Mice and Surfaces

This has gotten me killed in tense FPS situations where a sudden jolt of the mouse causes me to switch weapons. Synapse doesn't let me disable the keys without "hypershift" which is useless because apparently it can't be toggled? Please help.

I was just bought a Razer Mouse and consider to buy a mouse mat for it. However, not only price is the concern, but also my desk had very limited space, the maximum width is 45cm and I could only use 87 keys keyboard with tiny space for a mouse. Therefore, I would like to hear your advice about which mouse mat you guys recommend. I love the Chroma effect but a am worry about the hight of the mouse pad still slop in the middle of the keyboard hence make the keyboard very jumpy. I will attach my computer desk as a reference.

Hi everybody, I've just bought a Naga Trinity Mouse because I was really annoyed about the third Logitech mouse which the mouse wheel button was fucked up again. Now I am searching for the mouse button 4 and 5 function which allows me to go back and for in my windows explorer or browser. With the normal settings it won't work and in the setting options i can't find the settings to switch it. Perhaps someone have any clue for me ?!? I am using the Version 7.3.22.122 of Razer Central. whenever i lift my mouse at a certain height my cursor freezes and sometimes it freezes at a random time and i try to fix the problem but it still happens, does anyone have a way to fix it because whenever i play a game or anything it freezes at a random time

I have an odd scenario. I've been wanting to use my Atheris on my ipad. Thing is, when its connected to my laptop, the iPad sees it. When I disconnect it from the laptop and put it in pairing mode, the iPad cannot see it. I've tried to have it connected to the laptop and have the iPad try and take it over...as expected, didn't work. Not sure if I'm missing something here... Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I own the cabled Viper, but now I'm using an UL2 because the Viper is just too large. I prefer the Viper's design but size is impossible to ignore. I know that changing size would increase production cost but what if we could ask for smaller size Viper Ultimate and have Razer produce on request?

I must say I love the way the Mercury Edition of the Atheris mouse looks with my "Shadow Black" paint on my laptop (its an HP OMEN X Series laptop) I got this mouse as a reward from my dad/father for helping him get a couple older laptops ready to resell recently. I have shown photos to various folks that I know and they just love it! I wish Razer would make everything available in Mercury White because its such a pretty color and adds a nice accent to any gaming rig/setup! Also they need to make them available at retailers too, since for the most part you can only get their stuff in Black at their authorized retailers in person. I honestly get tired of seeing gaming periphials only come in standard black, its been this way for too many years and gets old fast so keep it up and add more to the Mercury Collection, Razer! Hello all, I use to be able to customize the function of the wheel tilt in synapse. It now does not work anymore, the function is still in synapse, but it just causes a default windows horizontal scroll, no matter what I set it to. I can find no other mention of this on the web, it must be something I caused. Any advice would be appreciated.

My Razer Naga Epic Chroma is dying, FAR out of warranty, and I can't find a replacement. I have money, I want to give this money to Razer, I just want Razer to make the mouse that I need! Can we at least be given reasoning why the Naga Epic Chroma stopped being made?

So alot of people use Isopropyl alcohol to clean their device. I used to use 70% to clean my mouse and keyboard, however I noticed over time the paint and surface would peel and dissolve. For razer products, what percentage or mixture (50 50 with water) is best to disinfect mouse and keep durability for the long run?

So i installed some ceramic feet on the viper wireless which raise the LOD a bit (1-2mm if i had to guess) and the mouse works fine for the first 20-40 minutes then all of a sudden its stops tracking, I have to go into the settings and reset the LOD to 3mm to get it to start tracking again untill it doesnt and then i rinse and repeat. I figure it has to be something in synapse because it works flawlessly for a while and then it just doesnt work at all after some time, I have unchecked and checked the auto calibration box to no avail. Ive uninstalled the feet and hopefully its an issue that can get corrected with an update in the future because the ceramic feet are so much better than the stock feet (even though the stock feet are good).

I see that the Naga Epic is no longer for sale... I don't want to buy a Logitech G602/604 but I don't see any way of getting a wireless RAZER mmo mouse. Anybody got any ideas? I don't want to pay the several hundred dollars that a reseller has the Naga Epic for on Amazon either.

Ok so I found My next Mouse. It is a wireless Viper that weighs in at 74 grams. It is a wireless mouse with 20 thousand DPI option. It also has an response time of .02 milliseconds. This Mouse is INSANE!!! and it has a 70 hour battery life and Chroma. What more could you ask of a mouse?

What do you guys do to clean your mousepad? I use the cloth edition and it is constantly dirty. I cant soak it because well, Electronics and I have tried brushing it but nothing works. any suggestions?

Today I started having trouble with my mouse because when I hold down right click, it randomly clicks right click while held. Also, when I single click the right click, it sometimes double clicks and its driving me crazy because I cant aim down sights in any game. I opened it up and noticed that a plastic prong is missing from the right mouse button and when clicking the microswitch with my finger, it worked perfectly but I was unable to find the prong inside the mouse case as I had never opened it up in its 4 years of use. Hello! I've been using Nagas since 2014. I tried it out to see what the left 12 buttons are good for as my main game is WoW. I have worn out 2 nagas since then, the 2014 version and a trinity just gave in. They served me well but I tought I should try out a new mouse but the Naga did ruin every other mouse for me for good. Not because the 12 side buttons but because the ring finger rest found on the naga. I can't live without it anymore. I bought a Basilisk with the sniper button but I ended up returning it as I missed the ring finger rest more yet it was much more comfortable for my thumb. I'm a comfort over anything else guy so I figured I would write a suggestion/request for you, the Razer team about it. Could you make a basilisk like 3 button thumb expansion for the trinity next revision? That thumb rest with that ring finger rest would be perfect, I would stock in on them and use only that mouse untill the end of my life! The bulkiness and right side of the Naga but the left side

Alright so long story short, my mom is getting a new computer and putting it where I have my gaming computer now. The only way for me to then use my gaming desktop computer is to move it and connect it to my roku tv. I'm wondering how long the cord is for the razer mamba/deathadder elite. I'm turning 18 in October and would like to upgrade from my decade old mice. I am under the impression that the normal wireless one for $100 does not charge with the mouse pad nor could it charge with a Logitech pad. And I don't want to spend 200$ for a wireless mouse to work. My computer is my uncle's old build and the front USBs don't work. To make the front ones work I would need to replace the whole damn thing. Pretty much the only place I can put the PC is with my medium hieght entertainment center with my Xbox and PS4. So.. I need to know if I should get a different brand charging pad&wireless mouse thats cheaper or buy a razer mouse that has like 2-3 feet of cord.

Hey guys, i just updated my BIOS today, bc of the new Ryzen 3000 Fix released by AMD. Everything went well on my MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon - the only thing that wasn't "working" no more was my Goliathus Chroma Extended. The Synapse Software recognizes my Ornata Chroma like before. Also good to know - before the BIOS Update the Synapse Software also recognized my Mousepad. I tried reinstalling the software and deleted all Razer-Files with windows explorer, but it only recognizes the keyboard. Interesting is, that the software downloads files after I connect the mousepad the first time after reinstallation. So technically it recognizes the mousepad, but it is not shown in the "cockpit" of the Synapse 3 software and therefore not controllable. Has anyone of you experienced similar issues? So a while back i bought the Naga Epic and when Synapse 3 came out i waited patiently for it to get Synapse 3 compatible. One day i was checking the compatible list and saw that they had added the Naga and the Naga Hex V2 on the legacy devices, and i thought that they soon was add it. But they never got around to doing it and that's why i'm here because i don't understand why they didn't bother to and it to the more expensive version of the Naga
