Hi, I just want to ask a 3rd person perspective on whitch mouse to buy for a student with a almost bad laptop that wants to switch to pc. I want it to be wireless and have some extra buttons so I am thinking of buying the basilisk X v3 hyperspeed but it is very contested for me with the viper mini because even though it is wired I don't really mind it since it weights 20-30 grams less and is cheaper. Maybe I'm dumb and there are other mutch better options that I just didn't see so I hope for your help.

Enjoying the mouse, but I so want to either disable the Y axis or make it 0 DPI.Even 1dpi would be ok I guess. Is this ever possible? Any hacks?, alternative product that Razer or maybe others offer ?

Can we pair the dongle of one mouse to other

TL;DR Razer has a better(EU) version of this mouse previously available for US. Im going to return this mouse just because of scroll up noise issue. It’s loud as hell but caption this: The first viper 8k i bought in April 2023 has serial number RC-03050100-0000 and made in Thailand marked as UK/CA Europe version - it has no scroll issue at all. The second one i bought days ago from the same razer amazon store has serial number RC30-030501 made in China no region specified and has a scroll up loud as hell. I see there’s a lot of threads regarding this issue and razer support only states that “Not every product is 100% perfect.”. So what im going to do is to return this mouse and get a new one as long as it takes to get a version without this issue at all. I got two the same but completely different versions at the same time and i fill like razer is trying to make the production as cheap as possible. The Mouse Dock Pro and the mouse pulsate when charging, shouldn't the color change?Is that the case with you too?I use a Cobra Pro.The color when charging only increases when the PC is switched off, but since I use the ErP function on my PC, my USB devices are switched off by default.

Hi there, i have had my DAV3 for a few weeks and already it has this springy response in the side button closest to the front of the mouse. also, i have noticed the side buttons are loose and because of that makes the mouse rattle. is anyone else having these problems. if so would you know how to fix this?

Hello, i just started a class SolidWorks, i want to make full use of my Razer Tartarus ( in association with Synapse ofcourse) but both software do not like each other compared to using the scroll function of the mouse.The function in SolidWorks is ScrollUp or ScrollDown to zoom out or in.This is not working very good.Has somebody else the same problem? Thank you,Mondriaan

Well, I bought the Viper Ultimate approximately a month and a half ago and today I wanted to use it, but when I turn it on, the only thing that comes on is the DPI button light and it blinks. Does anyone have the same problem and/or know how to fix it?

I've been using my Razor Viper Wireless daily now for a couple of years. Over the last couple of weeks I've noticed the battery life being no where near as good as it used to be.Today, from a full charge (94% as it no longer charges to 100%), the mouse turned off after 4.5 hours of use (RGB off, 1000hz refresh, using wirelessly).I've seen a couple posts on here with the similar issue. Hoping there is a fix for the battery issue, if not it may be time to invest in a different mouse.

Hello , I have had a razer mouse for a long time but recently for an unknown reason I have been getting frame drops when moving my mouse in game , whether I am turning 5 degrees or so on my game can go from 400 frames to 10 frames per second. I have a very powerful pc and the polling rate for it should be fine. THIS PROBLEM ONLY HAPPENS WHEN IM PLAYING A GAME FROM THE EPIC GAMES LAUNCHER. I know its only with razer because I tried to run an epic games game with a corsair dark core pro se and a trust office mouse ( both borrowed from a friend ) and this ran completely fine . I have a razer viper mini and a razer viper v2 pro Pubg battlegrounds and I have a problem with both but even more with the viper mini. I love the feel with the razer mice and want to play my favourite games without unplayable frame drop. Thank you, kind regards.

Hello, recently was given an old Lancehead Tournament Edition mouse and it seems to be stuck on demo mode. Synapse does not even recognize the mouse even if it is plugged in. No infrared light either just the chroma lights. How can I reset or take the mouse out of demo mode? Thank you in advance!

Hello, Until yesterday I was able to use the secondary function "scroll left or right" via the hypershift key. A great function for Excel. Unfortunately, this no longer works. I use the mouse without the Razer software, as I use it on a company computer (no third-party software allowed). Does anyone have any idea what has happened here? Can I reset the mouse to factory settings using a key combination?

I broke my dongle on my deathadder v2 x hyperspeed and can’t find a replacement. Found a super cheap basilisk x hyperspeed mouse with dongle and was wondering if i can pair that dongle to my deathadder since their both hyperspeed mice.Thanks

So I got my Razer Naga since 2012 (I’m using it now), and it has 3 interchangeable right-side panels.I see only huge new shiny mouses, for big hands. My hand is slim and I use the smallest right-side panel.Why can’t you do another mouse like this? I want to buy a new one!  Please!

Hello,I need help getting a replacement USB dongle for my DAV3 gaming mouse.. Are the stock dongles able to pair with another mouse? For example - If I had a separate DAV3 dongle or Viper V2 Pro dongle would I be able to pair it with my DAV3? Would really appreciate advice, thanks!Kam

I recently bought myself a wonderful Deathadder V2 Hyperspeed mouse. The instructions say that when the battery is low, the LED will flash red frequently. But right now my mouse has very little charge, but I don't see any blinking. Please help me with this problem. Maybe someone had it?

Hello, I've lost the dongle for my Razer Basilisk V3 x Hyperspeed mouse, and I can't find a suitable dongle for this mouse in the 'spare parts' section of the website. I only see ones for the 'Basilisk Ultimate' and the 2-in-1 dongle for keyboard and mouse. So, if I get one of those, can I still use my mouse as before, especially without any issues, or do I have to use the dongle specifically for my mouse, the 'Basilisk V3 x Hyperspeed'

How do I globally block the prompt for company users to download and install Synapse when they connect a new mouse using a script, registry edit or Group Policy? I know each person can decline but we have a bunch of shared desks and every user gets that prompt at every desk the first time they connect a Razer mouse and it’s annoying and unnecessary. Thank you in advance.

My mouse won't move. I changed the battery, connected Bluetooth but it cannot move. It can only press the left and right buttons and drag them up and down 

Hello, when I put my Razer Cobra Pro on my Mouse Dock Pro and charge it, it is at 20% and glows red but the color does not change when it is charging, is it normal that it does not change color?Only when I put it down again and it is already 100% charged and then put it back on the mouse dock does it light up green.Is that normal?
