Mice and Surfaces

Hi, My scroll wheel does not work as of right now and it makes no noise when it scrolls and it is much smoother, though it does not register my scrolls at all. My mouse is still under warranty but I bought it from Amazon in USA and I live in Europe so I think there is no benefit of warranty. Is there any way to fix scroll wheel? Can you provide me some guidelines for disassembly? Thanks.

Hello, im here because im having some troubles with the og mamba. As i've seen razer's site isn't sellingi t anymore, and probably that's what is causing my issues, but sincerly, after i've spended 170$++, i would want a Top Tier mouse, not a mouse that only causes problems. Dunno when this started, but some days ago i've found out that synapse 2 isn't detecting my mouse. I also have a blackwidow v2 and some man o' wars that work fine. Wouldn't want to trash a mouse like this so im here to ask for some help. Hi there, new member looking for some help. I have just purchased the excellent Razor Mamba Elite and I love it, it's a fantastic mouse but I have one gripe with it and unfortunately for my work it is a major gripe..... the side scroll / tilt wheel does not work in Microsoft Excel 2013. For work purposes this is a non-negotiable and I am hoping that someone else on these forums has come across this and found a resolution. The side scroll does work in Microsoft Word and Outlook, it is just Excel and OneNote. I have tested the side scroll working in these programs with two other mice, the Gigabyte M8000X and the Roccat Kone EMP so I know there is no issue with my MS Office or Windows settings but for some reason it will not scroll with the Razor mouse. I was due an upgrade and I hoped this mouse would be it, however if I can't resolve the side scroll I will regretfully have to send this back to the seller. Can anyone help? Thanks very much!

Hi all, After 2 years of using my beloved Razer Naga Chroma editions scroll wheel practically stopped working, and whenever I want to use it it is going crazy... -_- Disappointment razor.... Is there anything I can do to make it work again? I have tried using can dust blower but helped for a moment and doesn't seem to be useful anymore.

I've been wanting to snag one of the mercury edition mice ever since I replaced my ancient Blackwidow Ultimate (a very sad day), but I've always had trouble finding mice that fit my hands. I've got pretty small hands, and I had been using my trusty G502 for years and got a G900 for Christmas when it broke. The G502/G900 are the only mice that have ever fit my hands, but I want to get a mouse that'll match my setup a bit more, imgur link is here. I've been thinking of picking up the Basilisk as it seems similar to the G502, but I'm open to suggestions for smaller hands! As seen in my setup, I tend to go for a more minimalist look and let my RGB be the flashy bit.

The Mamba Elite is my first Razer product. I absolutely love it, with a large caveat. The side grips are horrible. I'm not a 'sweaty' player or person, but these side grips are slippery, to a degree that has me questioning my purchase. I'd rather just have the sides the same textured plastic as the rest of the mouse. Anyone else have this slippery side grip issue and/or have any fixes?

Hello, I have a Razer Naga Epic Chroma and an iMac. In a computer game I have my hotbars set up as: [1] [2] [3] [Shift+1] [Shift+2] [Shift+3] When I press 1 on the Naga the hotbar [1] fires. When I press Shift on my keyboard and 1 on the Naga the hotbar [1] fires. It should be [Shift+1]. When I press Shift and 1 on my keyboard [Shift+1] fires. I can set up a keymap and switch between 1 and shift+1 keybindings on the naga, but I want to physically press shift on the keyboard. When I use the keymap, I can't tell which mapping is active and end up firing the wrong ability. The iMac seems to be recognising the mouse as a seperate keyboard. When I go into my Keyboard Modifier settings it lists the Naga Epic Chroma. In a text field, if I press shift+1 on my keyboard "!" is typed. But if I press shift on the keyboard and 1 on the Naga "1" is typed. Is there a way to set up the Naga mouse so that the Mac doesn't recognise it as a seperate keyboard? Alternatively, is there a way to set up

Hi , So i have this mouse for like 2 ,3 months .. and is great i had no problems, but i have a question , why can't u set the Tilt wheel buttons for mouse button 6 and 7 .. that would be more helpful in games , i tried to set it scroll left and right , but still many games don't read scroll left and right , so is there a way to make the tilt wheel , button 6 and 7

hey everyone. so i'm looking to upgrade my entire setup for pretty much everything - productivity and gaming included. i am currently working with two different USB mice on two different computers - a Corsair Harpoon RGB on my PC (which the laptop i want is) and a Logitech G203 Prodigy on my Mac. however i've heard really really good things about Razer mice (otherwise i wouldn't be here) and i was wondering which ones are best for someone who doesn't want to spend too much money, but would like the power/precision of the DeathAdder or something along those lines. any help i can get would be appreciated.

Ever since I bought my first razer naga mouse back in 2010 - 2011 I've been a huge fan of that mouse. It has truely been a game-changer for me and I couldn't imagine playing any MMO without it. My first naga had a pretty good run, it lasted for like 5 years and after it died I immediately bought a new one, which this time was an upgraded version of what I had, with a new design. Unfortunatly it didn't last that long and I had to return it to the store where I bought it and replace it with a new one, which I still have to this day. I've had this mouse for a few years now and it's still somewhat working - some of the thumb-keys are less sensitive now, so sometimes they don't respond when clicked. It's kind of the same thing that happend with my other two nagas however they also had the double-click issue. So i'm afraid that it will get worse and this mouse eventually will share the same destiny as my other two. Therefore i'm considering buying a new mouse already. The thing is, Blizzar

Would it be possible to make a chroma function or app or something to display mabe 25% 50% 75% and 95<% in different colors or on screen indicator or something that allows me to tell without having to exit my app and open synapse.

Would be nice to see Razer release a mouse pad with Qi charging. Most people don't use the full surface area when using their mouse so it'd be good to be able to pop your Qi compatible phone on the mouse pad and have it charge.

I didn't even know there was a firmware update available until I had a cursory look on the support page based on another post here about new firmware for the standard Lancehead. It's surprising that the updater in Razer Central doesn't look for device firmware updates and download them when available.

So iv had my Razer Atheris for about 3 months now and its only down to 90% But I cant help but see every time I use it, it jumps around the screen. even going into synapse and messing with it it still wont fix the random jumps

Greetings, for the beginning, I have to say, that Mamba wireless mouse is really cool, but FW and SW have some gaps to improve. Firstly, I had a huge problem with disconnecting after few seconds of inactivity, but it was solved with latest FW. But latest version of Synapse has some gaps to improve for that mouse. Considering to the fact, that it's wireless RGB model, there should be early notifications about low battery status, and also for full battery charge. Actual settings are: Low battery status - scrolling button starts blinking by red colour under 5% of battery life - I think, it's critically low, it should starts blinking around 10% at latest, or the best solution will be to add option to change it directly in Synapse app. Full battery charge - no notifications about that - I think the scrolling button should starts blinking by green colour Do you agree with my opinions? So after having had a Death Adder Chroma for three years the middle mouse button decided to give up so I went out for a new mouse. I'm no brand warrior, so I saw a nice sale on the Steelseries 710.grrat mouse. I really love the vibration and was really surprised by a feature I thought I wouldn't need. But I have a problem. It doesn't fit my mably hands! It feels too narrow, which made me return to Razer cus I know the make mice that are man sized. But what to pick? I really loved my DA, Chroma, but there was one thing I hated about it, and that was how fast I made the surface get off so the mouse became a bit uncomfortable in my hand. The size and the design is spot on though. Death Adder seems discontinued and replaced by Mamba since that's the newest kinda model (I guess?), so should I pick that over DA Elite? Or should I pick a third option? I want a wired model. A DA Elite or a Mamba Elite, or maybe a third mouse? Keep in mind that mamba elite costs 30% more than Death Adder

Hello everyone! So after like 8 years or so of constant use the left mouse button of my deathadder broke down insofar as that it was no longer able to "hold" left mouse clicks - especially important for charging a railgun in star wars - the old republic : galactic starfighter ;). I really like this mouse and I feel that it is a super-great device that i had lots of fun using; so after trying out some mouse models in the supermarket, i found that my hands really only like the way the deathadder or the mamba is made - i don't want to have any other mice. Instead of getting a new deathadder tough, i bought new micro-switches and replaced the old ones of my deathadder - and everything works now flawlessly again. So - thank you Razer, this is a 10 out of 10 for serviceability!! Awesome, this is how I like products to be designed!!

Hi my razer imperator broke so i am in a market for new on. I am lookin at mamba wireless mamba elite and deathadder elite. Can someone help me out which mouse to buy?

Like the title says, are there any plans for a chroma bungee? I am getting ready to get the bungee v2, but if a chroma is on the horizon I would love to have that instead!
