Mice and Surfaces

Before anyone calls me a troll, I've been using Razer mice since the Diamondback, back in the early 2000s. From there I had various iterations of the Deathadder..... from the original, then the Elite, Essential. Then the Basilisk, the V2, the Ultimate, and the V3. I've had a crap ton of issues with the Basilisk. I've had to basically RMA the V1, V2 and V3, sometimes more than once. It's always tracking issues or clicking / button issues. All these mice have gone through regular use. I've not abused any of them. But the latest issue with the Scroll Toggle Button on an RMA'ed V3 (yes, it was replaced only a month ago) has seriously tempted me to simply just take a hammer.... smash the mouse to pieces, and just go use another brand. The Logitech G502x comes to mind. Maybe the Glorious Model I .... since I love the shape. I'm at my wits end having to RMA every mouse I've recently purchased from Razer, sometimes more than once, for what I perceive to be build quality issues. And then

Hello, I come to ask for your help regarding a device. The Razer induction mouse pad and its mouse: The Razer "Mamba Hyperflux" and the "Firefly" pad (1st version). For some time my mouse has failed (the pointer has no problem but when I keep pressing Left Click, it very often loses its lock. So I lose my selection and have to start over several times to in a row before finally succeeding in moving a document or making a selection). It's not really a problem because I told myself that I would just have to buy a mouse (Mamba Hyperflux). Little did I know that after a long search on the internet, I would never find the possibility of buying only the mouse. This is only the complete bundle (mouse + mat). So I tried to find information everywhere, but no site or forum has ever mentioned it, I can't find anything. To believe that I am the first who asks the question. Hello! Just a really quick question about the functionality of the middle mouse button of the Viper Pro WTVR. On the Logitech G903 Lightspeed, the middle mouse button can be moved both to the left and right, allowing it to be used as two extra buttons that can be used for keybinding in both games and their GHUB software. I was wondering if the Viper Pro WTVR has the same functionality. Does it? Thanks in advance for the response!

Can I transfer the profiles easily, or will I have to redo them for the new mouse? Bonus question: Currently, I pair my mouse and keyboard with one wireless thingy. If I get the new charging dock, can I also pair my keyboard with it?

Hi, I've had my mouse for a few years but recently I have started to notice more issues with not clicking and not holding a click consistently. It has had an issue of double clicking when I click once for a while but the other 2 are newer. Is there any fix or is it time to replace the mouse?

When I move the mouse the cursor on screen sometimes moves and sometimes don't and sometimes it moves a little bit when I try to move it further I just bought this mouse and I don't know what to do I tried different USB ports and I tried reinstalling the drivers and it don't move right if someone can help guid me in the right way to fixing this issue I'll appreciate it

Mouse was working great then one day just stopped. Lights on mouse are on but I can't click or move the mouse. And can't keep it working long enough to do anything. Razer Synapse and Central are up to date. Any suggestions?

i remember that i used to play with a knockoff razer diamondback way back in the day (called ecobra libre 2 pro) and was wondering if there is something that razer offers nowadays that is as close to the diamondback shape wise i currently also own a razer orochi v2 and recently also bought a razer viper mini for on the road but still end up using my g305 as a main since i cant get used to either as my main gaming mouse thanks in advance :)

Just bought the brand new Pro Click Mini. It's great and all but the wheel bugs me a bit – it seems to be leaning to the right. Does anybody know if that's Ok? Thanks! PS so sorry for the pic.

Hi, I have viper 4 days old... At start worked, battery died fast... When charging had sam issue... It fall down ti 0% And now when i connect it over dock or direct with usb, it blinks purple like twices and nothing happens. In app it shows like its charging but always at 0%. It doesnt blink or gives some light :) Any idea? Tnx

I've set up a AutoRun and AutoRunStop macros for those games that doesn't support that feature and it works perfectly, one button each on my mouse. But is there any way to have them both on the same button, maybe with some modifier key like Shift? Press it for AutoRun and Shift+press for the AutoRunStop macro?

I recently bought a Basilisk v3 pro and for some reason it won't charge more than 50% and it won't turn on for bluetooth or 2.4. I already tried installing the firmware and it still won't work wireless.

I have a problem with this mouse, while i'm using it the mouse doesn't respond for 2-20 seconds. It happens everday but i dont get why this happens. I may be making some homework i need to move the mouse to see something and it dont respond or i may be playing and can't do nothing because the mouse doesn't want to anything. I tried installing al new drivers, playing without razer synapse opened, cleaning it, using the dongle or using bluetooth and it always happens!!! It's important to say that while it happens the mouse doesn't shotdown, it's still with the lights on but not responding to the movement or to any kind of "order". So i like to know if there is any solution out there or my mouse came with problems. I don't really have any video of this because i should record everything in the computer untill it happens. But if it neccesary i'll try to get a video of it. Sorry for the poor english.

Just bought The V2 pro and immediately felt something wrong when moving it around. Used an online polling rate checker and it is stuck at 100 hz, My pulsar X2 works fine at 1000 hz. I've updated the firmware and the synapse settings won't change the polling rate. Any one else with this issue have a fix?

All, need some help, when I took the mouse off of the charging station this morning, it startet flashing like crazy... BT no longer works, Dongle does. Have you seen this before???? Everything is flashing like crazy in high speed.

I have been using a Deathadder v2 pro mouse for like 1 year, I mostly used it in wired mode. I tried connecting the Mouse via 2.4ghz mode yesterday and it doesn't seem to work at all.(Bluetooth is working so I think the battery is fine). I tried downloading the RazerMousePairingUtility_v1.00.02_r1 From the website and it shows paired successfully but when I remove the wire the Mouse turns off even if the slider is on 2.4 mode and it doesn't blink the lights. When I insert the 2.4g dongle it doesn't show the name Razer Deathadder v2 pro but it adds 2 HID-compliant Mouse names. What should I do in this case? Any help will be highly appreciated. .

Hi. Hello there. A few days ago I bought a new Viper V2 pro mouse. The mouse works, but the hyperpolling dongle does not. LED light does not light up. Synapse detects mouse ok. But the hyperpolling dongle is not detecting it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse 3. I tried different usb ports. I also tried it on a different computer. same problem persists. I need a working hyperpolling dongle. Or I will return the mouse.

I have been using Razer mouse for ever and i can't by anything else. But i can't find a mouse in the lineup that i really want. Have been using the Naga hex v2 for 3 years now. It has started to fail in the wire so i am looking to buy a new one. Problem is, i can't find one in the razer line that really suit me. I don't like the interchangeable side parts on the updated models. And the button wheel is not optimal placed. I want something like the Naga Pro but it is too expensive! I really like the original Naga hex design with 5 or 6 buttons on the thumb side. So my question is, can you plese bring this type of mouse back in the lineup? With reasoneble pricing. I play mostly League of Legends. And i like the old Razer Naga hex collaboration with League. Can you bring that back? :smile_:

So after I bought the mouse, I used it wired, and it works fine for a couple of days, it detected on Synapse App and everything worked. Then after yesterday, I tried using it wirelessly connecting it to the wireless dongle, it works, but the Synapse App completely stopped detecting the mouse. I can't change DPI or any mouse settings, it also showed up as "Driver error" in window settings. Now even when I switch back to wired connection, the mouse still don't get detected on the Synapse App seems broken. https://imgur.com/aIEuOXU What I tried: 1) I tried reinstalling the Synapse App multiple times, doesn't do anything. 2) I tried reinstalling the driver in the Device Manager, doesn't do anything. I tried to search it online, there's literally nothing regarding DeathAdder V3 at all, not even driver/firmware software page on Razer website. I have had my left handed DeathAdder for over a decade (wow, did not realize it was that long) and its finally starting to go bad. Missed mouse clicks or double clicks are becoming a bit often, and the scroll wheel is occasionally non responsive. I have looked at the left handed Naga and I simply do not want a mouse with the numpad amount of buttons on the side. Any way there is a few of the left handed Death Adders chilling in a back store room or someplace selling them that is not for over 200 a pop? Saw one on amazon for around 250 which sounds outrageous.

Dear Razer, a LH Naga user here. I constantly read how its not worth the costs of developing left handed mice for such a tiny slice of the market. I'm not sure I agree with that sentiment to be honest. 10% of the world population is left handed, that's 80 million people. Roughly 40% of those are gamers, and around 62% of them play PC games. That's just less than 20 million people, and that's just the gaming community. I can only think of 2, maybe 3 dedicated LH gaming mice on the entire market right now. I find this astounding, and a huge disappointment (this also goes for the keypads). I'm not singling out Razer for this, on the contrary, you guys seem to care about your left handed consumer base more than others, but please, can we have more of a choice of left handed mice? Thank you! PS, a good starting point would be a wireless version of the LH Naga.. just saying :) Would love the hear peoples thoughts on this, thank you.

Hi all, I have several Razer devices connected to my PC and I realized that only the mouse in question is not recognized by Synapse. Well, I've followed any guide on razer sites, google and youtube, but nothing seems to work. Uninstalled drivers from device manager, clean reinstalls of Synapse, after deleting all the dirty files it leaves on some directories (Program Files, Program Data, Windows...) I really tried them all, I also sent the report of the dedicated tool from Razer, but no errors are detected. To make sure that the mouse wasn't the problem, I tried it on another PC and it's recognized regularly there. Any suggestions?:frown_:
