keys. I updated the keyboard firmware, but it didn't help. What could be the problem? Is it the switches, the board, or the software? I was thinking of replacing the keyboard switches with Akko Custom Switch V3 Silver Pro 5-pin, but I'm not sure if they will fit the board. If I were to replace the switches in the keyboard, which ones would work?

Hello Razer Team,I am left-handed and would like to suggest creating a true left-handed keyboard.Even though key layouts can be customized with software, this cannot fully replace a keyboard that is physically designed for left-handed users.Key placement, ergonomics, and the overall layout are still mainly optimized for right-handed use.Razer has already shown with its left-handed mouse that designing products specifically for left-handed users is possible and appreciated by the community.A dedicated left-handed keyboard would be a great next step and would significantly improve comfort and usability for left-handed gamers and users.I believe there would be strong interest in the community for such a product.Thank you for your time and consideration!

I’ve noticed that some keys don’t always register after using the keyboard for a long time.This usually happens during longer gaming or typing sessions.Restarting the PC sometimes helps, but the issue comes back later.Is this a known behaviour, or are there basic checks I should try first?
