I already have it installed. So far, there was problems trying to load Raid: Shadow Legends to play and I get an error. So, I had to load the game from the desktop app of Plarium Play. But remember folks, Cortex is in Beta.

The double FPS is in GTA Online
And overlay don't open in others games ex: Valorant

The double FPS issue has been fixed in the newest version. If you have already installed the newest version 10.0.217.0, and this issue persists, please kindly provide us with your Cortex logs for us to further investigate this issue.

Regarding the FPS overlay issue, the FPS display will not show if the games you play have anti-cheat software. Our team is trying to negotiate with these teams outside Razer, but this may take a long time. Just want to let you know that we are trying to find a way to fix it. Thank you for your patience.

I'm loving the Beta, but here's a few things I'd like to see:

I love the direction that Razer is taking Cortex. I think that users will love the utility that it offers, and Razer will benefit from Cortex as a sales feature and from the information that Cortex gathers about its' users. Keep up the good work!

1. Allow Cortex to remember how I resized it last.
We will consider it. We did not realize that our users have this need before. Thank you for letting us know this.

2. Get Epic Games full integration.
We are trying to contact the Epic Games Store to allow us to have the integration. It may take some time. Thank you for your patience.

3. Be the first to get full integration for other minor game launchers.
We would love to get the integration for the launchers you mentioned if we are allowed to do so.

4. Make sure that when I launch a game with Cortex, my profiles for all my Razer devices switch to that game.
We will consider it. Thanks for letting us know this.

5. Make the Deals tab easier to customize.
We will let our PD and designer know this.

6. Update the prices more frequently.
It is great to know that this feature is important for our users. We will pass the message to the right person.

The whole team is so excited that we have so many passionate users like you to use our product at the same time bring your feedback to us. It is very valuable and motivates the whole team to keep up the good work.

hey Razer,

nice work on the v10 beta, big improvement over previous version and im liking the store convergence in the app, very nice :)

so far no issues here but my system is high spec (i7k series, 32gb ram 3080ti), ram usage ingame could be better but its still beta so can only improve from here right? 🙂 ofc being able to add say Asus ARGB sync and other vendors would be a nice addition, nobody else really has an all in one solution and it would be nice to see my ROG ARGB syncing with the razer setup along with hue control in the room 🙂 to be fair it probably should be in synapse, but it could work in this.

Max FPS

Bit of a hitch, in some games the loading screens spike the FPS, ESO for instance while loading suddenly jumps to over 1600fps, so when I exit that's what the software reports as my max. Obviously no where near what I'm actually playing at (If it was, I'd be flying the alien mothership off this rock)

The new Cortex Beta has an Chroma Connect error with razer synapse. After Game Booster restoring memory it doesnt get back to the synapse studio chroma theme effect. Lights on whole set of Razer devices stay green or white - doesnt change to devices lightings I've set in Synapse.

I got an error with Chroma Connect after using system booster. Cortex stuck at restoring items for 5 minutes in same status. But those two happened only once and disappeared. What should be caused the problems?

My mistakes. I got a problem with both "Game booster" and "System Booster".

First, I got stuck in same status with Boost from Game booster.(This problem solved when I force to close and restart Cortex in Task Manager.)

Second, a few days later, I run System Booster and Cortex died with Chroma Connect.
(At this case, Cortex revived by itself before restarts my PC, but chroma doesn't.)

Latest version of Cortex is comfortable! This is the first time that I enjoy with beta programs! None of other betas gives me fun before.

there's a bug in digital vibrance
it work when I turn it on but when I try to turn it off and save it doesn't work
and same for "make adjustments" when I click it it does the opposite
like when I turn it off the screen will be so colorful
and I can't get it back and
my eyes are burning xD pls fix it ❤

I wasn't able to connect with Ubisoft Connect platform, what's wrong? What settings did I miss?

In my browser, on the Ubisoft Connect dashboard there's a message:
"Ubisoft Connect is not available at the moment. Please try again later."
