So I've had my Blackwidow v2 for roughly a year. All of a sudden my D key is not as smooth as the rest of my keys. The key still works but I have to apply more force when typing to use the D key. After roughly 5 minutes of not pressing the key at all the key seems to be almost stuck but with a bit of extra force I can push it down. The key is also no where near as clicky as perfectly functioning keys. I was wondering what the solution to fixing this key would be? I am almost positive it is the switch because I have tried the key cap on other keys and it has worked fine.

Hello so i was looking for a new keyboard and i got the razor cynosa but when i go on snype 2 i dont have all the cool effects i only have 3 the deafult one the breathing one and no glow im trying to find the reactive and the wave please someone guide me

Do all of the Razer huntsman products now come with the 2nd gen red linear switches? Was looking to get a more quiet keyboard for work, but it looks like only the mini huntsman is advertised as having 2nd gen.

Hello, was looking to purchase a new keyboard and ran across this keyboard that i liked https://www.razer.com/gaming-keyboards/razer-ornata-chroma/RZ03-02040100-R3M1 Now all the information is there except one little detail is missing on there. I am confused by the section about the keycaps. Now what is confusing me is that it shows 3 different heights of keycaps, and it looks like you can click on each one of those but you can't. Now what confuses me is that it shows these keycaps but doesn't say you can purchase this keyboard with one of those 3 you want. Now my question is can you choose one of those 3 to purchase this keyboard with? Thank you

My cynosa chroma windows key started working only as the ctrl key and the tab only works as the q key, is there a fix for this or do you have to buy a new keyboard?

So i recently bought the Huntsman it actually arrived yesterday but somehow after 5-6 hours of playing the keyboard all of a sudden stopped working the pc doesnt even shows that the keyboard is plugged please help me, i really like the keyboard and since i havent done anything to it i dont understand why it stopped working

Just received my Blackwidow Lite today and intend to use it on my Mac...Several issues: 1. Cannot use the function key (say, raise volume...) by pressing neither F11 or FN+F11; I tried to go to system setting, and uncross the "Use F1, F2 etc keys as standard function keys". (Cross it or uncross it makes no difference when I press only F11)... 2. Is there a way for me to connect it to Razer Synapse?

When I download my razer synapse 3 everything is fine for a few weeks, after that, when I started launching my computer, the keyboard keep disconnect and reconnect. Few weeks later, I got a new replacement, and it also working fine. But it got the problem where it spells f even when the key is not hold. I got a another new blackwidow and still have the same problem. The only way to fix it is uninstalling synapse 3 and now I cant use marco and any cool effects.

I’d really love to try the optical switches on the Mini, especially after hearing the improved linear switches. However, I really don’t want anything lighter than my MX Browns, and I’m wondering if Razer has any interest in making their own MX Black equivalent or if there’s any community demand for it.

Hi all, I just bought a Razer Ornata Chroma keyboard for gaming. Currently the keyboard is connected to an Xbox One S, my question is that, can I somehow make a profile for lightning of the keys and be available when I plug it in to the Xbox? The lancehead TE I'm currently using has started to wear out due to it using mechanical switches. I really like the viper's shape but it is too light. I adore the lancehead as it fits my Claw/Palm hybrid grip wonderfully. It would be nice to have heavier ambidextrous flagship mice with things like optical switches, PTFE mouse feet and a speed flex cable just like the newer mice. Would it be too optimistic to expect such mouse in the future? Is there a larger razer fan base that also wants this or is it just me?

As the title said I want to remap the fn functionality to another key. Huntsman manual says that this is possible through hypershift. I ve googled but i cant find a definite answer and even i got some answers that says that is not possible. Can someone that owns a huntsman series keyboard confirm the following scenario? Remap fn through hypershift in caps lock and use it to activate arrows by pressing the corresponding keys. Also does huntsman mini have layers? i read that there are profiles. is it the same? I have a few questions about the Huntsman Mini and onboard profiles. I have a Windows machine, though I typically use it with Linux. I was able to program some keys in Synapse on the Windows machine without much trouble (new hypershift key), but I wasn't sure about colors. I noticed there are four saved profiles, but I'm not sure what these do, or how they work when not connected to Synapse. 1. Am I able to toggle between the onboard profiles when not connected to Synapse? 2. Am I able to use any custom color settings saved to the onboard profile when not connected to Synapse? I have a questions regarding what is possible with custom lighting profiles. In the Razorstore, some of the backlit keyboards show a "virtual" keyboard demostrating different lighting effects. This show rippling, reactive key, wave patterns, etc. for different keyboards, such as for the BLACKWIDOW X TOURNAMENT EDITION CHROMA. Another keyboard, the ORNATA CHROMA shows a unique option called "Template" and it has several sub-options like "FPS" lighting that colors the WASD keys red, the R key green, and 1-4 keys yellow. Can Synapse 3 create custom profiles like these by allowing me to choose a specific color for individual keys? Is this possible on all Razer Chroma RGB products? Or is it really limited to the ORNATA CHROMA? I want to purchase a HUNTSMAN TOURNAMENT EDITION (when back in stock) and TARTARUS PRO in the near future, and both mention Chroma backlighting in their individual specs and the RAZER CHROMA RGB sticker on pictures linking to their product pages.
