i am using a black widow chroma v2. can i use lowercase character keys for a specific macro purpose and uppercase character keys for a different macro purpose? e. g., "a" key macro runs forward. "A" key macro dodges.

Hi, yesterday i notice an issue with the leds indicator in upper right corner of my blackwidow X chroma. The problem happen when press num lock key. The white led on "1" doesn't light up but the white led on "G" (the last led indicator) start to flashly. The led on "G" (gaming mode) work well when use combo key (FN+F10). The only problem is num lock led that doesn't light up in any way but when pressed the white led on "G" start to flashly... Someone has this same issue??? Can anyone help me? Hello! I was just wondering if anyone know if razer are planning on making a nordic layout for the huntsman keyboard in pink (quartz), and if so when will it be available in the shop? I don't know if this is the sort of question you are supposed to ask the community or not, but since I didn't get an answer from the support I thought that it would not hurt to ask the community. PS. I know my english is not great

Dear Razer, I am wondering if there is any possibility that i could purchase some spare opto-mechanical switches for my razer huntsman elite. They are by far the most comfortable switches i have ever used and i would love to have a couple to put onto my 4 key keypad i have purchased. I will happily pay for some switches, as long as i dont have to spend another £200 on another huntsman elite, for some switches., Many thanks Reuben.

Does Razer have any plans on creating a keyboard with Hall effect (aka magnetic) switches? I would trade my Huntsman elite in a heartbeat for such thing. Don't get me wrong, I love my huntsman but possibility for analog input makes me excited. Cheers!

Hello Razer and users. I have a Tartarus V2 which I wish to bind hotkeys for windows shortcuts, such as locking my workstation or opening Snip & Sketch. The Windows Shortcuts option does not have enough default options, so I would like to bind combinations such as: Win key + L - Lock workstation Win key + Shift + S - Open Snip&Sketch (NOT the obsolete Snipping Tool) et cetera. My problem is when I'm trying to add a shortcut to one of the buttons on my Tartarus, the Keyboard Function bind section does not register the Windows key when it is pressed as part of the shortcut. I imagine it should be very simple to just enable that functionality. *EDIT: I corrected some phrasing that may have been hard to understand.

I've been using the Huntsman Elite for a few weeks. This reminds me so much of the original IBM Selectric keyboards and has completely ruined me for anything else. I've tried going back to Cherry Mx and Green switch KBs but this OM switch is just so much easier to type with for long periods. What I would deeply request is an all black, no LED keyboard, no knobs and bobs, just a keyboard with the OM switches and the palm rest exactly as the huntsman but one I can leave on my desk at work and no one would be the wiser. I think there is truly a market here.

I had logitech rgb and asus rog in the past they both had internal memory whenever i plug it in any PC my lights settings just go on without relying on any startup software... Recently i had this blackwidow elite which cost nearly 200$ in our country PH, and i found out it has no internal memory it solely relies on Synapse like wutttt??? this pricey keyboard has no basic function like my other brands of devices??? i like the lihgts color but why the fook this still doesn't have that basic function? i had razer earlier, but i didn't know until 2019 they still dont have it . IT IS 2019 LUL i hope they release an update regarding this

Why this keyboard is not manufacturing anymore? I'm saying this because is no longer available in stock, neither on this website and other stores, especially in my country. I'm using this keyboard since late 2017.

Hi guys, I noticed that only the BlackWidow has N-Key Rollover while other Blackwidow (Elite/Lite) have 10 key roll-over. What is that so? Shouldn't the more expensive BlackWIdow Elite have N-Key Rollover as well?

Hey, I recently picked up the Blackwidow Elite and I love it but I am kinda bothered by the secondary elements like ; : () etc. not being lit / visible in the dark. Does anyone have recommendations for different keycaps? I would need QWERTZ.

I was investigating to find a easy to source switch to replace the original ones (from kaihl) and I found an Omron switch that could be used: https://uk.farnell.com/omron-electronic-components/d2ls-21/microswitch-plunger-spst-0-001a/dp/2523216 But it needs to design a drop in replacement D-pad PCB. It should cost less than 10$. I will update for further development.

Hello, my ornata chroma's hand rest has been getting flat when I use it, I never really payed attention to it but I've been playing for around 4 hours straight now and I just noticed it, does it go back to its original shape?

Simple feature, but complex problem: I wanted to remap the windows key on the Chroma Tournament Ed. and it says it won't let me. Why? My Corsair K95 Plat lets me do it, why not Razer? Is there like, a way to go into the files and change things up to allow this feature? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I have the BlackWidow Chroma and last night I noticed that the d key won't always working. Usually it's when I use other keys and then try to use d that it stops working. If I let go of it and tap it again then it will work but when I'm in a game it has caused some issues of course. I've already restarted my pc, shut off Synapse to make sure it wasn't a software issue, and used compressed air to see if there was anything blocking it. Does anyone know any other solution to fix this? I've had this keyboard for about 2 1/2 years so warranty is out of the option. Thank you.

I am used to having additional keys on the keyboard usually on the left for playing games. My current keyboard is a BW Chroma V2. I was searching for new Razer Keyboard and I noticed there are non having additional keys.. Can we have them back pls? I noted that the new keyboard have a function that can change the keyboard for another function and all the keys are programmable. However this is not what am I looking for

I have Blackwidow Chroma 2013 (or smth close, not v2) I want to make marcros for mute/unmute micro at discord AND change color of some keys with it (when muted - numpad's lights are off). For micro I use Alt+L. For lights I created 2 profiles Profile 1 when micro not muted. Then I want press M1 for Alt+L (mute micro) and change profile to 2nd. Reverse for profile 2. Is it possible? I tried, but suddenly mic muting, but no profile change

I just wanted to make my keyboard feel more unique and custom. If you have any suggestions leave a link on what keycaps fit.

Hi all, I have a new puppy that was left unattended too long and chewed through the cable on my huntsman elite keyboard. I did try Razer support chat and they said that they don't sell any replacement cables for this keyboard. Does anyone know if this is something I might be able to repair myself or if I'm pretty much stuck buying a new keyboard? Thanks!

Hello, I have a Razer Blackwidow Elite and i'm searching for pudding PBT keycaps! What keycaps do you recommend?

So I want to buy a Black Widow Elite but I don't know if to choose yellow or orange. since I have never touched mechanical orange tactile and liner yellow, I have no clue. I plan to use this keyboard for typing a lot and gaming but I don't want it to be laud(hence the reason I don't like greens) So I'm hoping you guys can tell me what scenarios are best for these two switches and which would recommend for my case

I'm trying to make it so that when I let go of the A key, it presses the A key again. It seems that when I try to make a macro for a keystroke, it only allows me to bind it to when I press the A key, and not when I let go of it. Any way I could go about this?
