I am sure this is happening to number of users So daily paid to play is not making me earn my zsilver I have tried removing and reinstalling RAZER applications on my PC I am making sure that I run my games through the RAZER cortex Could you please investigate what is going on? This week is CS:GO

Theres a list of games on the home page. On the library page i mean. it also shows three ways to see the games with the filiters. your all games, favorite, and played this week. when i click favorite games nothing appears. i just want to know how to favorite games.

I honestly am super upset with razer's Cortex program. It should not take up 75% of my CPU when its not even running. At this point I want to delete all my razer programs(except synapse) and be done with it. It makes me mad. How do you need 75% of my CPU when its not even running? does any one else have this problem?

I have Razer Cortex installed as well as the desktop shortcut for Old School Runescape. I have attempted to add it manually to Razer Cortex, but it keeps saying it is unable to load the parameter file and to reinstall the game. I am playing on an old Dell laptop (inspiron, i believe) and the OSRS is able to load up through the desk top. Is this particular Runescape version compatible with Cortex? If so, how do I fix it to where it works on Cortex?

I use Gamemaker Studio 2 and Find Function is CTRL, Shift and F, it doesn't work, so I used Mircosoft Spy++ and monitored what application was catching CTRL/SHIFT/F and it returned RAZERCORTEX. I'm unable to location a place to turn this off and I'm unable to get to the user manual as it comes up with a webpage saying 'access denied'

I'm looking through my task manager, trying to free up some ram, and I see multiple instances of the same processes from cortex being ran, 32 and 64 bit. I have a 64 bit system. Is this normal? Is it safe to close the 32 bit ones? Why is it doing this? Thanks

Hi i have windows 10 , recently Cortex would start and i got messages saying there is an issue signing in , today i tried to log in and nothing happened so i restarted my PC and tried again , still nothing , so i uninstalled Cortex and tried reinstalling but it wont install it sort of freezes before it even starts installing , is there a problem with Cortex i need to know about ? :frown_: Please help :smile_:

The whole launcher scenario for PC gaming has gotten incredibly out of hand lately. I was interested in the Universal Launcher option offered by Cortex, but was wondering, as someone with a library large enough they don't keep all their games installed at once, if game detection by the software was only for games physically installed on the system or if it was able to gather all games linked to each account (ie Steam, GOG, Origin, etc). If it's the former, and the game has to be physically installed for detection, if the game has been detected once and added to the launcher and is then uninstalled, will it remain in the Cortex Launcher? I can't possibly have all my games installed at once, and so I'm curious how this is handled.

I downloaded cortex just today so i dont know much about it. Pls help

Despite having game Desktop ticked it never comes up after launching a game. After launching game Game Desktop becomes unticked for some reason

What is this app?

I play Squad and Insurgency but razer cortex doesn´t optimize them even though the "items optimized" at right corner of my screen appears. It´s weird because right after I updated Squad to v13 it stopped optimizing it and I need those extra frames. I´ve tried to reinstall cortex and nothing. The thing is that Cortex works these 2 other games: CSGO and Apex legends but it´s not working with Squad or Insurgency. Help pls

I read master guide, but there is no explanation of tweaks. There are many tweaks with little description and sometimes it is not enough or to generic. I need to know what i am changing before i change anything. Btw do tweaks still work after uninstallation, even i exit program there are running 4 processes and consuming cpu, terrible for performance optimization program.

I downloaded Cortex last night so I could earn silver playing Neverwinter for the rest of the month. However, Cortex doesn't recognize it even though its in my Steam library. I originally downloaded NW through Steam. I got a new rig a week ago so I had to download my games again and for whatever reason it didn't show up in my library so I started playing it though the Arc client. Cortex recognized it through Arc (along with all of my other Steam games and non-Steam games), but that does no good since to earn silver it has to be through Steam. I uninstalled Arc and NW, then figured out how to re-download NW (I was just being dumb apparently) from Steam again. I even reinstalled Cortex and re-booted, but it still doesn't recognize NW. Am I missing something?

I understand that the game boost and Pc cleaning functions could improve performance on older systems or systems without alot of RAM or a HDD. Besides the playing games for Razer silver (love it btw) how could Cortex improve my high end systems gaming performance? hi i play Rainbow 6 Siege whit cortex and after update cortex game doesn't lunch whit cortex but when i turn off (remove tick) explorer.exe game run without any problem but i need this item to give more fps in game pls help me thanks
