Razer Cortex

So I use cortex whenever I play FFXIV, but if I use YouTube or Spotify it'll come with these crackling noises and have no idea why. When I tab out they go away after a few secs and they also come even if the ffxiv sounds are in my headset but I unplug that so there's no sound from the game it still comes with the noises. Want to keep using cortex but it really annoys me

If I redeem a silver reward, would I still pay for the shipping fee?

So i have no idea how to open the menu on razer cortex sometimes it does nothing doesn't some times it does open so is there anyway i can open it surely.

This is the most annoying software I have ever used it is constantly "pop" stealing focus right when I'm about to type in a browser or launch a game and then I have to alt tab around to deal with this annoying pop. Please fix this crap software and fire your "hype" punk design team that has no tact or taste and produces annoying garbage that is going to piss off and alienate your customers. Let forum trash lifer buttkissers commence their sucking.

When I launch Steam game (like PUBG) via Cortext I can't see FPS in corner. I checked FPS option and set in upper left corner. When game is up and running, there is no FPS. I tried to enable/disable with hotekys too. When I close game, boost is not restored eather! It's like Cortext never noticed that game is launched (even if I launch via Cortext itself). Also, there is no FPS graph after closing game, even if I enabled that option before launching game. Other games works fine (like Overwatch, ROS...), only with Steam games doesn't work. Btw, auto-boost works (but not auto-restore).

After experiencing an issue with windows defender, i did a system refresh in order to resolve the issue, which it fixed. unfortunately this caused an issue with the razer cortex system cleaner as soon as the computer booted back up. Every time i try and do a system clean, the scan stops at exactly 21% on the file HTML help. It says that 3.4 GB out of 3.8 GB is being used up by this file, which is no small amount of memory for RAM. Keep in mind that my PC is a Razer blade 15 V1 and is not even 1 month old, the computer was very lightly used before the system refresh, with only a few programs like microsoft office, itunes, nvidia geforce, WoW and fortnite. I have been dealing with razer reps for days not and nothing is happening, can someone please help if they have any knowledge of my potential issue and its solution!!!! much love

Been seeing a ton of positive feedback and loads of complaints on Paid to Play. I realize a lot of the complaints come from demands that we should raise the cap. In short we won't be raising the cap on P2P though we may add new ways of earning Razer Silver. With that in mind, i doubt we will stop hearing the complaints - what do you guys think? Should we shut down all the free ways of earning Razer Silver and just go back to the standard - buy stuff and get loyalty points (like every other company) or should we continue to find free ways to give loyalty points (and get a ton of complaints?) What do you guys think?

Thanks!] Hey all, I've been doing some Paid to Play recently - It's back, yay! - and noticed the 'Popular Rewards' section below the current and upcoming Paid to Play games, and how it shows you your progress towards them. And then I thought, 'Hey! Wouldn't it be cool if you could select which rewards show up there!' You could create a wishlist or sorts. This would let you to be able to see your progress towards them easily, without having to go to the Silver website, log in and find the thing you're saving up for. It could even send you a notification when you have enough Silver for an item on your Silver wishlist! What do you all think about this? Let me know! Maybe Razer will implement it someday! PROBLEM: Unable to hit the "Sign In" Button in Razer Cortex SOLUTION: Go into your computers installed programs; Find Razer Cortex, select modify, Select repair, already installed software. Once reinstalled will ask you to sign in. This should fix the problem.

When I play swtor, it won't let me display the fps when i use gamebooster. I hit ctr - shift - f and it doesn't work... nothing happens. When i don't use razer cortex at all, i'm able to use those commands to show the fps. But anytime i use razer cortex, it won't let me. I want to fix this because i'd really like to see my fps when using gamebooster. How do i fix this? the only game this seems to be a problem with is swtor, all my other games display fps just fine when using razer cortex and gamebooster.

I can't run a cortex even after i delete and delete it using uninstall-program and manusally, and re-install latest and some old versions. By googling and from some my experience, I found that no razer services doesn't exist in msconfig. The problem appeared after i updated it today. before the update, it runned so well. Lastly, I use Panda Protection and Comodo firewall. of course, i checked these program's block lists. It is remarkable that block mark of cortex was there, comodo, when it is running well. I can't found the mark now. Can i get some helps?

I started downloading For Honor yesterday and I still haven't finished downloading but I can play it already. Razer Cortex can detect the game but when I go to the Paid-to-Play page, the play button doesn't appear when I hover my cursor over the thumbnail of For Honor. Launching the game from my games list in Cortex doesn't earn me Silver. What can I do about it? If it helps, the game isn't done downloading yet because my internet is so much slower than yours but I can launch it already.

There is another thread on this where the user sent you a log to look at. There was no resolution posted. I have Cortex set to boost when I launch my games from Steam. It doesn't work. I can boost manually. What is the fix for this?

Hello, I have used Razer's software a lot on my old laptop, and I recently got a MacBook Air. All of the software is only available on Windows. Do you think they will ever make Synapse, Cortex, and other apps available for Macs? I would like to think so but since Cortex has been available for so long I would say that it will never happen.

I think in the second coloum from the left it says something along the lines of "processes to be optimized." For that I did a bunch of things like chrome but for some reason it kept on opening the things that I had ticked off on the page. I'm new to razer cortex so I don't know if that's meant to happen or if I wasn't meant to tick anything but can someone please tell me?

I don't receive Silvers during playing RIFT. Any suggestions?

When I have cortex running with the game boost on, changing the resolution, window state (fullscreen, borderless, windowed) or alt-tabbing out and back in causes this crash to occur in Starcraft 2 but no other game. Solution was to close cortex if someone else is having the problem. Kinda annoying, might want to look into it.

Cause that's bad. And I can't see which games are being defragged. Someone got experience with this?
