Im using Huntsman v3 pro tkl 8hz. It was working fine 10 minutes ago but it suddenly stopped working. I tried to unplug usb and reconnect it but it shows up red lights on A and D key. The volume nove is working but all the keys are not working. I tired every method on this insider Even deleting driver and restarting it. I bought this one from seattle razer store like month or 2 ago.

Someone please help me .  I just got a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL and it said it needed a firmware update so i followed the instructions and downloaded the updater.  But when i press update ut goes up to 60% then stops and then shows a pop up saying “unable to proceed with this update”My device version is 1.01The current latest is 1.04 Also my volume knob doesn’t raise or lower the volume, it just makes the windows volume pop up.

I just bought my very first (and most definitely my last) Razer product - Ornata v3 X. I was unable to try it before buying it, but I figured that it should be good considering the brand. Big mistake! Unfortunately I can't return it due to the store's policy, so I guess I'll be stuck with it for a whileThat thing feels and sound cheap as hell. The box says “silent membrane switches”, but guess what! There's nothing silent about this keyboard. While it doesn't make the typical “mechanical keys” noise, it still makes annoying “cheap plastic keys” kind of noise while typing.  Another bummer is the software that’s supposed to let you customize it. It was pain in the backside to install the Synapse and the Chroma stuff with constant “failed to install” error messages. Eventually they got installed and even though I was able to run them, none of them had any effect on the keyboard. They “see” it, but wouldn't apply any changes I made. Hello.I’ve got my Razor Blackwidow Elite for many years, but i while ago my armrest broke…I know it sounds weird, but the stuff inside got flenched up by a knife while i was unboxing some gear.Do any know if Razor sells them with the magentic in? I found this on a danish website: Razer Ergonomic Wrist Rest For Full-sized Keyboardsbut i dont know if there i the magentic thing in there.Someone pls help

Hello,I am using a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro 8K keyboard and I would like to report a possible issue with the CapsLock key actuation.In Razer Synapse, I have set all keys to an actuation point of 0.1mm.Most keys respond correctly at 0.1mm.However, the CapsLock key behaves differently: In Synapse, CapsLock is also set to 0.1mm In actual use, the key only registers input at around ~2.0mm This behavior persists even after rebooting, changing profiles, and saving to onboard memory Because of this, there is a mismatch between the UI setting and the actual behavior.I would like to ask: Is the CapsLock key intentionally limited by firmware design? Or is this a known issue (bug) with Synapse or the keyboard firmware? Is there any fix or firmware update planned for this issue? Additionally, I would like to respectfully request the following:If this limitation is intentional, would it be possible to allow advanced users to disable or override this restriction?In my case, CapsLock is not used

First my brand new BlackWidow V4 couldn’t handle 3 profiles and me switching them manually. It kept resetting.Then couple days ago it just turned off for 1-2 minutes for no reason couple times. Reconnecting usb did not help only waiting. Then it went black completely. I did hard reset by holding Spacebar+CapsLock+Esc before plugging in. It worked for a while. Today after turning on PC it kept resetting non stop. I reinstalled synapse, drivers, checked on other PC, reinstalled newest firmware. Keyboard works if there is no synapse running and keeps restarting when synapse is on. So my question is: Which mechanical keyboard with macro keys and fully programmable buttons should I get once I get a refund for this junk.

Hi! I have a fantastic Razer Blackwidow v3 Pro, but my volume rocker broke. I needed a replacement for it. While we’re at it, the palm rest would also be a nice replacement, since it’s showing some signs of wear.How could I get those? Thank you!

Yesterday it worked just fine, today it just stopped working, neither the lights or the keycaps work, and they are not even showing im Synapse, i have tried everything, hard resetting, trying other devise, disabling synapse, nothing worked, it was working just fine last night :( 

I recently got the razer blade 14. Unfortunately I spilled a drink on it and the rubber dome under the spacebar key disappeared with that the spacebar is now unusable because it is basically stuck in one place and doesn’t go back up with that some other keys are also taking a bit before getting back up now I don’t really know what to do to fix this major issue I hope to get a response quick as I will need the laptops spacebar in 4 days for something work related

I'm waiting for a nordic layout for the Razer Blackwidow v4 75%. I'm just wondering will Razer make a nordic layout for it?

Why are there so few new keyboards available with Nordic Layout?I’m looking to replace my BlackWidow Elite with orange switches and nordic layout, but there are no new Razer products available with that config…BlackWidow V4 75%… nope, no nordic layout.BlackWidow V4 75% Pro… nope, no nordic layout.Even the full-size BlackWidow V4 Pro is missing this layout with orange switches…I’ve waited almost a year looking for a new keyboard. Preferably 75% but I could do another full-size. Soon I’ll have to go a different route and but from another manufacturer. And that’ll mean I’ll also replace all my other Razer gear down the line (mouse, speakers, webcam, enclosure, etc).There used to be a nordic layout option for all (or most) keyboards. But maybe Razer no longer care for customers outside the US :-/And yes, I’ve looked for other keycaps to replace but there are no good options.

The Razer Pro Type Ergo dropped yesterday. Split ergonomic layout, solid specs, just what I have been looking for! But... US layout only, with zero information about when or if ever international layouts are coming.This is becoming a pattern.BlackWidow V4 75%? US only. Huntsman V3 Pro? US only. BlackWidow V4 Low Profile? US OnlyThis isnt a delay, it’s become a product strategy.UK, German, French, Nordic. None of us can get a proper layout for most of the new lineup. Razer sells in Europe, markets in Europe, but apparently doesn't make keyboards for Europe.So I have to ask: is Razer actually interested in keeping European customers? Because at this point it feels like we're expected to either live with a US layout or look elsewhere. I've been a Razer fan for years, but I'm genuinely starting to wonder if it's time to move on.Has anyone else reached that breaking point? 

It worked fine for a few months then only certain keys would work. All the lights are on, the pc recognizes it, and now none of the keys work. I have tried to reset and nothing. Tried to update firmware and it won’t work. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the software. Can you please help?

I’m new to Synapse 4 but switched from D-Pad (4way) to Analog movement (8way) in the application but no game seems to register it. D-pad seems to work but not analog setting with any game.  

Hello Razer Support,I am experiencing an issue with my Cynosa V2 keyboard where the volume keys no longer support holding to increase or decrease volume after updating to Windows 2026 Preview Build 26200.Details: Keyboard: Cynosa V2 Firmware version: 1.0.2.0 Synapse version: 4.0.86.2601201054 Windows build: 10.0.26200 Problem description: Pressing the volume keys works for single taps, but holding the key no longer produces continuous volume changes. I have tried remapping the volume keys in Synapse, adjusting Windows keyboard repeat settings, and checking all Synapse profiles. The issue persists. Other keyboards on the same machine work normally. This indicates the problem is likely related to Cynosa V2 + Synapse interaction with Windows 26200, rather than Windows itself. I would like to know: Is this a known issue for Cynosa V2 with Insider/preview builds? Are there any recommended settings, patches, or firmware updates that restore hold-to-volume functionality? KEYSPAMMING 

I’ve only had these keycaps since the end of April 2024 (so less than 4 months) and I’m already having an issue. Of all things, the right side of my Left Alt keycap has chipped somehow, causing the top split to easily detach. Please excuse my keyboard. the lighting and close-up make it look much worse than it is.There’s been no “incident” with my keyboard (nothing dropped on it, I’ve not even moved it). I don’t use that key excessively and I hit the space bar just between B and N with my left thumb… so I can’t think of any reason why this has any sort of damage at all other than a factory defect. It also seems nearly impossible to somehow contact Razer about this directly (through a support channel) since I don’t have a serial number for the keycaps and the SN for my Huntsman Elite has ended warranty support a while ago (was going to put in that SN just to get to contacting support). Is there a method for contacting support that I am unaware of?

isnt it time for razer to do a proper driver and config program for linux?with the increasing use of linux for gaming and it is really good except for all my razer gear.i love my razer gear but having the issues with my tartarus v2 not being able to config it and use it im currently looking for replacement.you are missing out on an upcoming market that will only grow the more windows sells people out and more and more people are moving to a linux based system, it works really well now and will only be better./SkitBra

Currently typing this on a different keyboard… Ive had my Razer Huntsman v3 pro for less than a year and ive kept it clean and in tip top shape. I've never spilled anything on it or on my desk for that matter, same with food. I don't even eat at my desk. I've done nothing to cause this i just play fortnite a decent amount. I would say i play a lot but most people who play on pc competitive fortnite play much more than me. I play 3-4 hours a day on average, rarely more than that. The E key is my edit bind so i press it a lot but never super hard or aggressively. I've had many other keyboard in the past such as the Wooting 60% and the gk61. Both still work (I'm using the wooting now). I like the huntsman a lot which is why I've been using it. There is no reason why 1 key on a 200$ keyboard should just stop working after a year of use. This whole thing is quite ridiculous to be honest and i know for a fact I'm entitled to a replacement keyboard from either razer or Amazon. I'm worried abo

Hi, using a black Widow V3 halo edition,is there any firmware updates for this?can only find standard v3 firmware updater for it, should I use that? also in Razer Chroma the “\|” and “#-“ key isn’t on the setup page, so those 2 keys doesn’t light up,is there a fix for this? UK keyboardthanks
