So will the points reset or will they stay. Should i spend them now? I have 53K

I have the same question and i have 101 000 Zsilver
Why would they lower it for people that support Razer by buying their products? Shouldn't it be the other way around? People that own Razer gear should get a higher zsilver? Makes no sense to reward people for not owning their products instead of saying thank you for being part of the Razer family and here is an increased reward.
Why would it get so negative feedback ? One main reason I would see is ya only earn zsilver for a select amout of games when. Ya should earn it for any game ya play . The special events on the weekend for certain games to get 3 times silver ain't so bad. But the program doesn't support a wide enough range of games.
This is sad. Thank you, Razer for helping me get my Lancehead TE! ❤️

Im just thinking because someone mentioned earlier in this thread that people are selling Razer gear from ZSilver redemption's. For example I own Razer, Headset, Mouse, Keyboard, Laptop. Which is a complete Suite of Razer peripherals. So to deter people like me from selling gear on eBay that they have received from ZSilver Redemption is to maybe lower the daily cap so it takes longer for them to grind the gear.

this is so sad, hoping it comes back soon. is it possible to remove or expend the zsilver expiration date during the P2P suspended date?

The zsilver expiration will proceed as normal even if the P2P is suspended. Here is the FAQ about it

Because of this, I am able to own Razer products. Thanks Razer for everything.
I miss just 2 months to get what I need and you are turning it down. That's sad :V

Probably no one complained it is just an excuse to end program that is causing them financial losses, even partnering with free to play games companies to bring them players Razer was just losing cash in this deal.
Still tho thank you Razer i got couple of things from you and i'm glad.

If you just read the forum you would know. The complaints are still there, the threads involved are the most long. "probably no one complained" is just one of the things that they said it wasn't good. To say this you have really little involvment in the comunity, that was the whole point of the program, give something to the ACTIVE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY.

I think Razer is kind enough to provide this service for users to get to earn points to redeem Razer products for practically free. What more could you ask for?
Anyway thanks for the opportunity you gave us, I hope in a new and more payful program!

Whoa there buddy, just because we don't respond doesn't mean we don't read your suggestions and take them into consideration. So here's my obligatory reply to say that... We're watching and we're listening.

This reply is just great. Spiderman memes just never gets old.

What ya expect there was such a select few games the program supported that it only catered to certain gamers and basically alinated the rest. I've owned razer mice since the first copperhead. And I just stating how I felt l felt alienated as a old school 40 + gamer. To some current triple a titles and I felt like ya only catered to a select few.
I think a couple of easy solutions would be

1. Eliminate the zsilver expiration dates. Razer products are sold everywhere. So the people participating in P2P are either folks who can't afford to buy Razer products or jerks who want the free stuff, and turn around and put it on eBay.

The expiration dates hurt the people who legitimately want Razer stuff, but can't just go out and get it. They're much more likely to have time constraints on gaming or have underpowered hardware that makes gaming a pain. Letting people keep their zsilver around would make it much easier to save up for things for people who really want things but don't have a ton of time to play.

2. Adjust the zsilver prices. As far as I can tell, most complaints came from raising prices without notice. Any company is going to catch bad feedback from something like that. It's frankly bad business. But anyway, raising the prices, again, more negatively affects P2P's legit users. Especially because zsilver expires.

3. Track it. There has to be a way, because everything goes through our Razer IDs. So once an account has a shipped product through P2P, make it so that account has to have registered products to get more through P2P. More barriers to things cut way down on abuse.
Will there be new products to redeem?

With PTP is gone and the ability to gain silver now being very limited, is there a chance that the Razer Cortex login rewards be increased...
Like from 40 to 100 daily. Or change the whole structure to login in over more days increasing maxing at a point but allowing for new higher daily value each time the max value is hit. This eventually hitting a max value.
So like currently day 7 hit 40zs per, day 8 45zs (current progression), day 14 80zs per
maxing after 3 weeks to 120 per day.

Just an idea...

Hope that PTP comes back sooner then later.

Interesting... Really good idea to increase daily login points

Or at least until they re-introduce P2P. Don't know if Razer will re-introduce or not
Oh, come on! My birthday is 3 days after that :mad_::big_grin_:
It's so sad 😞
Damn ye thats sad 😞
so sad.
i need my blackwidow v2 :frown_:
omg. i wonder who the hell would complain something that is free for them... now the genuine gamers who want to collect the zsilver gets the collateral damage.
Very sad this was taken away. But if they find a way to fix this it would be a lot better. I'm at around 25k, been playing for a few months. A buddy of mine told be that you could just leave the game on and AFK the silver. Did not care to exploit it, but it does need to be fixed.
I am sad and a bit salty. I wanted the Razer Ergonomic Keyboard Rest (Standard Fit) and just when I had enough zsilver you made it more expensive. Now that im finally close to it again you are shutting down the program 😞

I just have to download the Razer Cortex app and i saw that this program is suspended... 😕
I hope that is will return fast! :)

I hope it does too but it needed a lot of fixing. you really didn't even need to play to earn the silver. you could leave the game on and still earn the silver.
This comes as a suprice to me.

Kinda have a feel that this is due to their choice of making the earning limited to a few games a month..?
Which limited earnings to those who had or played said games.

I really hope they find a way to keep this amazing feature, I would be so sad to lose it completely.

Depends on the game, some games have idle timers that boot you(eg Diablo3) if you idle for too long, so if you tried to just let them sit n earn zSilver you would be disappointed 😉
