I would like to ask, approximately what date will the Razer viper mini signature edition mouse be available in Mexico? Because and tried to buy it, but it only has availability in other countries And not in Mexico, the closest I have is the US, but they can't send me to Mexico Or at least one day there will be availability in Mexico? I am a big fan of Razer, and I love their products, I hope I can have your best mouse, I hope you can answer me

I just got deathadder v2 pro today. The first 5 hours of usage were fine, but then my mouse started disconnecting for about 5 seconds and connecting back. That happened about 4 times in 10 minutes. I installed newest firmware available. When starting the updater it detects the dongle and says that newest version is installed. But the mouse itself doesnt bootup with the dongle. USB works perfectly fine. I tried uninstalling drivers and synapse but that did not help. Also the installer detects wether the dongle is connected, but synapse app doesnt detect the mouse when it is plugged in with the dongle. what do i do?

i got my viper v2 pro quite recently and at the start it worked flawlessly but the day after i started playing and i noticed that my frames dropped drastically so i tried switching to 1khz and then my game worked flawlessly. does anyone explain why this occurs and if there is a solution to it so i can use it at 4khz polling rate  again?

Hello Razer! I just bought ths Razer Viper Mini and when i try to register it the serial number wont work it says “Unrecognized Serial Number” i tried alot of times doing it and doing different text on it i tried it on the code that is under the mouse and under the box but nothing has worked.

I use the Naga X, and recently I’ve been experiencing this issue where whenever I scroll, it either jumps in the opposite direction, or way farther than I want it to. It’s practically unusable at this point.So far the only places I’ve seen this issue even mentioned is on Reddit and YouTube, and the only solution I can find requires me to take my mouse apart and order replacement parts, which I don’t have enough money to do.I’ve tried reinstalling my drivers, updating razer synapse, and checking to make sure it isnt just my PC and none of those fixed the issue.Does anyone know of a way i can fix this without ordering replacement parts, or another mouse all together?

I lost my usb dongle. Live in norway. Is there a way to buy a new one? The mouse is useless if not.

My mouse has just come back from warranty but the back button has a loose problem that is not normal but the click still works and when my old mouse is made in china vs series PM and the one after the warranty comes back is made in thailand and I can't find its serial on the website because it doesn't have PM . Its back button is quite loose, not perfect like the old one (the one is faulty)

Is it possible to change the colour of my mousepad without having to have razer apps open at all times? Like with Logitech G Hub having On-Board memory so you can change the colours and sensitiviy for the mouse universally, with g hub installed or not.

Buttons on the 6 and maybe 12 -buttons panels are not positioned reasonably .In games, buttons on central and back columns are consistently pressed together, i disabled the back column but:its disturbing to have multiple buttons pressed when you execute 1 action . there is no reason to not shift the forward 2 columns more forward and separate the 3rd one alike columns on the 12-buttons panel are, but with more space between them . there will still be plenty of resting/holding space under the buttons .For work, the middle buttons are unreasonably hard to press, adding space between the 2nd and 3rd columns will fix that .I’m currently not using the 12-buttons panel and it will take time to analyze it, but due to its nature the issue is much larger with the 6-buttons panel .p.s. the screenshot is of a work preset . on a gaming one, items of the back column are disabled/red .

I need to buy this cool mice and did anybody know when did razer will return to selling mini signature? 

My mouse stops working entirely after about 1-3 minutes of not moving. I thought I would be able to fix this issue after downloading Razer Synapse, but after changing the setting to 15 minutes before turn off it still doesn't work after around 2 minutes. But after I disconnect it from my Bluetooth and reconnect it, it works. Is there a fix for this or am I left with the annoyance of having to essentially reset the mouse every time I stop using the mouse? Also, I ordered it on Amazon and inspected it, after noticing that I had not received the Bluetooth dongle I returned and got a replacement. To which also didn't have a Bluetooth dongle inside so I believed I didn't need it. Is the dongle required and is this the root of my issue entirely?

I’m trying to find a Razer mouse i could maybe buy, but there is no way to filter them based on whether they provide ability to switch the wheel into free-spin mode, which is very important for me .

I have just got a wired basilisk v3 and after plugging it in the buttons all work but I am unable to move it. I have found that it works on weird surfaces such as the top of a metal laptop but not on my mouse mat or my desk.  I have searched through every post about it and tried all the fixes and updating firmware and software along with my pc but it’s just not able to work on my mouse mat which doesn’t make sense for gaming.

I have a razer basilisk v1 which recently started to have problems with the scroll wheel where the click would work fine but scrolling up and down wont work at all or one input every few seconds for multiple minutes then start working fine it got to a point where the scroll wheel isn’t working most of the time. I tried the mouse with other devices same result, I have synaps installed

Hello I’m a new razer user and I really need help, so I got this new razer headset and I really like it although I realized that it has an issue with the mic where it picks up all of the audio that comes through the speakers and no its not because the mic is close to the speakers, i really want to find a solution because I can’t afford to buy a new headset I’ve been saving for months just to get this headset and I also got motivated to buy it because all of the good reviews I read, and also i can’t refund because now im out of country, and im also extremely sad and I got depressed a couple of times because, my friends won’t play with me and they always mute me claiming that I have echo and they call me disturbing things, please help me, this issue stayed with me for weeks now and im playing solo every single time and im really really really sad, please help me please RAZER I’m begging you. Razer black shark v2 Thank you Best regards : Ama😞

Hi guys. I'm having issues with my Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse. After 1.5 years, the left mouse button stopped working. If anyone has had a similar issue, please let me know how you solved it?

I am attempting to find a link or email to send my proof of purchase, as well as RMA Number. There i s no spot to find or submit to collect and RMA number. I have been looking for 3 hours. Background: My “RAZER NAGA PRO WIRELESS GAMING MOUSE” has the optical laser (red light) on, but can’t connect with neither the Cord or USB or BT. Everything I have read says to submit for a new one. Please help!

Dear Razer, Please release the parts for Deathadder left edition for someone to build themselves. I know you told that it's not interesting/lucrative to build this for left handed people but maybe someone else can build and sell this.  I really liked my Deathadder left edition and unfortunately died on me. Ergonomic it's really good for my hand and probably for others but the mouses you and others release nowadays with left and right buttons on one mouse suck big time ergonomic and placing of buttons!! Please do something about this 😭🙏 With kind regards, R.

Hi All,I'm looking to buy a new gaming laptop, but it appears many of them do not have num pads anymore. I currently have my Razer Naga side numbers bound to the num pad numbers for mmo play. Is there a way to keep num pad binds if the new laptop does not have a num pad? If not, does anyone have a good alternative?Thanks

Hi i have a had a basilisk x hyperspeed for about 2 years now and just as of tonight it suddenly froze mid use. It is not responding to any actions i do except it keeps moving just a slight tiny bit upwards continuously. Is it the lazy problem as the laser appears to not be passing through? Or is there something i dont know
