I have a Razer 2019 Base Model RZ09 0300 that i had purchased from Best Buy in the USA in late 2019. About one year after the purchase I can see that the keypad does not decompress and clearly there is a bulge in the laptop that can be felt. On researching on the internet I can see that it is the battery that is swollen and needs to be replace possibly. I cannot find a store that can get me a replacement battery. Please help.

My kraken x headset keeps having this microphone feedback on my computer even if I uncheck "Listen to this device" in windows 10. The weird thing is that whenever I plug it in a different device (for example, my phone) it works perfectly fine. Anyone got a fix for this?
