Hi Guys What mice would you recommend? Either from Razer or another brand, I am not very sure what to look for in a gaming mouse so any advice would be welcome. Thanks

Does Programmable Buttons work after uninstalling Synapse? [Eg. Windows Volume Adjustment by "Side Buttons"] Can RGB be Turned Off or be Static after uninstalling Synapse? Is DPI setting saved after uninstalling Synapse?

Hello, I am using Razer Trinity and it feels great. However, when using a key bind, I cannot press the shift/control/alt + that key bind do function as the keyboard. For instance, I am playing World of Warcraft, there are many button functions. I have a spell key bind at "1" and another at "Shift+1" etc with multiple spells using any combinations of shift/control/alt + key bind. When I press shift+key bind button, it'll only register as just the keybind without reading shift. Is there a way I can turn on the function to be able to read shift/control/alt or am I just stuck on having just 7 key binds (since the circle buttons feels the best I like to use that)? If this is not possible, could you just add "mouse button (6-12)"?

Hi there. I am posting this cause im upgrading my setup and i am asking if i should buy Razer firefly cloth ed. or goliathus exetended chroma. I dont really care about the performance and i dont mind the bending of goliathus extended cause i will tape it to my desk. Thanks for any advice!

So I've always been an FPS fan but since WoW came out, MMO's have been what I choose to push to elitism so I have a house full of Nagas ready to be used with where-ever I decide to plop down with my laptop for the evening. When I DO feel like playing an FPS, my nagas tend to do well-enough of a job for me. Last night, however, I found myself struggling to do 360 degree spins while maintaining accuracy when playing Vermintide 2 and Overwatch. To the point it consistently ruined my fun. Soooo now I need to buy a mouse dedicated to FPS's. The last time I truly cared about precision and consistent accuracy was the CS:S days. Since then, holy crap, mice have come a long way. The tech is advanced, everyone has their own type of grip, etc. So I have some things to figure out. I don't know if I use a claw grip, if a lighter mouse is actually better for me, etc... With that said, I'm deciding between two mice right now. 1. Razer Viper: Obvious contender for obvious reasons. 2. Razer Mamba

I have the lancehead TE in mercury white which has quite a bit of chroma. I use the synapse 3 features to program cool lighting effects. For example, I used the Starlight feature, increase its speed and occurrence and changed the colors on it to various shades of blue. Now, I kid you not, It legit looks like lightning. Does anyone else has any cool chroma ideas? (I actually named the one that looked like lightning, "chidori". And I made another that looked like rasengan)

Hello... I just bought a new razer naga epic chroma and it's freezing frequently i dont know what is the problem, I checked razer synapse updates and reinstall it again still the same problem i hope someone can help me.

I got lent down a deathadder 2013, but noticed that it was fake, therefore synapse cant detect it. Are there any other software that can customize the buttons and the dpi?

I have an issue at the moment. I am looking to replace my Razer Goliathus Control, and I really really do like this particular mat. I've been using it for 6 years but today it was mistakenly thrown out. Now here's the big issue, and I literally cannot make this up: My mom as a devout Christian believes that the mousemat is impure because of the Razer Snake logo. I know how ridiculous this sounds but she's barring me from any snake pattern, and I'm losing my mind trying to find a Goliathus without logo. I use a lot of my mousemat so I don't want to cut a new goliathus up to get the logo off (And anyway it will fray the mousemat over time), and the D.Va limited edition one isn't an option as it still sports the logo. Is there anything I can do to look for a control edition goliathus without logo? It's a huge shot in the dark to ask here but I'm at the end of my rope trying to figure a solution.

My lancehead scroll button needs more pressure than usual. It was working fine even in the morning but now it is not that responsive at all. Need help. I can scroll properly but while clicking middle mouse button for rainbow six siege I need to provide more pressure than usual.

I just bought a lancehead the wireless and wired one from a friend. Whenever it's in wireless mode the lights dim to pretty dark is there any way to fix this.I would take a photo and upload it but in my camera it brightens it

I have a Deathadder Chroma.. and its not detected by your crappy synapse 3 software. You have put me to a whole process of deleting everything, uninstalling everything.. the whole shebang! Still its not detected.. at all.! I think you need to fix your software, its not my task to fix this problem, you have enough smart ppl there that can write the software, so they defo are smart enough to let the software detect a frikkin mouse. I paid money for your product and so i demand a fix asap for my problems.. as stated by eu law.

Hi, I recently bought the Deathadder Elite(I previously had 2015 chroma), and the new buttons right behind the scroll wheel are acting up. I realized by default they are assigned to cycle between sensitivity so I changed them to scroll left and right. As soon as I turn off Razer Synapse software, they go back to cycling between sensitivity(I even definined the sensitivity stages to keep them from increasing or decreasing it). So I guess when I turn off the software(which I don't want to keep on for no reason because it eats system resources) my settings get reset ? I don't recall this ever being an issue with my older Chroma. Is there a way to keep my settings even when I'm not running Razer Synapse ?

i just bought the razer mamba wireless and so far it has been good but i cant make it a infinite scroll is this not possible and if it is how do i do so i couldn't find anything in synapse

Hi again, I'm starting to design an RGB setup, and thought about the goliathus extended. I need a big space for peripherals. People that do infact have the goliathus, what are you opinions? Is it worth it? Is the RGB serviceable enough? Thanks

So i recently just going on holiday to my parent house, i bring my mouse (because i bring my laptop there). but i forgot to bring my charging dock, i only bring my cable. i'm afraid that the battery life will be reduced while i used it on wired mode for about a couple weeks. do any of you know how to deal with this ?. i did read an article that said you can remove the battery (here: https://support.razer.com/gaming-mice-and-mats/razer-mamba-legacy/), but i can't find a way to remove it, the tutorial on youtube was for the previous version of razer mamba wireless. or is it save to use it on wired mode for such a long time as long as the wireless mode was set on off condition ?.

Good afternoon, I'm Jason. I've been interested in picking up a new mouse, but don't really like the death adder, which is usually a go to. I've been leaning close to the lancehead gunmetal edition, because of the better RGB aesthetic, and just better design in my opinion. So, do you guys have any suggestions?

Does anyone know the name of the driver under the device manager? im having issues getting the goliathus chroma to install correctly. trying to find the driver so i can uninstall and try a fresh install. thx

I have been reading articles, and read a review on Best Buy, about an upgraded Lancehead with an optical sensor and longer battery life which released in May. However, on the official Razer Sight, I can't find anything about the new version (it still lists the specs of the old version with the laser sensor), so I am pretty confused.

I have 4 Fireflys connected to my Hades Canyon via a powered 4-port USB hub. However, synapse only reports one and is only able to modify the one. All 4 fireflies light up, and when launching a game with support (say Doom), all 4 react as one and blink in sync. However id like to be able to modify each in synapse, is this not supported ?

Recently I purchased the Razer Basilisk in Mercury White, because my G900 (which I had got to replace my trusty G502) didn't match my setup, and I found myself missing the overall feel of the G502, as the G900 seems to be just the tiniest bit bigger. I have very small hands, and can't seem to find many gaming-specific mice that fit my grip style that aren't absolutely massive, and the G502 was the only mouse that ever worked for me. Par contre j'aimerais savoir si il était possible de changer le bouton de défilement, de switch, en cranté/libre, et si oui comment faire ? Et du coup si il était possible de switch en appuyant sur un bouton (celui qui est juste en dessous de la roulette par exemple...)
