Hello everyone. Is there any way to swap X and Y axis on Razer mouse? I got Viper 8K if that matters.

I purchased my Razer Viper Mini on October 14th of 2021, the day after my birthday. I have been using the mouse gingerly since the day I got it in an effort to keep it functioning for a long time to come but unfortunately just the other day, I found that the mouse was no longer working. As in, I plug the mouse into any USB port, and immediately kills power to any other USB Peripherals on that same daughterboard (i have a laptop) and begin registering ghost clicks at random intervals. The mouse does not register in Razer Synapse so I can't update the firmware. My Synapse is up to date. I have tried it on 4 other computers. All producing the same result. I've tried an alternative mouse in all of the same USB ports and the other mouse works in all of them. I have registered my Viper Mini inside the system with proof of purchase. I Have reviewed the Warranty Details that indicate the mouse should have 2 years of warranty I have verified that my mouse/Model is not on the legacy products l

see title, there are no fine adjustments, is there an update planned or is the hardware in it that inferiour then the one in the naga?

Good day, I recently switched from Logitech (G900) to a Razer mouse, because Razer still offers Mice with 2.4GHz and Bluetooth, especially for gaming. I was looking for a good gaming mouse with 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth. Shortly before I even had a "Logitech MX Master 3S" here. And if my mouse didn't have to be designed for gaming, it would be right back here! The "Logitech MX Master 3S" had a super great and easy to use feature: Via Bluetooth you can easily store 3 devices and decide via a button on the back between device 1,2 or 3. Is this also possible with my Razermouse? At least I have a button on the back called "Profile". But i probably shouldn't get my hopes up What I should also mention and which probably already answered my question itself, is when I have a device connected to the mouse, the mouse is no longer displayed on other devices via Bluetooth search. So, one of my crewmates is using a VERY simple macro on his logitech that is just spacebar and left click with no delay in between, used to jump cancel things while simultaneously starting a ground combo (if not done frame perfectly, you sometimes do an aerial attack instead of a ground attack). Now, I try to do the same thing on my Razer, and it is VERY inconsistent. Sometimes it does the desired thing, sometimes I get an air attack. I've done everything I can think of that might impact it (messed with frame rate, graphics quality, rebooting, closing Chrome, so on and so forth) but nothing seems to fix it. I'm beginning to think it may be a hardware and/or driver issue? I kind of wish I had a logitech I could use as a sanity check/troubleshooting step, but... Was hoping maybe someone here might know what the issue is, or a potential way to solve the issue to make it more consistent?

Hello, I am no longer able to find my Basilisk V3 Pro via Bluetooth. But I could already connect it to my Steamdeck. However, today when I wanted to connect my mouse via bluetooth also with my laptop times, I could not find it. I thought I would have to unpair the mouse with the Steamdeck first to be able to find and use it on another device. Hopefully that's not the case and I can actually pair it with multiple devices at once and then switch quickly and easily via the profiles. So then I unpair the mouse from the Steamdeck, but I still couldn't find it on the laptop. And then I couldn't find it via the Steamdeck either. The first time I paired the mouse with the Steamdeck, I didn't have a firmware update applied. So I guess that must have caused the problem. I have also already reset my mouse. Does not bring anything. Does anyone have an idea or the possibility to check it with his mouse (with latest firmware update). Of course only if you do not rely on Bluetooth. Greetings fro

I just purchased Basilisk V3 Pro mouse directly from Razer. PC doesn't recognize it and Synapse doesn't recognize. Razer says to modify and repair. still not recognized.

Hello dear ones, I have the Basilisk V3 Pro and the Mouse Dock Pro. I have set the colors I want in the software and the mouse and dock are in sync, but when I charge the mouse on the dock they are still in sync but with different colors and effects that I never selected. When I take the mouse off again, I also have my desired colors back. I don't know where I can specifically adjust the colors for when the mouse is loaded on the dock. Or, in my case, I don't want the colors to change when I load the mouse on the dock. I want the colors to stay exactly the same. Do you guys have a solution for this? Greetings UNIQS

The razer basilisk mouse has a nice little lip for your thumb to rest on, but my pinky finger tends to drag on the other side as I play and effects my aim. I feel like having a similar lip/rest on the other side would help make more consistent aiming. The rests going out on both sides I feel would give it kind of a ‘stingray’ ish look so I thought that would be a fitting name for the Concept.

I bought this mouse specifically to run Macro ingame and had no problems setting up the macro. My question is this. Is there any way to turn off power saving in this mouse? It kind of defeats the purpose to set up a macro to farm afk if the mouse turns off after 15 mins. Thanks in advance for your help...

Hey, since like 4pm CEST today my Naga Pro started entering sleep mode extremely quickly in wireless dongle mode. It doesn't have the same issue when cabled up though. Also I made a little video that I uploaded to my <google drive> where you can clearly see synapse dropping and quickly re-establishing the connection. The end result is that the mouse skips a lot and becomes completely unusable in wireless mode. I figure this is probably a software issue and wanted to raise its attention so here we are.

I have a RAZER Atheris wireless mouse and I bought it almost a year ago. Just yesterday it was working fine. This morning I got up, and found out that it just doesn't work anymore. The mouse USB device has been detected by the computer. But for some reason the DPI light keeps flashing blue as soon as I turn it on, and when I try to move the mouse, it just won't move on the screen.

i recently bought a razer basilisk x hyperspeed and i've been using it for quite a while but i was wondering if you can use the profiles and switch between different profiles on an xbox series x as example: i've made 2 profiles one profile has rapid click on the left mouse button and the mouse 5 button swiches the profile to the second one i made that doesnt have rapid click on the left mouse button and can switch back to the other profile. but can i also use this on xbox

This is not a common low battery problem. Battery is fine, it can be still charged. It seems the sensor is dead or not detected. The mice is out of warranty so I tear it apart. The issue is still not found. Since it is out of warranty, I guess it is useless to put it on the support page which gets 0 response so far. Anybody has similar issues? https://imgur.com/a/aD1vqMY

Is the 4khz polling feature on the newer razer mice available when the mice are plugged in?? I have the 4khz dongle for the basilisk, and it works in wireless, but when wired its only 1000.... shouldn't it easily be able to do 4000 wired??

I have a razer deathadder v2 pro wireless. It was working wonderfully until recently when it started disconnecting and reconnecting constantly. I can barely get a click in. I saw someone recommend updating the firmware and I was able to update the dongle (Which was connected through the microusb cable so I know its not the cable) but when I took the cable and connected the mouse to the pc the mouse wont stay connected enough to allow a firmware update. I constantly hear the windows connect and disconnect noise. I tried uninstalling the drivers through device manager but it didnt help. I also tried holding the profile button down for 10 seconds to reset the mouse to factory settings and it did not work either. I quit synapse and made sure windows was updated too. It happens on wired and on 2.4ghz. Bluetooth just says driver issue in the windows bluetooth even though I have uninstalled the driver several times. Thank you for any help.

I was cleaning my mouse and suddenly the scroll wheel is super sensitive, borderline loose since everytime i scroll there's no more resistance.

Hello There! since my last thread regarding which USB Hub would be the best for my HyperPolling Dongle I also have had a nice conversation with a Guy from MSI. He also claimed that putting the Dongle into the USB Gen 3.2 which access directly into the AMD CPU would the best choices, since the USB Hub provided for peripherals such as mouse and keyboard does not support 4k Pollingrate. He said: Generally it would be best to plug it whether into the Typ A 3.2 GEN USB Hub with 10Gb/s Data-Rate or directly into the Typ C USB Hub. Since the Dongle uses a Typ-C-To-A Cable I was now wondering if it would increase it‘s performance if I‘m going to buy a Typ-C-To-Typ-C Cable and plug the Dongle right into the USB GEN 3.2 Typ C Hub of my Mainboard - since Typ C should be way more consistent in it‘s Data Transfer than Typ A. Any recommendations about buying a Typ C to Typ C Cable for the Dongle? I would then, plug it into the Typ C Hub as shown on the Photo:
