Mice and Surfaces

This is not a common low battery problem. Battery is fine, it can be still charged. It seems the sensor is dead or not detected. The mice is out of warranty so I tear it apart. The issue is still not found. Since it is out of warranty, I guess it is useless to put it on the support page which gets 0 response so far. Anybody has similar issues? https://imgur.com/a/aD1vqMY

Is the 4khz polling feature on the newer razer mice available when the mice are plugged in?? I have the 4khz dongle for the basilisk, and it works in wireless, but when wired its only 1000.... shouldn't it easily be able to do 4000 wired??

I have a razer deathadder v2 pro wireless. It was working wonderfully until recently when it started disconnecting and reconnecting constantly. I can barely get a click in. I saw someone recommend updating the firmware and I was able to update the dongle (Which was connected through the microusb cable so I know its not the cable) but when I took the cable and connected the mouse to the pc the mouse wont stay connected enough to allow a firmware update. I constantly hear the windows connect and disconnect noise. I tried uninstalling the drivers through device manager but it didnt help. I also tried holding the profile button down for 10 seconds to reset the mouse to factory settings and it did not work either. I quit synapse and made sure windows was updated too. It happens on wired and on 2.4ghz. Bluetooth just says driver issue in the windows bluetooth even though I have uninstalled the driver several times. Thank you for any help.

I was cleaning my mouse and suddenly the scroll wheel is super sensitive, borderline loose since everytime i scroll there's no more resistance.

i want to see my mouse battery Percentage on desktop or taskbar is it possible? its just annoying to open the app all the time. deathadder v2 pro

Hello There! since my last thread regarding which USB Hub would be the best for my HyperPolling Dongle I also have had a nice conversation with a Guy from MSI. He also claimed that putting the Dongle into the USB Gen 3.2 which access directly into the AMD CPU would the best choices, since the USB Hub provided for peripherals such as mouse and keyboard does not support 4k Pollingrate. He said: Generally it would be best to plug it whether into the Typ A 3.2 GEN USB Hub with 10Gb/s Data-Rate or directly into the Typ C USB Hub. Since the Dongle uses a Typ-C-To-A Cable I was now wondering if it would increase it‘s performance if I‘m going to buy a Typ-C-To-Typ-C Cable and plug the Dongle right into the USB GEN 3.2 Typ C Hub of my Mainboard - since Typ C should be way more consistent in it‘s Data Transfer than Typ A. Any recommendations about buying a Typ C to Typ C Cable for the Dongle? I would then, plug it into the Typ C Hub as shown on the Photo:

I currently use the Razer Viper Ultimate when gaming on my PC. I also have a 2019 Macbook Pro that I play games on and would like to use my same mouse, however, whenever I connect the mouse via dongle adapter (USB-C to USB) it does not have the same responsiveness that I get when using it on my PC. Is there a way I can enhance the connectivity to my Mac so the mouse feels the same on both platforms?

Hello! Soon is the arrival for my HyperPolling Wireless Dongle for my Razer Viper V2 Pro. Now I‘m questioning myself which USB Port might be the best for plugging it in and if I should plug it in directly or with Cable? Currently I got the standard 2.4GHz Dongle directly in the USB Port of my Mainboard which is associated for Keyboard and Mouse. But I‘m wondering if it would be better to plug it into one of the USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10GBits) USB Ports or at least into a USB 3.2 Gen 1 or USB 2.0. Any suggestions which Port I should use and if I have to connect the Dongle with the USB A to C Cable?

I got a razer viper ultimate from my friend but he lost the usb reciever and the razer hyperseed usb dongle isn't available in my country. Can I use any other usb reciever or does it have to be razers?

Gonna keep this one short... Why would Razer not make this to allow multiple devices to sync to it? I feel like this was a gross oversight in the development. If anyone has a reason to why this should not be the case I would love to hear your thoughts.

I have already tried the following: 1. Blowing compressed air into the buttons crevasses. 2. Restarting my computer and updating to the latest software. 3. Updating the Razer Synapse software. 4. Closing all apps to see if it is a problem with the app. 5. Closing Razer Synapse completely. I am also using a external USB port because the laptop I have does not have USB A connectors on the side, it has USB C. The laptop is a Dell XPS 15" in case that matters. I am not using the mouse wireless because I notice a big delay. I do not think that I did anything to it because it was working completely fine when I got off, and when I got back on it didn't work. I have been using them for Fortnite to quickly hotkey to weapons. Thank you for your time and help. I have already tried contacting support but it says I do not qualify for replacement. I was not trying to get a replacement I just wanted answers.

I've tried reinstalling razer a few times, have both dock and mouse wired to computer. Have tried downloading the mouse drivers on it's own. No matter what I do I can not get this computer to see the mouse. Really frustrating which I think is by design to get me to get a newer mouse that automatically recognizes windows 11 maybe. Hello, I've a problem with my mouse. Whenever I scroll down or up, its scrolling a little bit in the opposite direction. When I scroll for example full up and keep scrolling up, its permanently going a little bit down and then up again. When I use the mouse after a break its more extreme. When Im actively using the mouse its little bit less happening but still. I tried already to blow with a compressed air cane and reinstall tribers, also closed all razer apps. This is happening with cable also wireless.

I would like to buy Razer Naga Pro Sidepanel replacement where to get it? I bought the Naga trinity because i thought I could share the side panels, but eventhough the match perfectly the buttons are not mapped correctly. Now i have 2 Razer mice and am very unhappy! Additionaly I get no support by RAZER because i am out of warranty? I bought them new from amazon just recently! First time ever I need to request support via Forum.

I recently bought my Razer Basilisk V3 on Amazon and at first, the click scroll worked, but when I restarted my computer, it stopped working. I tried everything to get it working. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Razer Synapse, I tried to clean the mouse, and I tried restarting again. For some reason, it is not working. I don't know why. I appreciate the Replacement Parts page on the main Razer website, however which of these USB dongles is the correct one for my Razer Mamba? I’m supposed to just guess? My original dongle does not say HyperSpeed, so I’m not sure if that is the correct one. I do not see any other that would be the correct one. Please assist.

So my side buttons don’t work and now my thing doesn’t even charge I’ve had it wired for a couple days then decided to take it out and the wireless didn’t work so I opened up the software and it stays at 0% I need some help because these mice are way to expensive to buy a new one I’ve had it for a year now this happened and wow its annoying it says mice are warranted for two years only had mine for one and said no warranty lol

In my opinion I think Mamba is better. Others think Death-adder is better. I think Death-Adder is a close second.
