again sensor keep strop tracking and havea delay. what the f… is wrong i waited for firmware update still same issue cmon guy its almost 200 eur for this mouse this should not happend.

My deathadder v2 x hyperspeed is not working when i hold the mouse and try to click, it doesn’t click, the “cape” of this mouse is not connecting all I think how do I buy a new one?

I have a blackshark v2 pro 2023 so it is using hyperspeed dongle. Now i want the basilisk v3 pro which also uses hyperspeed dongle. Will they cause interference with each other if i have two hyperspeed devices and two hyperspeed dongles connected to my pc.

I have recently started using this gaming chair purchased from a local Currys. The chair had been purchased within the year and I’m worried it will be explained away with misuse/neglect. I’ve looked after all my Razer gear which I’ve had for years but I’m now back on my old gaming chair which I’ve had for even longer with no issue. I’m 72kg and have only been using it for a few months and it was only a couple months of use before the cylinder started sinking into the ground until now I cannot roll it around. I am not interesting in money back but I would like it repaired although, I am aware that this product is discontinued. How likely is this outcome?

Hii, I want to claim the warranty RAZER DEATHADDER ESSENTIAL - ERGONOMIC WIRED GAMING MOUSE - CHS PACKAGING, I bought it on 13 Apr 2023 and the mouse can’t use, I’ve try to plug and adjust the wire but it still cannot work, if I’m not misunderstood, I can claim the warranty in one year right? So I hope that I’m able to claim the warranty, thank you

firstly sorry for the bad english and if this is a completely normal thing to happen but when my charge runs out and i plug it in and try to play with the cable connected to the headphones it wont blink green it will only blink red when charging and blue when i try to open it but it wont connect to my pc even with it still being cable connected(i didnt know what categories to put in so sorry if it is in the wrong category)

Recently I’ve been looking into getting a dock for my Blade 15 purely because I want to minimize the amount of wires hanging off my laptop,  my question is can plugging it through the thunderbolt 3 port via a dock be sufficient enough to power my laptop during gaming without damaging it? or will i have to keep it plugged in via its original powerbrick. I’ve looked online and it apparently it might cause some damage to the battery if i were to hit my laptop with a heavy load while gaming while only being powered through a thunderbolt 3 dock, something about the 100watts not enough to power the system entirely and it needing to draw from the battery aswell.I just wanted to ask before making a decision since i recently bought this laptop and I don’t want it to be damaged because of a uninformed decision i make.My Blade 15 is the 2020 base model (RZ09-03286E22)

I have an idea for a razer product and app:The Razer Liaison(the word liaison meaning link)The app would allow to use your razer nexus/kishi as a wireless controller that you could use for a ps5/xbox/pcThe product would be a small connector thing that you could put in place of where your phone would go; it would make you razer kishi/nexus look like the average gaming controller. It could either be powered by batteries or a wire. I received these headphones a few days ago. and straight out of the box, the Bluetooth was terrible, it would crackle and cut in and out, and there is this constant static when Bluetooth is enabled. it was a massive disappointment considering how much I spent on them. and so I plugged in the aux cable, and it sounds like a dream. there's no problems using the aux. however! looking back at recordings and feedback from the online games has told me my mic sounds super good quality! but is very intermittent at times. but the biggest problem was that they can just hear everything I can hear. almost like my driver wires are also being routed through the mic? I did some online research and thought maybe I needed to update the drivers. however they were already had the newest firmware. so I looked at the settings played around a little. even factory reset the driver settings and it only made things worse. Power saver on device like Basilisk V3 Pro and all other device is not very accurate  what ever the  time setting , and it is long to remove from sleeping status.For me I dont need a power saver on anything.Please is it possible to get option to desable the energy saver.I will really appreciate.

Hi, there’s a guy selling his Razer Thunderbolt 4 Cable 2 m long for a cheap price but the cable ends don’t match the one shown on the razer website. On the cable, it simply has the lightning symbol on both ends without the 4 at the bottom, nor the RAZER logo on one end. So I had bought my Razer Hammer head True wireless Gen 2  November 29 2023 and as of a day or 2 day I had gotten one of them damage to water and bought them from Amazon and sadly did not have the warranty I thought I bought it and I am hoping to find out if there’s anyway I can get them repaired or replaced since I have day them only 129 days
