Hello,          I’m having trouble finding the landing page where I am able to redeem Razer Silver in exchange for achieving certain landmark achievements I suppose you could call them. They were things like being a member for x amount of time, joining razer insider, etc. Does anyone know where I can find this or how I can redeem these achievements??

i have an issue when i reload my razer gold the transaction says it failed but my E-wallet balance decreased. i already submit a ticket but only response once and still no progress, and when i added my ewallet id details at check out it is a different API idk is it merchant hosted or Ewalllet hosted .i hope there is progress after i create this on forums sorry for my english i live in south east asia country (actually there are two failed transaction )Thank You

So i bought a google play gift card from here like an hour or 2 ago and it says that it has been taken

I bought razer gold pin from genuine seller in Lazada (Thailand) and every codes work but when I bought like 6th or 7th code.It said invalid pin. I didn’t get any response when I send the ticket .my ticket number: 230420-001362I really want to recharge and the game has limited time offer. I have a proof that I’m using my own account and I want to recharge it to my own razer account.Please help. 

AS the title have said,  i topup money but cant use it due to no OTP and i cant reset the phone number due to needing another OTP as well , system is so stupid. Seen similar threads like these before,  and i have emailed razer support and its been 3 days with 0 replies from them. Any other ways to proceed or am i just screwed.
