Send to warranty or if you can replace in store where you buy it. I use the same mousepad for months and first time i see something like that.

I am honestly thinking of buying one of these, but now i'm not sure because of these issues. Should I do though? I want to build the biggest chroma setup in 2019 - Future.

I can say you this this is not a common issue with this so dont worry if you get issue you always can return and later send to warranty but i dont think you will get any problem with this mousepad.

opened mine up today and no lighting and not being picked up by any synapse SW. totally new rig and no way to get this thing to work..

any ideas how i can get this thing to work please

Because it's just one zone/color. You can choose any color but it doesn't have different zones like the Firefly. Which makes sense since it's just 1 long plastic tube that's getting light sent through it. Otherwise there would need to be multiple leds/wires throughout the flexible mat.


To be fair, most people will use it with one color anyway (not all though 🙂 ), so this is definitely awesome addition, and to be fair, for great price as well, when you consider that regular extended mats from other popular brands are often priced similarly.

Just opened mine after building a new rig and it doesn't get detected in the synapse 2.0 or 3.0 and no light at all in any pc.

tried removing all software and reinstalling it and no changes, there is no way in the synapse SW that allows you to manually scan for new hardware.. what can i do ? guessing i gotta send it back?

DOA on a product is no a good start, i own so many of your products but the reliability and now this is really making me rethink my next purchases.

First you use synapse 3 ? and second thing you try connect mousepad to difrent pc and see if the issue is also there ?

I have taken the Goliathus Chroma but... my version don't have the cable catch on the top left. My version is plain... there are two versions??

I am slightly surprised that there is no razer logo on the mat itself though (except on the USB connection part).

I think it would look much cooler three-headed snake logo like on the Firefly, even if logo is only embroidered and not lit. I understand that if logo is embroidered, small portion of the mat would be unusable but at least on Goliathus Extended, that should not be a problem.

Hi!

I checked the packages in the supermarket - it seems the smaller version does feature the clip whereas the extended version does not have the clip. This is just a guess tough as based on the produckt images on the packages. I do not actually own a goliatus chroma.

I'm considering getting this mouse mat.
I have a few issues though
-Im conserned about the waves/not staying flat. Can this be solved by putting double edged tape at the bottom of the mouse mat ? or is this not recommended.
-The black pattern is a bit boring, previous razer mouse mats had atleast cool logo's on it, any chance razer will release a new/improved edition soon ?
