Hi All, I just got Naga Pro mice and I was going through the documentation and I see this line mentioned in it on page 8 as well as on the website of this product "Gaming-grade tactile scroll wheel with infinitely customizable resistance". So how do I do adjust the resistance of my scroll wheel?
Hello everybody, i'm looking after buying a new mouse and i've been looking after the Death Adder Mini v2. Question is, can i turn lights off without keeping Synapse open? I'm okay with installing Synapse to tune the options, but then i cannot keep it always open because most of the time i work on a Linux system. I'm not looking after any particular light effect, just turning them off permanently. I know i can open it and kill the LEDs physically, but i wouldn't like to invalidate the warranty... :) Thanks in advance.
Hi, I just got a new Razer Viper Ultimate with the charging dock. Whenever I plug my dock into my gaming laptop, the dock doesn't turn on. I followed the steps on how to clean it and that didn't work. Please comment if you know how to fix this problem :)
i.e. something to change the firmware so it doesn't do an annoying light show By default I'd prefer it to simply turn off all the lights, so if someone has to borrow the mouse they don't have to endure the unicorn vomit Even when I'm rebooting I have to suffer the silly lights until the s/w kicks in. This is all perfectly possible (I understand microcontrollers), just a question of whether razer, or someone else has done this already. I'm guessing its a no, I just don't understand why Razer would not allow something so simple. Pity the firmware isn't open source.
I have owned at least 5 naga MMO mouse and I always run into the issue where one of the switches will start acting up clicking too many times or not at all it seems like the newer the mouse the quicker I would run into this problem down to not even owning it for a year and having this issues. I have not been using a naga mouse for about a year trying other various mice. I really would like to buy another Naga trinity or maybe a pro but I was wondering if this problem has been addressed. I know it's not just me cause I have seen various youtube videos on how to take apart your mouse and fix it. If anyone knows something about this please let me know. I honestly don't like the idea of buying something that I will have to replace or send out for warranty and have to use a totally different mouse till I receive a replacement.
So this is rather annoying. I use a Razer Sphex v3 (the black ones) on my office desk at home, as the built-in leather pad is black, and having the black Sphex v3 mousepad on it makes for a great mousepad, while also blending in to the overall aesthetic of the desk. However, I've had two separate Sphex v3 mousepads, and both have started separating on me (this never happened with my previous Sphex v2 mousepads). To the point where I get what looks like a "bubble", similar to what you'd see when putting a screen protector on a smartphone and not being able to get the air out from underneath it. Unlike a screen protector, no amount of pressure will eliminate this big, greyish - white "bubble" from my mousepads. The pad doesn't feel any different or interfere at all, except from a visual perspective (I picked a black Sphex v3 simply because it doesn't add bulk, and it blends into the black leather surface of my desk). Some QC issues on the part of Razer, I think. Anyone else?
Hi my Mamba battery died after about four years and I don't want to just use it wired nor do I plan to drop another few hundred bucks on a high end mouse after such a short time. I'm looking into replacing the battery but I can't find the exact specs anywhere. I've already disassembled the mouse but sadly the specs are also not printed on the battery. Can anyone help out and knows what specifications the battery has so I can order a new one?
Hi this is my first time posting here but I have a question about the Razer Naga X. I bought this mouse a day ago when my Naga Trinity bit the bullet and couldn't click and hold anymore and needed a replacement ASAP, however when I received the mouse I noticed on the bottom it has thicker white pads instead of the slim and smooth black ones that every other mice I have seen or own use. At first I thought they might be something you peel off but they seem to be just the pads you use and when I tried to use them, they have terrible traction and scratched up my mouse pad. They look really out of place on the mouse as well so I'm wondering if this is something that might have just got past QC or something. Included below is an image of the Razer Naga X with the white pads, images of the Basilisk and Naga Trinity with the original pads that worked fantastically, and the scratched mouse pad after using the Naga X for only several minutes.
Hi! This is the best mouse I've ever used. But why the indicator under the mouse is showing by the color only CPI? I use 400 CPI for every task, and it's glowing red. Why this is not working like in DA V2 Pro? I'd like to assign on-board profiles to separate colours (profile 1-red, profile 2-blue, profile 3-green and so on), and then use my mouse with different machines without need to install Synapse. Switching profiles should change the color thad I'd know which is active at the time. I hope Razer will update this feature in the next firmware release. In my Razer Deathadder V2 Pro it works as it should be. I'm also wondering if Razer have some plans for USB-C dongles or even universal USB-C dongles to pair with their existing products. Cheers!
Hello, I have a driver problem with the MANBA TOURNAMENT EDITION mouse I would like to reinstall it because it is no longer synchronized in terms of color but I can't find the corresponding driver do you have a link to the correct driver? thank you
Comprei meus diamantes mas não chegou na minha conta efetuei o pagamento
I purchased this mouse recently and when charging it only seems to charge to 98%. Maybe once or twice its fully charged but seems rare no matter how long I leave it. Maybe this is normal but it makes me worry that this could be a technical fault and could lead to future issues. I have tried using the Dock and plugging the mouse in directly. Both are the same. Does anyone have any advise please? Thanks
Hello, does this mouse have a macro ? DEATHADDER ESSENTIAL RZ01 How to activate the macro no ricoil
What are the differences between different types of Razer Viper Mini models? Examples: RZ01-03250100-R3M1 RZ01-03250100-R3C1
I have white Razer Atheris mouse and it disconnects from time to time taking my bluetooth repro with it offline. Other black Razer Atheris mouse that I have doesnt make it so I think the white one is rubbish. It is under warranty almost four years yet so not a problem to return it and get it fixed or replaced I guess. On dongle even the white one works fine so in case u have issues with bluetooth, the dongle is an option.
Hi, I recently purchased a new Razer Basilisk V3 and it's amazing. The main game that I play is Fortnite and when I go into the Fortnite keybind settings and choose an option to bind, it asks me to click the button which I want to use. I click the mouse side button, but Fortnite doesn't identify it and stays on the same screen. Any idea what I can do?
I have tried messing with every setting under the sun, and I even turned off precision clicking in windows setting. Something about the mouse just "sticks" and jumps when I try to hone in and click on a small thing. For example, the x of an Internet tab. It is just impossible to get the mouse to stay hovered over such a small area. I feel like I have to physically use my wrist and fingers to drag and hold it in place then adjust as the cursor jumps all around the small area without accurately just landing on it. This is very frustrating and it's starting to become painful for my wrist too. I'm at my wit's end. Is this just not the mouse for me? I'm getting carpal tunnel every time I try to just click on something. Makes it impossible to play some games, and even my everyday work tasks are becoming a chore.
Hello! There is any way to configure a key of the mous to increase o decrease the lights brightness of the pheriferic!?
Been using Razer Mamba Elite for a year now and recently I've been having trouble holding right click from somewhat reason (as much as everyone, I'm using it for ADS in fps games) I don't think it's the mouse's driver cos I already reinstalled it, should I get a new mouse?
Hello guys and girls. I would like a little help and maybe there is a hope for me. My brave Naga 2014 (with me since 2014) have a problem with 5 and 7 numpad keys not working and I can't find a new board to buy. "PCB Replacement" (as the announces describe it) . BUT I found the same piece, the numpad board, from the 2016 Chroma. The connector and size seems the same. Since my currency isn't USD nor EUR, I don't wanna buy and it doesn't work at all. Wouldn't be a fortune or anything, but to buy and not work, would be a waste of money I rather prefer to avoid. By any chance do you guys and gals think this piece would work for my old 2014 or to be chroma wouldn't work even without color stuffs flashing? I would post some links from Aliexpress but I bet isn't allowed.
can anyone tell me if the product is orginal or not
So I’m looking for a wired gaming mouse that can drag click what would be the best option here???
Hi, looks like my gen1 razer turret mouse has finally died. What's the recommended replacement mouse? The Razer Pro Click Mini looks like the same design, not sure it has the magnetics though? The Razer Atheris looks like an appropriate size also. Thanks for any advise/thoughts in advance!
I've seen a wireless mouse that gets passively charged by the mousepad and i really thought the tech was cool. For Christmas i want to splurge and i want the most expensive, meanest, cutting edge mouse. What I'm interested in are the traditional wired mouses, and the wireless mouse with passive charging through the mousepad. What are your recommendations?
Folks, I know the full size Razer Pro-Click can be paired with up to 3 Bluetooth devices, but I'm wondering about the brand-new Pro Click Mini? Does it support up to 3 paired Bluetooth devices as well? Patrick
