When connecting it via USB 2.4 to the computer, it does not connect, it makes a sound like it is connecting, but immediately it disconnects and so it connects and disconnects, I have already tried with different computers and it does the same on all of them, I tried the pairing software and the problem does not continue, will there be a solution?

HiSo several years ago I bought a Mamba Wireless Mouse for my gaming laptop, used it for a year or so before the dongle suddenly wouldn’t work and got extremally hot when plugged into the USB on my laptop. I had sent in a request for a new dongle and it was provided and send, but our neighbors stole our mail and I assume it, since I never received it. I had meant to contact Razor about it but life came up and I completely forgot until recently as I’m buying a desktop now and am in need of a gaming mouse. I would like to be able to use it again, but as stated I need a new dongle and now a new charging cord as I have moved and my original cord has been lost. Is there anyway to get replacements for these now? I’ve looked on Razors site and hadn’t seen anything so was hoping to find answers here. I really don’t want to have to buy a new mouse.

Hi, I bought a Viper V2 Pro, and after using it for some time it started disconnecting the dongle from my PC, I had to remove the usb dongle wait a little while and put it back for it to start working again… Now after some more weeks it completely stopped working and i can only use it with the wire...I googled a bit and i seen more people have this problem but without a fix.Is there someone here that has a fix? if not, can someone link me the correct support page please <3  Thanks in advance 

Does RAZER BASILISK X HYPERSPEED have a bright red light at the bottom of the mouse where there is a optical sensor? . Im not getting a bright light at the bottom of the mouse which is normally there in all optical mouse. But my mouse is working good. Is this a starting stage for the failure of the mouse?. 

I bought a mouse.  I use USB dongle first connect but need firmware update.  I update firmware.  No USB doesn’t work with USB, bluetooth and the 2.4 usb dongle.  Did i buy a paper weight? How do i solve this issue. (If some smart ass says “just turn it off and on” then you should not be commenting) 

Hey guys,I lift my viper ultimate and when putting back down there’s a delay in disconnect for movement. Happens in-game and also on desktop with a fresh restart. I wonder now if this is a mousepad issue? I would hope razer software wouldn’t discriminate my poor steelseries mousepad since I’m sure a lot of consumers also use this popular gaming mousepad.

Guys, I have a Razer Arteris mouse that move by itself to the top left of the screen . When I tried to change its setting in Synapse, the icon keep flashes off when I tried to click on it resulted that I wasn’t able to change any configuration or setting in Synapse. Used it on window 10 p[ro edition. Tried oon several other PCs but still facing the same problem. Tried to trouble shoot like reinstall Synapse, clean the optical below the mouse, update mouse firmware to the latest version but the problems till persist. Suspect that it is a software problem, thus wish to know if anyone here face same problem and solved it before.

Razer Basilisk V3 keeps crashing Fortnite. How do I fix this? Or do I through this mouse away and go back to my old mouse?

I made my profile with the DPI and light settings and added to the mouse memory but after turning off the razer synapse returns to the basic settings. I've seen similar topics with this problem but there is no answer anywhere, does anyone know how to do this?

Hello. I have a Razer Naga Pro. I play mostly Valorant so every I look around in the game, I tend to lift my mouse once in a while then put it back down on the mouse pad (low sens player). But when I do that most of the time, my left click activates upon putting down the mouse. I was thinking that there's already something wrong with the clicker. Since it's been 1 year and 3 months, I no longer have a warranty so I will attempt to fix the mouse clicker myself. Does anyone here know what type of clicker or model of clicker does the Razer Naga Pro have? What other models of razer mice have the same clicker? Maybe I can buy a cheaper mouse then switch the clickers.

I just bought the Razer Viper V2 pro mouse and was testing it wirelessly via the dongle and out of the blue the mouse just disconnected. I tried plugging in the dongle again and cycling the mouse off and on but neither the mosue nor my computer seem to detect the dongle. When I turn on the mouse the LED behind the mouse wheel turns white and blinks several times, the only way I can use the mouse is with the cable. What I can do?

Hello, I have a problem with the scroll on my mouse. when I use it up or down, the screen jumps up or down by itself and I can't control it. is there any way to do that? everything works fine with a normal mouse. best regards Sebastian

I’m having this neon blue theme on my setup but sadly when I charge the Viper Mouse it turns back to green. Is there any way that we could change that?

Since the 8k firmware came out, my mouse seems to get into moods where it will randomly register clicks (navigating web pages and text will randomly highlight, etc). I haven’t had any issues with my Viper V2 pro and the issue happens on multiple computers. Some days I don’t have any issues and some days it’s pretty constant. Is there a way to roll back the firmware? That’s the only thing I have changed. I’m also not running 8k polling, I’m running 500 when not in games to save some battery. 

My mouse is brand new, got it not that long ago. It worked fine for a while, then randomly just stopped working from time to time. Reconnecting it fixed the issue. But a few days ago it stopped working at all. Windows says f“Last USB device you connected malfuntioned so windows doesn’t recognize it”. I tried a lot of things. Restarting pc, reconnecting, reinstall sypapse, delete mouse from device manager. Still doesn’t work. Any suggestions will be a great help.error message:inside of device manager 

I screwed up repairing an old basilisk essential and want to fix it.Yes, I could just buy a new mouse, but I want to try to fix this one.Does anyone know where the traces go for mb1 and mb2 and if I’d be able to use something else to send the signal?

So I have the Razer Deathadder V2 and originally it had a colour option on the bottom for dpi settings that I set to Green. I never have synapse because its mega annoying and only used the basic dpi settings that I was able to adjust. the Green Indicator light = 1800 dpi. For some reason this no longer works and the indicator light remains white and now my dpi is not correct and none of the preset dpi options are what I had. I just want to revert my mouse to have the green profile indicated on the bottom of the mouse. How do I fix. 

In the settings, it is not shown in the Macro section. What should I do in the Macro settings?

As one of my sliders have detached itself slightly on one of the corners, it is very annoying to use the mouse when its rubbing instead of smoothly sliding.Where can I get replacement sliders/pads for naga left handed?All I found is some ali express stuff (probably cheap and crappy replacement) and one seller on ebay. Is that it? No offical sources of sliders?

Greetings to all,I have recently see a post on reddit of people peeling the bottom of their mouse. I never did it. I was wondering, is it to be done? Change something or is it indifferent?Does it serve to protect the writing or should it be removed?is it wrong to remove it?Picture attached for reference
