Bluetooth problems

New razer phone 2 and I cannot get any of my wireless headphones to work. A set of beats headphones will connect but no sound is transmitted. My pair of Samsung don't even show up to connect. Both headphone sets are only 6 months old. Has anyone else had this problem or know what might be going on?

    Since when did this start happening? Kindly perform a hard reset by simultaneously pressing and holding both the Power and the Volume Up button until the phone turns off. Just let go of the buttons once you see the Razer Logo. Please let me know if you noticed some changes.
