Hi all. I got a Junglecat for Christmas from my brother, but it seems to be the version without a case for the Galaxy Note 9, which is what I have. Has anyone had any luck sourcing or a Note 9 case from Razer or elsewhere, or does someone have a spare they could sell me? I'm in the UK. Thanks!

A couple of months or so ago, my alarm clock started behaving strangely, in that - previously... the alarm would go off, wake up the screen, and give me a swipe option to dismiss or snooze. Now - the noise fires up, but the screen stays black. I have to find the power button, turn it on, put my pin in, find the clock notification in the drop down notifications, click that, and then get presented with an option to snooze or dismiss. Needless to say, the snooze option is completely pointless now. How can I get the alarm settings to behave normally again, and wake me up relatively quickly and effortlessly.

So I own a razer huntsman te and a razer basilisk. I was scrolling down the rewards and came across the Hardware section. It says that if you have a razer mouse, you can get 100 razer silvers. If you have a razer keyboard, then you can get 150 razer silvers. But I don’t know how to claim them. Can someone please help me?

This is a question put towards Razer Management, "Why are we (people who bought RP2) getting an update to Android 10 and/11?" We paid money to get the phone not that you were handing them out for Free and we deserve an update as were the terms from Razer that there will be 2 updates, where is the 2nd update?

Hello everyone, This is my first post. I already feel disappointed to see how many unhappy fellow customers there are here. I purchased my Razor Phone 2 last year and since upgrading to Android Version 9 some time ago, I been experiencing problems with Bluetooth. When I make or receive a call, the bluetooth connection automatically switches to Phone mode. I then have to manually select Bluetooth to get reconnected. I first tried uninstalling the Plantronics Voyager Bluetooth and the pared again but no change. I then did a factory restore but again same problems. I am just out of warranty (Nov.13, 2019) but looks like this is a firmware conflict with the Android OS updates. I am regretting giving up my Blackberry Priv which worked flawless. I really don't want to give up on this Razor so hoping someone out there knows of a fix. Thanks in advance for your support.

Hello razers guys so my razer phone 1 died on me today from turning off my music and putting my phone back into my pocket nothing else occured i dont know how this has happened any help would be cool phone hasnt been dropped at all literally turned off music player put phone back in pocket pulled phone out and its dead charger indication light not on once again any help would be amazing

Does anyone have the device tree for the razer phone 2 or know anyone i can contact that developed the OS for the phone?

I got the kishi for Android the Xbox branded one. Got it and I really want to like the controller it feels great and the buttons are good but it Disconnects a lot with every slight movement of my hands. Is there anyway to improve the connection or just make it a little tighter or snug.

So I ordered a Razer Kishi (Xbox) from Amazon and it has the letter A written on the back (https://i.imgur.com/n3p4hTq.jpg). From what I understand this isn't normal. So I request a replacement and the new one has a 9 written on the back. (https://i.imgur.com/Hoz8aVv.jpg) What is going on? Both appeared to be sealed and not returned units. I'm worried that these may be units that didn't pass QC but were included into retail by mistake.

Some of you who frequent the Razer Website might have seen the new Razer gaming chair, The Iskur. This is a brand new gaming chair. Personally I had been waiting awhile for this product to come out. I am super hyped that they finally made one. It looks like it has great support and well thought out design. I am also excited after seeing what they call the 4D armrests. Sometimes it can be hard to find that one Position for your arms where is it comfortable. This helps immensely. Also that customizable Lumbar support will be a huge help to the chair itself. I am super excited for this. Currently it is out of stock. I want to know the communities Thoughts on this new release. In my opinion, Razer Razes the competition yet again.

I am wondering if the note 20 ultra will fit in the razer kishi. Also would the phone fit if it is in the razer case.

The colour of thew HDR video on YouTube is too dim, I think its a bug after i upgrade MR3 or MR4 Could you fix it?

I wish RAZER would include "pass-through charging" or "battery idle mode", as it is better known in the mobile phone world, in their next update. No hardware changes are needed nor any liscensing required. Just some plain old fashioned kernel code. Earliest phone I can think of, off hand, that has it is the Google Pixel XL from 2016. Latest phone, of course, being the ROG 3 which recently got it through an OTA update. Even the Moto Z3 play has it, as do a fair number of other high to low end Android devices of all sorts. It sure would do wonders for our battery health and life, create a longer shelf life and be such a great surprise. I believe this is the number one missing feature from our gaming phone. Consider that it has a non removable battery and is running a power hungry SOC, with an added 2.8 ghz frequency. Hi everyone Today i saw on Razer facebook page announcement for AMD's latest generation of processors and alongside with that Razer announced its own version of Motherboard in cooperation with Asrock. As soon as i've seen it i started my search online to try to get it preordered but i couldn't find it anywhere. Call of Duty: Mobile is now available @120htz/FPS for the new Sony Phone (who is sponsoring the current tournament).
