ive joined for the first time razer squads and i am testing the launching trough razer but when i launch roblox roblox loads and then opens the web page of roblox i am worried that it wont count the hours then

Hello, Need help with the Cortex ingame ovberlay. Ryzen 7 9700x and 4070 super. So obviously there are two graphics units in my rig. Obviously the 4070 super is used for gaming, but the  Cortex keeps showing 0% load for GPU while gaming. I think it reads the radeon graphics that comes with the CPU. Is there a way to manually override it and show me the load and the temps of my 4070s?

I turned on the Custom Display overlay for Minecraft Java but it doesn’t show up in game. I put it on Minecraft Launcher and the game itself, restarted the game and Cortex, but nothing has worked. I would like to know if this is my fault or razers fault and if it is my fault how to fix it please and thank you

My Fps counter isnt working properly , its going up and down massive like 800 to 20 and its clearly not the right numbers, its in VALORANT. I tried to fix it for hours now but im not anywhere a solution

Hello, I am having a problem with Razer Cortex, namely after turning on the application, it displays games if i had closed them at exactly same time since the last shutdown, for example, games from two different platforms were allegedly turned off at the same second.I tried repairing it, reinstalling it from scratch, but nothing helped. Has anyone else had this problem and maybe knows how to solve it?

While trying to resolve issues with my game, I attempted to open it but instead Razer Cortex launched. Since it was causing severe lag in Geometry Dash, I wanted to close it and launch the game again. However, after closing Razer Cortex, my Steam behaved abnormally and kept closing when I tried to launch the game. I tried various solutions, including reinstalling Cortex, but nothing worked. My PC is also new, so I am unsure why this is happening.

i want to put games in razer cortex like fortnite but it just wont show. rocket league and valorant both do show for some reason. all the games are downloaded on the egs but yeah it just wont show fortnite. i also cant add the game myself :< does anyone know how i can bypass it or fix it

When receiving a fresh update, there was an attempt to install a new version, the software download starts but fails, I also tried to remove the Razer Cortex completely and download and install it again from the official website, but this also did not help because the download also disappears through the installer. Now I'm without the Razer Cortex. What to do?

Razer cortex is not detecting or auto-boosting supported games such as Overwatch 2 or Valorant. Cortex does not detect these games being opened whenever I launch such games.

Hello. i had the issue that when i stopped a Game and went back to Desktop i had immediatley the BSOD “Critical_Process_Died” i had to find out it was caused by Razer Cortex. Uninstalled it and now all runs fine. First i had so many issues with Razer Hardware, no i have so many issues with Razer Software. This Company gives me nighmares.
