When I tried to turn on my computer today I couldn’t. The light on the lower right edge flashes green before going out and the screen flashing a dark blue and black. I tried letting it sit for hours before turning it on again. I have tried resetting it and I have tried putting it in “Bois” mode with guidance from my brother.  I am not very tech savvy and this is my college laptop. I am in the midst of finals and really rely on this laptop. My warranty is up and I can’t afford a new laptop. I’m not sure what to do.  I haven’t dropped or banged it around anytime recently. My brother said that it was possible for things to have been disconnected inside as I have moved my computer.  Any help would be amazing!

Hi,I use my 2025 Razer Blade 18 for office use as well and there is an issue where my laptop installed the latest version of windows which was not approved by the company’s IT dept. Now they are saying I will need to rebuild my laptop to go back to the older Windows version,  which seems quite extreme. Can I do a simple reset without deleting apps and files safely without affecting the laptop and synapse settings? Thanks 

I’d been using my Kiyo without issue for a long time. One time I was in a video call and it made a weird grinding noise and then went totally out of focus. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, and it reported available to my computer again, but once I selected it the ring light came on at a kind of pulse-y half brightness and then it  disappears from the cameras list. I tried letting it sit unplugged for a week and the problem still persists. Tried multiple computers, ports, etc. Normally my Razer accessories last forever. Is there anything I can do to get this functioning again?

not long ago I heard that pixart sensors have motion sync function, I want to know how to turn it on or off and why this setting is not in razer synapse? I use a razer 8khz mouse and play competitive shooters, I absolutely do not need this feature, but I believe that the user has the right to turn it on or off himself if he does not need this option. Tell me how can I influence this parameter?

Hello,I own a Razer Seiren X (Hardware ID: USB\VID_0D8C&PID_016C).  After replacing my motherboard, Windows 10 only detects it as “USB Advanced Audio Device.”  Could someone from Razer or a moderator please provide the legacy Razer Seiren X Windows 10 driver or firmware package (.INF) for this model?Thank you!

So yeah, at my wits end. My Blackwidow V3 is now double typing, and its pretty constantly, spanning many different keys. It’s ff-ing up everything I do. Its about 3 and a half years old, so I get NO warranty coverage on it. I have ensured the latest firmware is installed, I have tried completely removing all Razer software, I have uninstalled everything through device manager, it won’t go away. Am I screwed? And I sure as heck can’t afford to replace it with another Blackwidow. I am gonna be forced to go withh a $30 Red Dragon keyboard, which i would prefer not to, but I am not gonna have a choice.  Anything that can be done? Anyone else figure out a fix for this? Cause I know Razer won’t help me.

My Razer Atheris RZ01-02170 keeps going on the upper left corner for no reason whatsoever. I haven’t dropped it nor there is any dirt on the sensor and I have every driver uninstalled and updated many times and the problem persists and it drives me nuts. Is there anything I can do?

I just bought my first ever Razer mouse, wired Razer Basilisk V3, and randomly left click event occurs in Counter Strike. I may accidently knife my teammates a few times, I exposed my position once when clicked on wheel and it fired. I never had such an issue with my previous mouse. Is it faulty mouse? What should I do with it?

My wolverine V3 pro is almost a year old to date and it doesn’t charge consistently when plugged in. I’ve tried multiple cords and they all have the same issue. I think the issue lies in the usb-c on the controller as it has started to come loose and have a slight “wiggle.”   I feel like this may be a defect as I’ve never dropped my controller. I use the charging cord that came with my controller and when I use it I keep it wound up a bit since I don’t need a bunch of slack. The only thing that makes sense is that the cord may have weighed the port down causing it to come loose.  Is there anything that can be done warranty wise? I know it sounds like a wear and tear issue but I feel like a premium product like the Wolverine pro would be a bit more sturdy. Any advice or support is greatly appreciated!

Razer Deathadder v3 Not Working – Request for Assistance Good day ! Razer Support, My 1-year-old Razer deathadder v3 mouse has been experiencing recurring issues where it becomes unresponsive and is not recognized by Synapse. At first, unplugging and switching USB ports temporarily fixed it, but over time, the problem worsened. Recently, it takes 20–30 minutes before it starts working again, and now it has completely stopped working despite all troubleshooting efforts (USB port changes, driver updates, restarts, etc.). Please note that the mouse was never dropped, smacked on the table, or mishandled in any way. It has always been used with care. I’d appreciate your advice on how to resolve this issue. Thank you! Razer Support 

My 1 month old (!) deathadder v4 already has a squeaky mousewheel. I could blow air into the mouse wheel the first time this happened to fix it but it has now started to squeak again and it’s more resilient. Is there any other way to fix it? Serial Number: (Removed serial number)

Attempted to hook up razer core X EGPU  (RC21-01310). with Nvidia 3080 installed into GPU. When connected on right side USB-C of laptop EGPU is completely dead and undetected on thunderbolt program. When connected on the left side USB-C the EGPU will turn the fans for case and card on and prompt the windows notification of left side not being a thunderbolt port. Both USB-C ports on computer can charge devices (ie phones, headphones etc.) Tried all the normal troubleshooting and installing correct drivers but at a standstill due to gpu not even turning on. Intel drivers are up to date as well.Verified EGPU and case are fully functional on separate computer (Razer 14” 2025) so the cord, case, and gpu are ruled out. Am I missing something software related or is it a hardware failure?  

Hi everyone,I just bought a brand-new Razer Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed from Amazon. I’m using it in 2.4 GHz mode because of the better responsiveness. In everyday use the mouse works perfectly, but in Fortnite it sometimes fires on its own with the left-click—even when I’m not touching the mouse.Here’s what I’ve tried so far, with no success: Lowered the polling rate from 1000 Hz to 500 Hz and then 125 Hz Reset Razer Synapse Uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse From what I’ve found online, this might be a factory issue with this model. The problem only happens in Fortnite; I don’t see it in other games like Rocket League or Overwatch, nor during normal desktop use.Does anyone know a fix? Or should I just return the mouse and get a different one?Thanks a lot!

I am curious, are there plans or any existing workarounds to support the Deathstalker V2 Pro keyboard on macOS (latest version, e.g. macOS Sequoia v15.1.1 at time of this writing)?  Looking forward to your replies!

I recently bought the Ornata V3 X keyboard, in the French layout. The letters and separate numberpad work correctly, however all the symbol keys, as well as the number keys on the main keyboard are inversed. So, if I want to type the symbol on the top part of the key (the one you would normally use shift for), I tap normally. For the one where I would normally NOT use shift, I have to hold shift for.This makes it incredibly confusing to type with, and I have only found fixes that involve inversing ALL the keys on the keyboard, not only the symbols and numbers.How do I fix this? Usual fixes suggested (turn off Synapse and all Razer/keyboard input programs, uninstall/reinstall, different USB ports, update pc) do not work.I am unable to update firmware (downloaded and ran file but “Update” button is greyed out) and I cannot access Razer support (chat keeps sending me back to the page where it asks for my name/email/SN even after filling it out many times), I can’t find an email address or

Help Please. I am able to connect by bluetooth and the doggle from MacOS to Kraken Kitty v3 pro. However, I want is the kitty with chroma lights. I can’t seem to have the razor apps or apple to recognize my headset and i get [ No compatible devices detected. Please connect a Razor Chroma device or enable “Chroma-connect” in supported third-party device software. ]

I have been using my Razer mouse for about 3 years without any issues. However, after turning on my PC recently, the mouse stopped responding completely — none of the buttons work and the cursor does not move. The RGB logo lighting still works, and the DPI switch button on the bottom also works.At first I thought the mouse was broken, but when I plugged it into my laptop, it worked perfectly. So the issue seems to be specific to my PC.On the PC, the mouse is not detected by any software, including Razer Synapse. I also tried updating drivers and reconnecting the device to different USB ports, but nothing helped.Could you please advise what I can do to resolve this issue?

Hi,I recently picked up a Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed to use for my work.  I've installed the latest version of Synapse.I'm using it for engineering/drafting with Autodesk's Revit software.I'm trying to map very simple 2-key keyboard macro shortcuts such as:"MV" for move. and "AL" for align.In Synapse, I'm using "Text Function", and I type in the text string "AL".Just as a sanity check, I test this out in Notepad and it seems to work.Within Revit, I'm testing it inside a text box, and it also seems to work.Unfortunately, in a Revit plan view, the key press on the mouse is not working. As an additional check, In Synapse, when I use "Keyboard Function", "Key Recording" and record a single key "J" for join.  That single key does seem to work in the Revit plan view. So I’m seeing a bit of inconsistency here. I'm unsure if this is a Razer Synapse problem, or if it's an Autodesk Revit issue. Because it’s a simple 2-key macro, it should be fairly straight-forward?Maybe I'm just using Synapse wro
