Hola recientemente compré un Viper v2 pro por Mercado Libre que por lo que se es su distribuidor autorizado aquí en México . Llevo unos meses con el al principio todo bien pero después de 1 mes el dongle dejó de funcionar, solamente se empezó a desconectar el mouse aunque tuviera pila y tampoco lo detectaba el synapses. Busqué videos en internet y por lo que veo todos dicen que es el dongle nose que se pueda hacer en estos casos porque supongo que la garantía de mercado libre ya se agotó

Hello,  I tried to update the firmware of my Leviathan V2 from 1.06.15.1043 to 1.07.00.1043 but failed. A prompt popped up and said that the firmware update failed and asked me to try again after reconnect the device. The source button on the Leviathan V2 also turned red after the failure of firmware update. I have tried to connect the Leviathan V2 with different wire but it didn’t help. Hope someone can help me to figure out the problem. Thank you!

Hello, I'm an internet gaming lounge owner. I have Razer Deadhedder V3 wired mice in my business, and I'm constantly getting the "USB plugged/unplugged" error with my Razer Deadhedder V2. I did a clean install. I've also plugged them into other USB ports, but I keep getting this error. The PCs have Synapse 4 installed, and the mice are from products I bought 6 months ago. While playing games, customers hear the USB connection disconnecting and reconnecting in the background, and the mouse then gets stuck during the game. I need your help regarding this. There's evidence in the marked area in the picture. 

I lost the Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle for Razer Viper Mini Signature Edition that came with my RVMSE. I bought both RC30-04410100-R3M1 and RC30-03420100-R3M1 (replacement dongles) and tried them with the firmware pairing utility, neither worked. I have reached out to support and they just say it’s not available. Is there any workaround here? Or am I basically toast? I paid $450 for this mouse and now I can only use it wired :( TIA

Can we please get an update to Razer Synapse that allows us to keep the lighting profile we set up to stay how we set it when the windows 11 PC is in locked mode? Every single time my computer goes into the lock screen all my lighting presets on all my peripherals go through color cycling. It breaks the aesthetic and immersion. I know many people have been asking for a solution to this problem for a very long time. Windows 11 is rolling out an update soon to utilize custom widgets on the lock screen so if this issue cant be remedied via new update can’t we at least get a Razer synapse or Razer chroma widget that allows us to apply out peripheral lighting effects to other chroma enabled devices and keep them in that state instead of having windows disable them every time the computer goes into the lock screen state so this way our led lights across all our Razer products sync up flawlessly.

When I try to recharge V-Bucks in Fortnite, it says a code will be sent to my number for verification, but when it's about to send the code, it says, "There was an unexpected error. Refresh the page and try again." I've already refreshed, and it still won't let me recharge. I have all my information—my email, my number, everything—but it won't let me. Even here, when I check my backup codes, it asks for a code that will be sent to my number, but the same error message keeps appearing.

My DeathAdderV3 wired has disconnecting and reconnecting looping issues, I would like to replace the cable for it. I cannot find some Razer SpeedFlex Cable on the internet. Can I use other Razer’s mouse cable on it? and will I lose the 8k polling hz capability if I do that? Help

Dears, When starting the laptop a message appears on auto repairing something… than it says it was not able to find a solution.. than start it again and informs that in 30 mins it will have an other try… surely this can go on for hours. I have started and restarted many times… nothing. It just stuck in this infinite loop. Any idea how to fix it? Thanks in advance for your supportÚ

Ive plugged my razer pulling rate dongle into the pc and theres no light activation or anything, its not connecting on synapse either and when i try to re download the driver it doesnt show there either. My mouse is razer viper v3 hypedspeed.

I have a problem with the firmware of the Wolverine V3 Tournament. I followed all the steps as indicated, but this error appears and I cannot continue with the installation. Has anyone else experienced this and knows a way to solve it? 

When I shut down my PC and then start it up again, for some reason the Razer Leviathan V2 X operates in Bluetooth mode and does not switch to PC mode even when I press the source button.

After having this mouse since 2022 on Christmas day, the scroll wheel button has basically given out. I have to admit I didn’t take as much good care of it, not crazy damage, but when it comes to cleaning so maybe tons of dirt are blocking it maybe. What should I do?

Hi, I got this Razer Basilisk V3 mouse in January 2024 and had no issues. Three days ago, I was playing Fortnite, and randomly my left click only worked slowly, one at a time. When I spammed it, most clicks were not registering. The next day, the mouse worked fine, last night as well. This morning, I woke up and it did not work at all. I tried cleaning it with compressed air, checking Razer Synapse, remapping a side button to left click, it worked. Every button works besides the left click. I was wondering if my warranty still applies.I also saw a lot of posts about this so I know it’s not just me.
