Up until about 3 days ago, Cortex was logging my hours for the Squad Rewards. Then it just stopped. My squadmates are getting their hours in, but mine isn't, even when we are playing the same game in the same match. Is there a way to fix this and/or get my hours back?

The Kishi states the phone models that fit, but does it fit if there is a case on the phone, or will the phone case have to be removed every time you want to connect your phone to it?

I bought a Junglecat and a Razer Phone 2 last holiday season, and had the unfortunate clumsiness to drop my phone while in the case (no, it doesn't remotely protect the phone but I guess that's what the Arctech is for) and one of the rails that the Junglecat controller slides down on shattered. I contacted Razer support to try and purchase a replacement case as they're not listed for sale anywhere on Razer's site, only to be given a run around by support. They did the following: 1. Tell me they would cover a replacement (again, I only asked about where to purchase a replacement) 2. Then tell me 3 weeks later to literally "ask again in 3-4 weeks, we're busy" 3. Then 3 weeks later tell me they can't offer a replacement (never asked for one, again) and they informed me "Let me set your expectation that the spare part request is no longer available" How in the world do you sell a $100 accessory on your website and have no replacement parts?

I love my razer phone 2 and then out of no where the power button stopped working. Does anyone know how I can fix this? My phone is out of the limited warranty.

When are they planning to update to android 10? Are they planning to wait till android 11 comes out to update to 10. Company needs to step it up with their mobile support. I don't get why release a phone if you are going to fire your mobile team. Makes me want to just never get razer items any more and I'm a big fan. Disappointing!!!!

I program my viper ultimate a certain color the problem is when I charge it on the charging dock for at least 10-15 the color changes to green. Even after I take it out it’s still green and does not have the color that I programmed it? The only way to make it return is I end task and relaunch it any fix??

Hi Guys! Got my "Razer Kishin" controller today. I got the X Box game pass and found that the Samsung Note 10+ is not compatible. When I plug in my Note 10+ nothing works, the blue dot does not light up, only charging the cell phone via the controller works. The cell phone is still pretty new. Are some phones not compatible even though Razer advertises it that way? On the internet I found more people with this problem, but no solution ... If that's really the case, this was my last product after the Wolverine Ultimate Controller for my XBox. Reegard's pieTpanic

I've had a Razer Phone 2 for over a year now. A few months ago The camera started crashing instantly on launching it. Its mostly just been a minor inconvenience, but now its starting to effect my income. I drive for Uber to supplement my income, but I set it aside for a few months due to COVID, but now when it asks for the verification selfie, the Uber Driver app crashes as well. Nothing I have tried has fixed this. I have done all the troubleshooting steps on the support page and nothing. These two apps seem to be the only affected. Every other app that uses the camera works fine. Facebook, Instagram, Barcode Scanner, Twitter, even Messages all seem to use the camera without issue. ANY help at all would be great, since Razer doesn't seem to offer support outside of hardware warranties. I really need the extra money and this is really putting a damper on those efforts.

Hey everyone! Just got my Kishi for Android so I can play Fortnite with my nephew on my Google Pixel 3 XL. I'm really enjoying it, I didn't have any problems updating firmware (saw that on a Play Store app review) after I realized I was pressing the wrong button for the "Right Function" button. I also have Asphalt, Shadowgun, and a few others that I can't wait to try (particularly all my Gameloft FPS titles). I'm sorry if this has been covered before but is there a list of compatible games for the Kishi? I found the page on the Razer site with the games that are compatible with the JungleCat and Raiju but I couldn't find anything for the Kishi. Thanks for your help!

Same as everyone else with this problem, scanner wasn't working properly at all, then actually the security option disappeared and nothing worked, reboot, hard reboot, safe mode, and factory reset all did not fix it.

Hi All, 2 days ago suddenly my fingerprint stopped working on my razer phone 2, I was getting this error "Cannot process fingerprint" and "fingerprint hardware not available" I opened my phone with my alternative security key and tried to delete/add new fingerprints, after few unsuccessful trials I was able to add the fingerprints again. Still, I was getting this error "fingerprint enrollment didn't work" many times before it worked. After that, the fingerprint worked completely fine for a few mins and back to the same issue again! Each time I tried to reset the fingerprint settings, it worked for a while and back to the same issue again. I tried to clean the sensor, hard reboot (8-10 times), scan for malware and viruses and test it in the soft mode, but unfortunately, nothing worked :slightly_sad: Currently, the fingerprint is not working at all, and I'm not able to add the fingerprints again, even if I hard reboot the phone. Hi! I just bought the new Nari Essentials headset and plan on using it on the PS4. The amount of bass however is to much for me in game and I would like to tune this down. Q1: How do I save the settings I change in Synapse on my laptop to my headset (and is this even possible) so that i hear the ''custom'' settings ingame on my ps4? Q2: I would also like to know whether or not the initial sound of the headset when connecting it to the PS4 (before doing anything with Synapse on the PC) includes THX. So basically, in case the headset can't save any settings from synapse, will I have acces on the PS4 to THX sound? Thanks in advance!

Whenever I touch any key on my keybaord I hear a voice in my headset voice it back to me. If I hit The key W my game volume goes down and I hear a siri type voice in my headset saying "W" etc. how do i turn this off. PLEASE HELP

I just took my laptop out of the box after it arrived to my house. I plugged it in and the power adapter is on, but the computer just won’t turn on when I press the power button. I have a razer blade stealth laptop 2019, base model and it has been working perfectly ever since I bought it. I just use it for doing school work and editing yt videos every now and then. It is basically my working laptop However three days ago it began to turn off its screen every time I type. I dont understand what is happening but i have grown frustrated because I need to do so many things on my laptop and the screen goes black. It’s not overheating, it is fully charged... please someone advice me in what to do! I’m crying out of frustration

Earlier today I factory reset my Razer Phone 2 after having an issue with Google Play Store not working properly for me. Upon completing the setup of my phone I noticed that I was able to use text messaging, make phone calls and the wi-fi worked, but if I was just using my mobile data, the Internet / Games did not work. After checking things out while on the phone with my current service carrier, we noticed that the APN settings of my phone had gotten changed / half deleted. Only one item is now listed under APN settings, and it's not the right one. Further more, I'm not able to edit the current APN item or add new ones. Yes, the + icon is in the top right corner of the menu, in Settings / Networks / Mobile / Access Point Names. Clicking the + does no good as the phone does not allow me to SAVE anything new I try to input. Reason being? The phone doesn't allow me to edit the name field of the new APN and without a name, you can't save. So, please help? I know the APN information,
