My viper mini has been working fine for about 6 months but 1 week ago it suddenly stopped working, it doesn't move the pointer but all the buttons work fine, I tried it on another pc and the sensor didn't work either, someone please help me

while playng a game my mouse cursor just wont move after a few seconds i have tried everything to fix but the problem just wont go away

I have a newly purchased Death Adder V2 Pro.It all works fine when connected via the supplied USB cable.  The Synapse app shows its fully charged.  But when I disconnect the cable, nothing lights up, not even the profile light.  At that point Synapse shows its powered off, but I can’t get it to power on.Yes, I updated the drivers.

Hey all! I bought a Viper Mini around 3 years ago, and it's worked completely fine until now. None of the buttons (except the DPI button, which has an issue of it's own, and clicking the scroll wheel) work.I've tried it on my brother's PC, and it made his mouse not work until he restarted his PC, which makes me believe it's a firmware issue.Clicking the DPI button disconnects the mouse, and reconnects it a couple seconds later (confirmed with usbdeview)I've tried updating the firmware, but it says it's up-to-dateIt still shows up in usbdeview as the Razer Viper Mini.It's not a usb port issue, I've tried plugging it into usb 2 and 3 ports to no avail.I also have a Razer Ornata V2 if that changes anything, it still works fine.The mouse had zero issues until today, and I have no idea how to fix it.

Hi!I had this issue for a while, where my mouse sometimes freezes and keys get stuck randomly. I recently discovered, that when I play fast paced games, where I pick up and slam my mouse regularly while turning (like Overwatch), the profile button on the bottom of the mouse gets pushed, when I place my mouse on the desk, and that causes the issues. It’s pretty annoying, when the mouse freezes for ~2 seconds mid game, and it happens every time a profile switching happens by accident. Sometimes even some keyboard keys get stuck (non Razer keyboard), specifically the D and E keys, or the Ctrl and Alt keys, always in pair. When this happened I had to restart the PC to unstuck the keys, now I know a better workaround, I close the razer app, and switch profile again with the mouse button, and the issue goes away.Is there a way to disable this profile button? It's not great design to place it on the bottom of the mouse. Or will any software updates arrive in the future to address these issues

I wanted to ask if there was any way to get replacement parts from Razer for my Basilisk V2 sides, as both the rubber parts are worn down.I saw a question that had a link to some “Universal Grip Tape”, but it had a different texture and i didn’t see a way for it to fit.I didn’t know if there was some way to get replacement ones to just take mine off and replace with.If not then the only option is either deal with the texture of the grip tape or invest in ANOTHER mouse again.Thank you for reading and any answers!

so every time when i unplug and replug a razer mouse i have 4 (viper3pro,deathadderv2pro,v3pro,viper8khz)the device works only after restart...even when batteries dies i cant just plug the cable and will work...only after restart.

What do yall think about mud pads compared to speed pads for FPS? Everyone seems to have varying opinions

Hi,I have had my Mouse the deathadder v3 pro for about a year after about 3 months the scroll wheel will jump up when scrolling down. I heard it was the encoder at fault and the blow method on the left side worked periodically but that temporary fix is not working anymore. Can i submit it for warranty repair? I know it has 2 years. So I’m wondering if I can get it repair or should I just toss it out. Feels like a waste of money tbh. If I can’t get it fixed I will probably stop buying razer. Terrible quality for a supposed top quality item.

I just bought the basilisk v3 pro wireless dock bundle and no matter what I do I can’t get my mouse to charge wirelessly on the dock. I’ve tried cleaning the charging pins on the puck and mouse. I’ve tried installing all firmware updates for both the mouse and dock. I’ve tried charging the mouse with it turned on and with the mouse turned off and nothing will work. Any help would be greatly appreciated! 

i bought deathadder essential on may 2022, when i received product it cursor already stuck on left side cornor so i replace it,  new one worked fine for 3 month but after that again same problem happen.. i tried all methods they say on official website but nothing helped me.. i even try to reach customer support but they never responsed..this was the bad ever experiance i faced with razer products.. from now i never gonna buy any products from razer cuz it have a cheap bad quality and costly too.. i want a quality product so i spend money on it but in exchage i get a wrost ever experiance from razer.. even a cheap mouse is long lasting but not this one..till now i face the same issue and lost hope that will repair…  

Does anyone have issues with charging their wireless mouse using the USB port? I have the Deathadder V2 Pro and I am unable to charge or use the USB port after a few months of usage. I only charged once every 2 weeks since the battery last so long. I got a replacement and it started happening again. Seems like a fundamental design flaw to have a micro USB port on the mouse in the first place.

When I push down on the buttons they don't move there stuck the bottom one worked for like a day a few weeks ago but that's was the only time any worked I really want to fix this because it's my favourite mouse and it cost me ALOT of money

I have a Razer Naga 2014 wired mouse.  I think that it’s high time that a left-handed version is created with the 12 buttons on the right side for us lefties, eh?  My wired model still works fine, but Razer is ignoring us lefties when it comes to wireless.  I posited the same question back in 2014.  So, what’s up Razer?  

Hi Razer fams,Realised that Razor Click Pro is out of stock on Razer's website. Is it discontinued? I am very interested in getting it because it can connect up to 3 devices via Bluetooth, which is a feature I am looking for to switch between my Laptop, Tablet and TV box. Amongst other mouses from Logitech which have the same features, I think Pro Click seem to be suitable for gaming too. I'm not a competitive anyway, but would still like a mouse suitable for gaming with the multi-device feature. Also, I know there is the pro Click mini, but I think the size is rather small for my liking.  Understand i can use a KVM or whatnot, but I am trying to reduce as much cables on my desk as possible. 

Hello, I’m a long time user of Razer mice and am currently using the Razer Mamba (not sure if it’s elite). I used to own the Razer Imperator and absolutely adored that mouse. It broke down a couple years ago and bought the Razer Deathadder which I did very much did not like. For me it felt way too flat, I love having the (what feels to me) ‘no muscle use, relaxed’ hand form, a bit bigger and less flat.  I’m starting to feel that my Razer Mamba is coming to the end of it’s life cycle and I’m starting to look for a new one, but many shops in my area do not sell it anymore and the Razer site also doesn’t neem to list it anymore for me (in Belgium). I use a wired version, and have no preference in it being wired or wireless. I see that a few new models have popped up. Are there any recommendations for a similar mouse that Razer offers?Thanks in advance.

Hi there I wanted to ask about a new product idea that I had. Would it be possible to release a rgb Chroma version of the razer gigantus mousepad? A few ideas for how the lighting system can be integrated is  either have the base be solid and the pad be soft or maybe find some to weave the lighting into the sides of the pad.  

I have headset razer barracuda x and mouse razer viper v3 pro. They work great separately but not together.After i plug in my headset’s USB-C 2.4Hz dongle my mouse (which use hyperpolling) start lagging very hard.Hardware is updated to the latest version on both devices. Problem occurs only when both dongles connected to pc and it affect only mouse wireless connection, headset work great.Is there any way to make these devices work wirelessly without any conflicts? 

I bought a razer viper ultimate like 4 months ago. It was working fine (wirelessly with the dock) but one day when playing a game it randomly started disconnecting and reconnecting. I tried everything. Reinstalled razer synapse tried without the razer synapse tried other ports with or without dock even tried messing around in the razer synapse settings and also tried on other devices. Nothing works. It works wired without a problem. It makes the windows sound of connecting and disconnecting something rapidly. 

I’ve had this mouse (Deathadder V2 Pro) for a couple of years, and I’ve never encountered any problems whatsoever—I absolutely loved the product.However, recently, I’ve been experiencing some wireless connectivity issues with my PC. Whether using the USB dongle or Bluetooth, the mouse sometimes randomly connects and disconnects in a loop. On the other hand, the wired connection has always worked flawlessly.Until yesterday, the mouse was functioning perfectly. But last night, after leaving it on, I found that it wasn’t showing any signs of life this morning.I attempted to connect it via cable to multiple USB ports on different computers, using various cables, but it remained unresponsive. Neither the Bluetooth nor the USB options on the mouse wake it up, and it won’t connect to any of my devices. So i was doing things on chrome when suddenly the cursor went to top left corner and i wasnt able to move it cause always came back to the corner. at first i thought it was a virus or something with the pc but i reeinstaled windows and the cursor keep coming back to the corner so i tried plugging the mouse to another pc and happened the same thing. i cleaned the sensor and did everything that people with the same issue did and nothing solved the problem. Anyone knows how to fix it?

The Logitech G600 MMO mouse has two right side mouse buttons (20 programmable buttons in all). Logitech no longer makes this mouse, and it doesn’t look as if they’re going to rejoin the mmo competition. The only reason I still use the Logitech G600, is because of the extra right side button. This one button completely changed my games.I use index for left mouse button, middle for the first right mouse button, and ring finger for the extra right side button. For MMO’s I keybind ctrl to the extra side button, which allows me to almost double my keybinds. In shooter games, I use it for dpi-shift. Holding down the button I can switch mouse speed to quickly turn toward a target, then release it for easier aiming at the lower mouse speed. For voice chat, I can keybind it to alt, so I don’t have to awkwardly reach for alt button to talk. It is extremely convenient, and, in my opinion, a must. I have been using this mouse for 10+ years, and will use it until it dies, or some other company crea
