I spilt a drink in my huntsman v2 and now a bunch of keys wont work. Is there a way to fix it?

Hi, my wrist rest for the Huntsman Elite is starting to wear out, the leather is falling apart... is there a place i can get a new cushion? i don't see anything in the Razer store beside rests without RGB underglow. thank you.

I have a Huntsman Elite keyboard with a volume wheel on it, and when I use it the volume decides whether to go down or up randomly, regardless of what I do. The volume will practically stay in the same place because it is turning up and down despite turning the wheel one way. Is there a fix for this? I am not finding anything on google...

Greetings, after trying for several days I have been able to get the Razer Anansi keyboard to work only by starting windows and being detected by the standalone driver, which allowed me to disable the special keys. This indicates that the keyboard, without driver, saves a PROFILE - DEFAULT and that it cannot be modified by firmware update or by the razer configurator driver. The problem is that it seems to have saved in the PROFILE - DEFAULT, random key combinations as a macro, sometimes blocking Windows and the use of the keyboard itself. Is there any way to HARD RESET the Razer Anansi ? The software does not reset the PROFILE - DEFAULT and when I connect it to another computer or in Bios mode of a PC, it is not configured again.

Hello, i want to buy a new keyboard, but in all the pictures in the store the enter key is very small, which I don't like. I wonder now if there are still keyboards from Razer with the "normal" enter key or just the narrow one.

Hi, I have several key-binding files for the Orbweaver (e.g. for MSFS2020 and X-Plane 11). These files have a filename suffix of '.RazerSynapse'. These files look to contain compiled code. Question: Howto convert these files for the Tartarus Pro. See an example attached. Since this forum software does not allow to upload these kind of file type, I made a screenshot of it and uploaded that, so you can see the internals of the file.

Hi, once in a while the wrist rest that comes with my brand new Huntsman V2 Analog keyboard which I've gotten for a week lights up a different color from the mousepad, keyboard and mouse despite they are all synced with Spectrum Cycling quick effect, does that happen to you, how to solve it or should I bring it back to get a replacement? I recently got my BW V3 yesterday and was wondering how I can set Chroma Studio profiles I set corresponds with the Keyboard's Profile, e.g.: - Keyboard Profile 1 for Application 1 with Chroma Studio Profile 1 - Keyboard Profile 2 for Application 2 with Chroma Studio Profile 2 - etc... The issue is when I set the Effects on the Lighting menu in Razer Synapse and choose Advanced Effects, it only select one Chroma Studio profile for all Keyboard profile, while what I want is each Keyboard profile linked with each Chroma profile. Is there any way to do that? Thank you

ok, so new computer, getting everything set up and running. Win 10 pro. Having trouble getting program installers to load (they keep hanging up) so I'm at least running my old programs (Open Office, etc), still haven't got that ironed out. My Black Widow Ultimate 2016 was working fine until I realized I didn't have my settings (key programs, etc). I tried to install the synapse program and the installers. It too won't load, only this time it's telling me to turn off the synapse (I can't find an instance of it running). NOW my lights are off and the keyboard's playing dead, only the mouse (which is plugged into the side port) is still working. SO somehow its only playing dead. I've tried plugging it into my husbands computer, no life. tried restarts, etc. nothing is working and I'm pulling my hair out.

Hi. I just bought a Huntsman V2 keyboard... loving it so far! I didn't receive a kepcap puller in the box, and I do like to periodically like to give the keyboard a good cleaning underneath. I am having a hard time finding tenkeyless mechanical keyboards that have MX brown switches or equivillant. I do like if it comes with a risk rest. I heard Razer is bad company. Should I ignore Razer products? I want tenkeyless keyboard since my desk is small and it helps with gaming. I want MX Brown because I use my keyboard for typing/scripting/programming and gaming. With the rise of the TKL and 60/65% boards that big brands are coming out with I feel like a 10 key would be a no brainer add on for most folks. I use a 10 key daily, but would love to have the deck space for gaming when not needed. A full sized optical board is what I am using now, but with that the USB was detachable like the Huntsman TKL or Mini... A Hunstman TKL with a Hyperspeed 10 key would be next level! There when you need it and gone when you don't! This would also be a great opportunity to test power limits for battery powered opticals! A Huntsman 10 key! I know there are 10 keys available aftermarket, but with Hyperspeed I would not need to take up another USB port and with Synapse and Chroma all things would be synced and the same colors... Would be a win all around! I have not seen a big name release a stand alone 10 key yet!

So every time there is a Razer event I get my hopes up wanting to see a new keypad being announced, but nothing so far. Tartarus V2 and Tartarus Pro are not good options for some of us who like the extra key instead of a scroll wheel, and I am basically stuck with my obsolete Orbweaver Chroma and other Synapse 2 devices (I like my chroma lights to be in sync!). A new keypad would make me upgrade my mouse and keyboard as well for sure. Razer should develop a new generation keypad that takes the lessons learned from what other keypads have failed at. Some ideas: Adjustable ergonomics with quality grips. Maybe optical clicky keys, but single action. Or reg mechanical. Best to have variations and give options upon purchasing like some keyboards. On board memory for keybinds without synapse active. with that ^, a button that can change keymap/profile. Joystick that can be changed from regular arrow keys to analog in Synapse settings. Maybe the community has other good ideas? :) I hope pro

When I hit the function key, secondary keys turn a different color. I want arrow keys IJKL to change a different color so I can identify them easier. Is that possible?

Hello Have a problem with the Razer Pro Type Ultra. The f4 key is set as the mail app. But when I press the key, an error message appears. See screenshot. Have also written here with the support already. I suspect it is due to Win 11, I have already uninstalled Synapse. Uninstalled the keyboard driver and the human interface driver, restarted. Win 11 already fixed. Software is up to date. On Win 10 (my son's PC) the key works. Do any of you have any other ideas?

Hi! I have a razer black widow elite but for some reason, sometimes when I tap once it'll register two key presses. I've been having this problem in mostly rhythm games and this is a big issue for me. If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me. Thanks!
