Hey guys i am using gtx 2070, i mined 180k per 4months (0,15€/kwh in my country) so my electricity bill will be enormous? When i mine razer silver my gpu is at 30-40%

When I try to turn in 20 hours for 200 silver I get a message saying redemption failed. Is there a problem on razers side or am I doing something wrong?

I started only today and didn't play 2 days so I missed 8 hours, can I recover these hours or not? There are many rewards, but it says the rewards are limited. So, if I reach 80 hours to redeem 15,000 silver, but the limit is 30 rewards with this prize, does it mean that if the other 30 teams have redeemed the prize, I cannot redeem that prize anymore?

I have been working with Razer Support and its already frustrating. We have been exchanging e-mails but it seems I am being passed on one support to another. Worst is one support department to another and back to square one. Loosing hope amd I feel my hard wotk to earn the 100K silver points is put on to waste. Is there anyone here who works for Razer Support or ZVault Team?

Because of this 2 Step Authentication I can no longer use my remaining mol points because it always asked for an OTP or 2 Step Authentication which I no longer have cause I have resetted my phone recently and lost all the apps in it including the Authenticator App I use.
