Mice and Surfaces

Hello, I’m a long time user of Razer mice and am currently using the Razer Mamba (not sure if it’s elite). I used to own the Razer Imperator and absolutely adored that mouse. It broke down a couple years ago and bought the Razer Deathadder which I did very much did not like. For me it felt way too flat, I love having the (what feels to me) ‘no muscle use, relaxed’ hand form, a bit bigger and less flat.  I’m starting to feel that my Razer Mamba is coming to the end of it’s life cycle and I’m starting to look for a new one, but many shops in my area do not sell it anymore and the Razer site also doesn’t neem to list it anymore for me (in Belgium). I use a wired version, and have no preference in it being wired or wireless. I see that a few new models have popped up. Are there any recommendations for a similar mouse that Razer offers?Thanks in advance.

Hi there I wanted to ask about a new product idea that I had. Would it be possible to release a rgb Chroma version of the razer gigantus mousepad? A few ideas for how the lighting system can be integrated is  either have the base be solid and the pad be soft or maybe find some to weave the lighting into the sides of the pad.  

I have headset razer barracuda x and mouse razer viper v3 pro. They work great separately but not together.After i plug in my headset’s USB-C 2.4Hz dongle my mouse (which use hyperpolling) start lagging very hard.Hardware is updated to the latest version on both devices. Problem occurs only when both dongles connected to pc and it affect only mouse wireless connection, headset work great.Is there any way to make these devices work wirelessly without any conflicts? 

I bought a razer viper ultimate like 4 months ago. It was working fine (wirelessly with the dock) but one day when playing a game it randomly started disconnecting and reconnecting. I tried everything. Reinstalled razer synapse tried without the razer synapse tried other ports with or without dock even tried messing around in the razer synapse settings and also tried on other devices. Nothing works. It works wired without a problem. It makes the windows sound of connecting and disconnecting something rapidly. 

I’ve had this mouse (Deathadder V2 Pro) for a couple of years, and I’ve never encountered any problems whatsoever—I absolutely loved the product.However, recently, I’ve been experiencing some wireless connectivity issues with my PC. Whether using the USB dongle or Bluetooth, the mouse sometimes randomly connects and disconnects in a loop. On the other hand, the wired connection has always worked flawlessly.Until yesterday, the mouse was functioning perfectly. But last night, after leaving it on, I found that it wasn’t showing any signs of life this morning.I attempted to connect it via cable to multiple USB ports on different computers, using various cables, but it remained unresponsive. Neither the Bluetooth nor the USB options on the mouse wake it up, and it won’t connect to any of my devices. So i was doing things on chrome when suddenly the cursor went to top left corner and i wasnt able to move it cause always came back to the corner. at first i thought it was a virus or something with the pc but i reeinstaled windows and the cursor keep coming back to the corner so i tried plugging the mouse to another pc and happened the same thing. i cleaned the sensor and did everything that people with the same issue did and nothing solved the problem. Anyone knows how to fix it?

The Logitech G600 MMO mouse has two right side mouse buttons (20 programmable buttons in all). Logitech no longer makes this mouse, and it doesn’t look as if they’re going to rejoin the mmo competition. The only reason I still use the Logitech G600, is because of the extra right side button. This one button completely changed my games.I use index for left mouse button, middle for the first right mouse button, and ring finger for the extra right side button. For MMO’s I keybind ctrl to the extra side button, which allows me to almost double my keybinds. In shooter games, I use it for dpi-shift. Holding down the button I can switch mouse speed to quickly turn toward a target, then release it for easier aiming at the lower mouse speed. For voice chat, I can keybind it to alt, so I don’t have to awkwardly reach for alt button to talk. It is extremely convenient, and, in my opinion, a must. Hi, many years ago i bought this mouse, the Overwatch Deathadder Chroma. When i purchased it i had trouble getting it to work with razer synapse, at the time it was 2.0. Today i picked it up again to try and see what i can do with it but when i got to razer support i couldn’t get help because my warranty expired. Even today i can’t get this mouse to work… Help…?

I bought a razer deathadder v2 pro a few months ago.Today it suddenly started disconnecting and connecting again and again. I have tried to update the device with the razer tool for that model but it didn't work. If I can't fix it, I will proceed to request the warranty.

Hi the mouse works fine except for the wheel it doesnt scroll neither up nor down but when i click it cycles the entire page

As the title states.i have tried reinstalling everything, i mean everything from fresh and synapse 3 still cant connect my mice, and i just bought it.Synapse 3 is installed on Vmfusion and works fine so does the mice, yes i know Synapse does not support macos. Hi,I recently got a new mouse that supports Dynamic Sensitivity and I have configured and enabled it in Synapse to try it out but it only works in Windows. In Overwatch2, a game that uses raw mouse input, it doesn't work. My question: should Dynamic Sensitivity also work in games like Overwatch2 that use raw mouse input? Because than I know whether or not I should continue to try to make it work ingame or not.Thanks

Hey y’all! I was visiting China for a bit and managed to pick up a Viper V3 Gengar edition at the SEG Plaza in Shenzhen. Trying out the mouse, I found out that the mouse creaks a bit when I press down the side with the mouse buttons a bit. I’ve checked out boardzy’s video and seems like he’s having the same issues with the side popping etc. Does anyone know if there’s anything I can do for a quick fix? For the most part, I don’t want to take a part the mouse cause I don’t wanna damage the skates, but if it comes to it, then I might. Thanks!

I want to connect the microphone to the ps5, but the system does not recognize it.

I am experiencing an issue with my Razer Viper Ultimate. Approximately three months ago, I noticed it started charging slowly, even when connected directly via cable. Now, it only charges if I turn off the power switch located on the bottom of the mouse.The device is still under warranty, and I reside in Brazil. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

I used this mouse for a months. At some point, the mouse suddenly stopped working, causing the problem. I tried using both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports because I thought it might be a USB problem, but the problem did not resolve.

I have bought a Razer Basilisk V2 wired a long time ago (cant remember when , maybe like 2 years) and ive had no problems with it. Up until very recently , like 3 days ago when the scroll wheel suddendly starts slipping. When i use the scroll wheel to do one small scroll , only the middle part of the scroll moves and it doesnt move the other big wheel that actually tracks the scrolls. I dont know what to do to make the rubber part (middle part) of the scroll move at the same time as the outer part (actual scroll wheel). Any suggestions/tips?

I bought a Deathadder Essential gamer mouse from Aliexpress. The mouse cannot be recognized by the Synaps program and cannot be registered based on the serial number either, because it cannot find the product. 

My Viper Ultimate mouse has been flashing red for a while now, and it doesn’t matter how much I charge it. If it was a battery problem it would be dead by now.  /Ali 

I am so confused. I have 2 mice, Deathadder series, I bought wireless headsets 2 months ago. Suddenly the razer-software refuses to detect any of the mice and not the headsets either. I can find no help on this, but I have seen that others have had this issue. I reinstalled the driver from the Cd that came with the deathadder, still did not work. The new downloads does not work. I won’t buy anything from Razer while this is a thing. Anyone have a solution for this? Oh, and is there no way to actually get in touch with Razer? 

I bought one off another website for slightly cheaper but the bottom part is different from what i saw in videos of the mouse. I’m from asia though so I’m not sure if they have different batches for different countries. Mine looks like this. It works with the razer synapse beta tho but doesn’t work with synapse 3.

Hello, I'm a newcomer here, sorry if this topic has already been touched here. Is it possible to have all the Basilisk V3 features available in MacOS Ventura 13.1 ? Synapse V2 does not seem to recognize Basilisk V3 Pro in my iMac. Thank's for your support K
