I used my balance a little before but now when I am trying to buy something or purchase something it ask me to login again and again and when I look into my wallet it shows wallet is disabled. There are more than 400$ in my account please help me out so that I can use this balance please.

Hi Razer, You made me waste $20 i could spent other thing but i wanted to buy stuff in razer gold but you guys still use my old phone number for vertification.Which i don’t have it now.I want my 2FA to be disable and yea.

It appears that Razer has frequent issues putting complete PIN code numbers on their cards.  I purchased two cards totaling $310.  I put i a ticket and the next day I get a message saying the cards were redeemed the day I put in a ticket.  I didn’t get the PIN code information and didn’t redeem the cards.  So who got the PIN code information?  Is Razer running some sort of scam on their customers.  I have purchased thousands in Razer cards, and they refuse to respond and explain how or where those cards could be redeemed.  Until I am reimbursed, I will never purchase another card and I will recommend to anyone thinking of buying a card to forget it.  Obviously, Razer has no intentions of supporting their customers and has known for some time that they have issues with their 14 digit PIN codes being properly printed on their cards.  

Hi, I purchased an order of Razer Gold gift card. But I only got the Pin, I don't have Serial number. As I know, I only need the Pin to redeem the code on website gold.razer.com, but I want to link the Razer wallet with others website, so it requires serial number. How do I get serial number? 

I don't use my old number anymore. But my email is still there. I added money to my account but I can't use it. I want to change a new number.

Anyone else got a problem with Razer Gold PIN redemption because the Serial Number field is missing? They haven't responded to my email yet so I wonder if anyone got the same issue. I can't seem to find any answer on the internet huhu 

so i bought my razer gold 2 days ago thinking it will be a simple transaction and that i can get my game during the steam summer sale for very cheap. however it seems to always be unavailable and when it isnt when i try to check out it becomes unavailable instantly. can someone tell me  if this is normal or if there are bots sniping the wallet codes

Hi Guy, 2 weeks ago, i top up the razor gold through paynow due to promotion. The paynow transaction went through and money was deducted from my Bank account. After 2 days, i found that the transaction in Razer Gold is still pending. Wrote to Helpdesk, they stated that transaction failed and the money is on hold and assured me that it will return to my account. To cut short, after several checking, answer is always the same. I called to my bank and they confirmed with me that the money have went through to Razer. I attached the letter from my bank to razor helpdesk and they still insist the transaction failed and never received the money. At this very moment, i think i trust my Bank more than razor gold helpdesk. Now i am stuck. Any person have experience this situation ? Can advise. Special Note: Most pissed off is that helpdesk ask me to top up again every time when they reply my case ticket....

Hey I have a bunch of payments pending on my card, the service seemed to be down at the time. Do I need to clear this up with you guys or will it give the money back before the 7th when the bill is due.
