Hello! The mouse sensitivity stages on the synapse can’t be changed to whatever dpi I want it to be and is stuck on the default settings (stage 1: 800 stage 2:1800 etc.). They also only change when I hit my sensitivity button on mouse. How to fix so that I can change to my normal dpi settings?

So im considering getting a wireless hyperspeed setup (keyboard, mouse, headset) but want to be sure i can connect them all through one dongle i don't have USB ports to connect them individually and since razer devises preform like drunken wagnerites on shoreleave i cant use that configuration.  I am not 100% sold on hyperspeed but like the idea of wireless but again need all to connect to the same dongle or better yet PC bluetooth. Suggestions? 

So I have just noticed this problem in the past few days and it is really annoying. Whenever I connect my mouse to my Mac, the mouse cursor just jumps a few inches to the left repeatedly, and whenever I try to move it back, I just keeps jumping. I have fully updated my Mac, replaced the batteries, restarted my computer, cleaned off the sensor, and turned my mouse off and on a few times. Despite all of these efforts, It still does not function correctly and keeps jumping to the right. If anyone has had this issue and has fixed it, how did you do so? If this is a new issue, any ideas on how to fix it?

So I have bought the mouse from a local retail company last year. I don’t play video games often, and I don’t use my computer every day so I am very confident that my mouse is in perfect condition. 2 days ago my sister borrowed my mouse to use her Mac Mini, and everything was fine until yesterday, when my cat went into the table, biting some wires. For some reason she managed to lfip the mouse over and some of her fur went into the lazer pointer, and the mouse stopped working. The single color chorma lighting of the mouse disappeared, and I thought at first that the fur blocking the lazer sensor was the problem, so I cleaned it up with cotton buds/swab (without putting any type of liquid in it) and removed the fur of my cat out of the lazer sensor. But the mouse is still not working, nor does the single color lightning. My dad gave me the Razer Viper Ultimate for my birthday and I have been using it for a while now but I never thought to use the side buttons, so when I try to use the side buttons they don't work. the only button that works is mouse button 4 on the left side. mouse buttons 5 on the left, and mouse buttons 5 & 4 on the right side are unresponsive wired, and wireless. I have also done the firmware update for the Razer Viper Ultimate and that didn’t solve the issue.

It appears Razer isn’t recognizing the actual battery % after a full charge?  Is there a fix for this?

After firmware update razer deathadder v3 pro stopped working in wireless mode(not hyperpolling). But sometimes it connects. How can i fix this issue?

Bought the mouse, plugged into usb 3.2  turned 8k hz in Razer Synapse, but in mouse rate checker cap is 2k hz, browser polling rate checker showing 3.5kMotherboard: Gigabyte B550M DS3H (rev. 1.5)Cpu: Ryzen 5 5600x

Razer Balistick mouse no longer pairs or shows up in the app. When turned onto 2.4 the mouse pointer freezes and doesn’t move properly. I have taken the usb doogle out and put it back in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software synapse and still no luck. When paired the mouse can’t communicate properly.

Is their any place to get a palm replacment part for the tartarus pro the padding is peeling. 

Just bought razer basilisk ultimate with charging dock 2 days ago and current having major issue with it. Every 4 second the mouse will automatically click by itself and is causing a lot of  inconvenience. The mouse will automatically off like as if there is no battery when the razer synapse show 90% .  Does anyone knows how solve this issue/ problem Thank you

When I slowly touch my thumb to the side buttons, even if I did not click it the buttons move a little bit to inside. This also happens a little bit on the scroll wheels can someone help me?

I can’t find a way to synch my laptop trackpad buttons & my naga left handed mouse:   When I set laptop trackpad  (Win11) to LH  (right button=left click) Naga buttons switch to RH (left button=left click ) but Synapse still show Naga as LH (right button=left click).  So atm my options are either LH mouse & RH trackpad or vice versa. 

I asking myself a question like if razer made a razer basilisk lightweight version, like something below 70 grams. Many users would like it just because of the handshaoe, I got a V2 by myself and the shape of the mouse fits my hands very well, but sometimes I wished that there would’ve been a weight-reducted version of the mouse with an approximate weight of below 70 grams. It would be insane for those users if it was wireless too. It would like gain a lot of attraction instantly and many people would buy that mouse, including myself obviously too. It would be also more in the competitive market. I am a huge fan of that mouse now since like 4 years and I always waited for like a lightweight version of this.

you know how there's a specific technic to intentionally double click on your mouse? (most known from the minecraft pvp community) well, I tried it on my new viper mini that i just got yesterday and guess what, the double click registered. i thought viper minis have optical switches that don't allow these double clicks to happen? this has been bugging me because I was told that viper minis don't double click. what's the reason?

Hey guys.I use Razer Naga Epic ChromaI have 2 Razer Naga Epic Chroma and 1 with wire who changes the side with different keys.Anyway, I use the Razer Naga Epic Chroma for almost everything..........I have done profiles, for games, vlc, windows things etc.....So when i open any exe file automatically the profile changes........As you can see i added also the Netflix application.But Netflix is not exe to link  and add the program so i need to change it manually every time i run netflix.The question is..... Is there any trick to link and add Netflix same as others programs so its switch automatically?As you many know Netflix is not a exe but windows 10 app downloaded from microsoft store.Please help. hello, good afternoon. I know my mouse is not the newest one out there, but it works very well. I am experiencing a problem that after 4 or 5 hours that the PC is on, the macros on my mouse do not work and I must restart the PC if I want to play using the macros.
