Razer Cortex

Seems like my rig is not supported by cortex. how do i fix this?

When I try this razer cortex, I can use the digital vibrance when only playing valorant but when I play valorant now then I try to exit in game, the digital vibrance did not off. So even I'm not playing valorant the digital vibrance is on. I can't focus because the color is so sharp. btw my digital vibrance is 60 so it's fcking hurt in my eye right now, I'm not adept in this setup. This is the first time I have a problem like this in razer cortex. I already try to restart my PC but it did not work to turn off the digital vibrance. I want to fix it right now!

Hay insiders! so I've realized whenever i set my "Game Booster" to optimize my processes, it will initially be fine, but once i restore everything, i start getting crash reports from my applications, every one of my applications being brought up, and tons of code running through CMD. though when i finally close all of the crash reports, lowering all the tabs, and re opening any crashed applications it works fine.

I have this issue for more than a week now. It started couple of days before the last updated, and it is continuing after that. I have even tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but the result is the same. What can I do more?

I just been checking for the last few minutes and I can't seem to pull up anything at all on the Mobile App Googled Razer Server Status: https://status.razer.com/ but apparently everything is operational. Is anyone else experiencing this right now? o_O

I am now using the beta 10 cortex and I'm really enjoying it's new features as well as the old ones and the new appearance is very nice to look at, But when i go to the shortcuts hotkeys, I try to put the boost on NUM1 and restore on NUM2 but when I do that the program forces CTRL + SHIFT+(selected key). When I try it with different keys it still forces the control and shift button being pressed. Is there a way to remove those, Thanks for the help.

My computer has two GPUs. GPU 0 is a 3060 that I have my display connected to and is what I use to game. I also have a 1060 as GPU 1 that I use for encoding, folding, and hashing. GPU 1 appears on cortex and I fear that the FPS estimates, optimized game settings and other features are optimizing for a vastly inferior GPU. what should I do to select the correct GPU. GPU 0 is in PCI slot 0 and GPU 1 is in slot 3 I believe.

Hi, my Cortex is blocking my shortcut for the @-sign and i wanna change the shortcut for the fps-viewer. But when I try to change this shortcut, cortex ist crashing instantly and a window with FEEDBACK pops up. Is there any workarround to change this shortcut? I had downloaded and used Razer Cortex for making the colors in Valorant more vibrant and everything was fine. After a week I had stopped using it because it dropped my frames. A couple days ago I tried to use it again but than after I closed the app the changes stayed and the colors on my monitor were more contrasted and I don't know what to do to revert it back to normal. I uninstalled the app and restarted my pc several times and nothing changed. I also re-downloaded the application to see if maybe there was an option on it but I couldn't find anything. Now my pc is just super contrasted and it makes it annoying to use because everything is so bright. Please help me.

As the title states, I can no longer browse or search manually, in order to add games that reside on my system that Cortex cannot see and add. The only "options" I have and see, are program-files (not games) that are listed in the select game window when the + sign is clicked on; to add a game manually. Version 7.3.32.179 Razer Central Installed, no updates detected. Any help appreciated!
