I was subscribing to a Twitch streamer. Noticed there is a Razer Gold Payment Method. Would you use Gold for Twitch? What other sites (no games) would you like to see Gold used on? I vote for Discord Nitro. since Razer Comms is no more.

It's been a while since we decided to suspend Paid to Play - and each time I wanted to review it, I would go back to the forum thread - read the posts, and decide that maybe it's not worth doing it. We started Paid to Play as a way to see how we could get community members who loved Razer, but couldn't afford to buy our gear, a way to grind and earn Razer products and other awesome giveaways. However, while we had good intentions for it, we started getting a lot of complaints, demands and worst of all - death threats to our team and I decided to put a stop to it. I've thought about how we might bring it back sometime and here are my thoughts: 1. It will be focused more for users of Razer products and services - i.e. it's more to reward our existing customers as opposed to someone looking for a free hand-out. 2. We will probably want to focus on users of Razer zGold - and that will be the MAIN way of earning zSilver - for those who spend on games etc with zGold and earn zSilver. 3

For some reason, I get errors every time I try to log in on mogul with my razer ID. I tried to create a mogul account and link that to razer but I still get the same error.

Hi, I am also new here and I was wondering how I would prove that I have a razer mouse and keyboard. Those are two of the rewards that one can get, and they are synced up with razer synapse, but is there anything else I have to do because it shows they are not complete. Is it possible to redeem a product from country A's store, then have it shipped to country B's store? Because from my understanding, redeeming a prize using Razer Silver gives you a voucher code, and since that voucher code isn't region-locked, you should be able to use it on the item of choice on the site (then just pay for shipping). I'm unable to upgrade to Razer Gold. Whenever I start the upgrade process from anywhere (razergames, zvault, gold), I'm told that I have an existing zvault wallet which can be upgraded. Upon logging in, I'm informed that my wallet is disabled, and to contact support. After contacting support, they direct me to the "zgold team" submit ticket page, which will redirect me immediately upon logging in back to the gold.razer.com portal to start the entire process again. I haven't been able to speak to anybody who can help, and I can't submit a ticket for support. Also, the directions at the bottom of the Razer Gold portal to log in at zvault to start the process, will redirect you back immediately to the Razer Gold portal from whence you came. A lot of circular logic here and redirects, no upgrades makes a sad buzzedword.

I've referred two of my friends using the mogul friend referral link in hopes of earning 750 zSilver (540 zSilver away from a mouse pouch and I must redeem by this month due to expiry) but none of my referrals appear in the mogul reward page. I've emailed mogul support but there hasn't been a reply in days. Anyone experiencing similar issues and have suggestions on how I can get help?

I live in Belgium (europe) and wat to top up my Blizzard balance by paying with Razer Gold. The problem is, I don't see that option. Could it be this is because I live in Europe and so use Europe region for blizzard bnet? On us region I may not top up my balance. Is there a solution? Thanks for any feedback.

Hello, While being post on Insider, this request is more aimed at Razer's staff. May it be possible to see in the account page on Gold/Silver to display a spreadsheet or something alike to see easily how many Zsilvers you've earn for the past monthes but with a line for each way ? I mean somthing like this : Silvers earned in january 2019 : 12 500 from Mogul Arena 700 from Insider 1700 from Paid to play PC 1650 from Paid to play mobile Athought those numbers aren't really mine, they're plausible. But with something like this i could make better estimation for my futur purchase/redeem.

Hi guys, i am from Colombo, Sri Lanka & i am wondering is it possible to buy Razer gear to my country directly. My father was working at a warehouse facility in NJ, 07002 i have bought my Razer gear to his warehouse address and shipped it back to my country, unfortunately my father is on vacations & i have some Zsilver balance left and it will expire end of the February.
