Mice and Surfaces

I bought my viper mini a year ago and has been working perfectly fine since then but this morning, I noticed that it stopped working. There's no light at all that signifies it's even plugged in. I tried plugging it in a different computer but still no changes.  

Three weeks ago, I purchased a Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro. However, I have noticed that its battery life falls short of my expectations compared to my previous gaming mice, the G Pro X Superlight and Razer Viper Ultimate. While those mice required charging only twice a month, the Razer DAV3 needs to be charged every 2 to 3 days despite playing for 6 to 8 hours per day. According to the Razer website, the mouse should last up to 90 hours of constant motion at 1000Hz. This leads me to believe that the short battery life is not normal. Should I return the product for repair and replacement (RMA), or is this a common issue among users? Thank you for your help.

I am not a gamer but I use Photoshop and InDesign a lot. I also do NOT use the mouse wirelessly -- when available I find a wired connection to be more stable. It’s taken me awhile to tweak the settings so that they aren’t too sensitive. Click-hold-drag can be particularly troublesome, as well as keyboard/mouse combination commands. Many MANY times I swear the left and/or right mouse buttons are responding to the PROXIMITY of my hand, or perhaps I really AM coming into contact with the mouse buttons even though I can’t feel it on my skin. The problem seems to get worse as the day goes on. I also suffer from hyperhidrosis of the hands (sweaty palms) which gets worse as the day goes on. The next morning the mouse (and my hands) will be mostly back to normal. Also, my hand is a tiny bit too small to accommodate the length of the mouse which might be part of the problem.I tried using thin “jewelers gloves” but the problem persisted, perhaps because the cloth of the glove was coming into con

What are some recommended places where one can test out computer mice from companies like Logitech and Razer? 

Hi.So I just bought the basilisk v3 since it seemed great in the shop for a palm grip. Got it home and found that it might not be perfect with a big hand, specialy with the sniper button blocking. The biggest thing that I wonder about doh is the movement. If I keep the mouse straight, and move it side to side it wil track diagonally. It seems I need to twist the mouse to the let a bit for it to go perfect left and right, and in such bend my wrist a tiny bit. Is it how it should be, and is there any way to fix this? Because it forces the hand into a more claw grip stance or  rotating the mouse in the hand.

I have been trying to figure out which mouse to buy but I dont know if gen2 switches are better than ttc gold...I like the shape of the basilisk v3 but I want a good gaming experience so if anyone can help me with I would be grateful

All my peripherals have been stable af for quite sometime now. Synapse took an 20230502 update and now my Naga Pro drops like crazy in games.

My mouse works perfectly fine if i dont have Razer Synapse installed, but as soon as i install it it starts freezing for a random period of time on random interfvals and i cant figure out why. The only solution i found was uninstalling Synapse but then i cant use the Macro software. Does anybody know how to fix my situation?

Mouse finally died after years of using it (no more lights/only right click working), I have the Razer Trinity and Hex v2 as back up but I don’t like the shape/size/weight of them compared to the Naga Hex v1. Any recommendations closer to Naga Hex v1? Or any store that still selling them (preferably new)? Thank you

I just bought a mouse and after connecting it I installed Synapse, but it doesn't see the mouse, but when I switch to Bluetooth it immediately appears in Synapse, I don't know what to do, please help me Here is a video of how it happens -

PLIS HELP My mouse is a DeathAdder V2 Mini and my desktop PC detects it but the software does not detect it and I tested it on my laptop and it detects it without problem in the PLIS Help software

I’ve just got my old gaming set up out again after 10 years and to my unpleasant surprise my Goliathus Control was gone. It seems like Razer discontinued this mousepad, but did they replace it with something similar? I’ve always been superstitious with my gaming gear and I won’t change :)

I have been a Razer customer for over a decade, and I like all the products I have bought over the years, 4 keyboards and 3 mice.Currently, I use a Naga Pro... it's excellent, with a configurable left side(I like the 6 button plate). However, I still prefer, by far, the overall shape of the Naga Epic, which is slightly smaller, with a configurable right side. Fites much better in my hand. I know that the Razer development team probably won't look here, but I would love a modern Naga that includes everything the Naga Pro has, with the shape of the old Naga Epic. Is it an unattainable dream? If this happen, I would probably get serial number 000001. xD

Hi!When I turn on sleep mode on my PC it wakes up in 3 seconds. When I disconnect mouse VIPER 8K, then PC goes in sleep mode without issues and wakes up when I touch keyboard. Please let me know how to prevent the Razer mouse from waking up the computer?

Hi All, It’s time for me to get a new mouse, and I’ve been using the Mamba wireless for 3 years now.  My issue is that the scroll wheel jumps up and down regardless of which direction I’m scrolling, so I have to scroll 3x as much to go down to where I want. I see on the Razer website that they no longer offer a Mamba Wireless.  I LOVE the size, shape and weight of this mouse, and I don’t want to switch to a wired version. I was comparing to the Deathadder v3 Pro, but I don’t like how the right side of the mouse flares out, I like the symmetry. Any recommendations on which razer mouse might suite my needs best?

How long is the cable on the DeathAdder V3? That information is not posted anywhere and is vital to me. I recently replaced my DeathAdder 2013 edition with a DeathAdder Essential, and the cable on the new mouse is at least a foot shorter. It does not reach my computer anymore, so I want to find out if the new V3 has a longer cable before buying.

How to recover device manager razer naga epic chroma driver

Hi.  I cannot find how to get the left and right scroll to do backward and forward page.  Can someone help me with this?  Windows 10. Noob instructions please 😂

Looking for input from others who have the new V3 basilisk x hyperspeed.Got mine, plugged in the receiver then Synapse did its usual update. Problem is, while the mouse does show in Synapse I can’t access any of the settings tabs (performance, lighting, power, etc). Clicking on them does nothing at all. The mouse works but I cannot make any customizations. Anyone else experiencing this?

I’ve had my mouse for about a months now and ive noticed that when i scroll up or down it starts jumping around and gets very annoying… any help?
