Hello, i see Razer Basilisk Ultimate now support Nvidia Reflex, but why until now new version firmware still not yet release ? i check all firmware Razer Mouse which support Nvidia Reflex has been updated, the firmware come with new release and support Nvidia Reflex Analyzer. But why until now Razer Basilisk Ultimate didn't receive new version with code number 1.07.01 ?

Hello my question concerns the Razer Deathadder elite which I have the pleasure of using today, the mouse itself is wonderful but I am worried about 2 things and whether it is a product feature or my product is defective, my first concern is that when clicking the right button is softer and quieter than the right one and my second fear is that when I tap the right button very gently, a knocking sound is heard (it is not loud) maybe someone has had this mouse and knows if it is normal because I panic a lot. Maybe someone has Deathadder Elite and would share their impressions.

Hi Razer Designer ; i have friend purchase Razer Basilisk V2 face same problem with this video guy ! may i know Razer Support can solve this fundamental design problem ? maybe i know this is personally style to holding the mice ! but my friend serious cant enjoy this new mouse for FPS shooting game ! when his clicking mouse cross will shaking! some idea for razer team design ! can we request razer provide extra flat base to add on bottom ! so when we clicking can handle the pressure ! i know maybe some people wont face the problem ! hope can solve this problem! thanks ! Hi all, Got the naga trinity today and looking through synapse there is no way to change scroll wheel sensitivity? I had the option on my old RedDragon which was nice as it was "global" to the pc, whereas I can only alter this mouse via windows settings which doesnt affect the game I'm playing - the scroll is still slow even with in game settings set to maximum for scrolling. Any advice?

is there any trick to check the S/N on the box so I would be sure it has the 2nd gen optical switches before purchasing? i can't really spend that much money just to get the old switches

Hi there! Yesterday I purchased a brand new Razer Basilisk Hyperspeed X. I'm using it on 2.4 Ghz connection mode, 800 dpi. The problem I have is the very high lift off distance tracking. When I lift my mouse up, it still keeps tracking. This is the video of the problem I'm having: Even with the 3 DVDs high the mouse still tracks. So far I tried: Plugging it to different USB slots, calibrating it over and over and over through razer synapse app. (Tried both smart calibration and all the razer mousepad calibrations although I don't have a razer mousepad.) Does anyonelse having this issue and found a solution? Thanks in advance.

Hi Working with all the lastest updates! My naga trinity with the 12 button side walks throu the volumes going up and down. Strangly only when browsing as far as I know. Someone has insights? jan

For a game I play (MWO) I use a button to toggle the zoom viewer. I would like to also when I press that button drop the dpi to a lower setting. I cant seem to find a way to do this though with a macro. Is it possible? Razer Basilisk v2

My mouse has been glitching recently when I play minecraft specifically. It randomly speeds up on it's own. It has nothing to do with the windows settings as I have already checked that. Does anyone have any advice on how to prevent this?

I have a Naga Pro and was hoping to use it with final fantasy XIV as it has on board memory. The mouse itself seems to work but I’m having no luck with the side buttons I assume I know the answer but wanted to check if I’m doing something wrong. I know other devices with onboard memory work so was hopeful with this one.

this is pretty old mouse. i checked for driver updates in control panel. right click is working but left click it works only in few areas or if i click with more pressure. hardware issue, i tried in laptop and it still showed the same. Haven't cleaned at all and i tried dissasembling to clean but the area between the left click and base i didnt know how to remove (i was able to remove screws and see the scroll wheel and stuff). Couldnt find any software in the razer website first thread btw

I just switched from the DeathAdder Elite to the V2, and I'm a little disappointed that I can only adjust the DPI in increments of 50, rather than having the freedom for exact custom values like with the Elite. Is there any sort of workaround in a config file somewhere that I could adjust (or any other way to achieve this), or would that fritz out the software?

I have just purchased my new Razer Viper Ultimate produced in the 27th week of 2021. While scrolling down, everything feels smoothly and sounds just fine. However, when scrolling up, the scroll makes huge, unpleasant noise with noticeable resistance. The problem is described to the letter in this short YouTube video: Does anybody else have this issue? What can I do about this? I heard that this is quite common issue and simply returning my mouse to the store and getting another one might not work here as I will end up with the very same problem. The mouse is great and I don't want to use a different product, just get rid of this scroll problem. I have already contacted support and waiting for their reply, but I really wanted to know your opinion guys.

Look synapse has, on multiple systems, caused instability, hanging, pop-ups in game, frustration, and most of all? it's caused me to lose respect for razer. Why, in order to adjust the most basic mouse functions, do i need 6 services, 4 processes and 1gb of ram? Why does synapse, installed on an nvme, take like 90 seconds to start? I don't want it. I just want to be able to use my damn mouse without some bogus application(s) running in the background. I've searched your website, your forums, 3rd party forums, I've found nothing? I know i'm not the only one who's voiced this opinion. I've gone as far as to search for "3rd party" solutions to just get me BASIC driver functions. I don't care if the thing flashes green when chroma tells it to. I care that it helps me win games. I refuse to believe this company "For gamers by gamers" has a legion of "gamers" working in the development team who see no problem with synapse. Hi! I just got a brand new DV2Pro but it does nothing! I tried plug in with the USB and nothing, i think it even does not turn on because I do not see any light in the mice or something. Any advice or should I send it back to Amazon? Thank you.

Hi, whenever my Mac goes to sleep for a bit my viper mini led go off then when I left/right click on my mouse the led turns back on and wakes up the Mac, but the mouse is unresponsive and doesn't move the cursor and none of the buttons work. The only way I've found so far to fix it is by unplugging and plugging the usb back.

Hi, I have had to send my Razer blade 15 away for repairs due to faulty GPU. In the meantime I am reverting to a macbook pro for gaming. Synapse 3 is unavailable on macbook, but despite this the Naga Pro still somewhat works. I am however having some difficulty with the Naga Pro when using the keys in conjunction with other keys whilst gaming. I am using the 1-12 side panel on the Naga Pro, hence my keybinds on my blade are 1-12, shift 1-12 and ctrl 1-12. For whatever reason when trying to press the 1-12 in conjunction with shift / ctrl, it simply just gives the 1-12 command. An example of the above is, the number 12 key is keybound to = on my keyboard, so pressing shift and = should give a + sign, but instead is just gives = like it does not recognise the shift. Any pointers on this issue? Note, game I am currently playing is World of Warcraft. Thanks in advance, Danny.

Hi all, Does anyone know if you can get a second 2.4Ghz RF dongle and if a razer mouse will connect to it? I recently purchased the Razer Basilisk Ultimate wireless mouse with dock and so far, I am loving it. It feels comfy and looks great. In addition to gaming, I use it for work when working from home and in the office. Thing is, I sometimes forget to unplug the 2.4Ghz RF dongle from the dock when heading to the office and then cannot use it as it doesn't actually have any BT capability (correct me if I am wrong). Is there anyway of getting a second 2.4Ghz RD dongle so I can have one permanently in the office and one in the dock? Thanks you for feedback in advance! Sam

Dear Razer community, I may soon be purchasing a new mouse, and one of the mice I am considering is the Viper Ultimate (Cyberpunk edition) During my research, I've read about the difference in the optical switches. I just wish to ask if the Cyberpunk mouse would be the most up-to-date model of the Viper Ultimate? or perhaps would it be better to purchase the regular version through Amazon, as the listing clearly states 2nd generation switches. I've just bought a Deathadder V2 and i really love it, however, I have some strange issues: When plugged in, the PC won't boot on first time. It stops right when Windows should load. I have to press the reset button on the PC and then, it works. Furthermore, I can't use the mouse within the BIOS. It just doesn't work. Before, I had a Razer Deathadder Elite and everything worked fine. I found a similar issue with Elite here: Razer Insider | Forum - PC cannot boot with Deathadder elite plugged in. EDIT: This problem also exists after a fresh Windows 10 installation, so this issue seems to be related to the BIOS itself.
