Razer Support

I am using Razer Naga Left-Handed Edition with Razer Synapse 4 on Windows 11. Some of the buttons are configured to Windows Shortcuts Copy, Paste and Cut because I need to move around text often. Sometimes this works but sometimes it will type in the letter “C”, “V” or “X” instead. This is frustrating because I constantly find that the “shortcut” has overwritten the original text with the letter and actually slows down productivity as I have to undo the damage and then try again. Why does this happen?  

hi, this is my the first time posting here and I’m looking for support. I tried the support on the main website but it wouldn’t allow me to because I’m out of warranty. I was at work with my huntsman tournament edition keyboard using the official USB cable when it stopped working, and I heard it disconnect. I then started smelling burning electronics. I unplugged it and looked at the port, and it looks like two of the connecters are burnt on the USB-C for both the cable and the keyboard. I was wondering if there would be any way to maybe get a replacement as I was using the keyboard as intended and it burnt out the connecters. Thank you :)

Good day, I have a Blade 15 Base Model (Early 2021) - RZ09-0369 system. I would like to know the exact model of the battery to replace it because it swelled up and had to be discarded a couple of years ago (which is why I don't have the physical battery at the moment).Thanks!

Hi Razer Support,I own a Razer Enki and one of the metal legs on the chair base has become bent and partially detached from the weld.The chair is now unstable and unsafe to use. I would like to know if it is possible to get a replacement base.Or if replacement parts can be purchased separately.Thank you for your help.  

So I have a (macro) turbo mode for left clicking on my Mouse. This turbo also works everywhere else except for when I open Minecraft, the clicks only barely or not work at all same for a double Click macro. Like I said it works everywhere else except Minecraft. Does anyone know how to fix this? Please?

Hello, I have a brand new Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed. Wired and Bluetooth work but the Hyperspeed Dongle that was included does not seem to power on. I have it plugged directly into the computer (no hub). When I connect the dongle, there is a faint green light for one second and then nothing. My computer does recognize it but the Synapse software does not. I’ve tried different ports, different computers, and there’s no change. Edit: It works now but I’m not sure what exactly did it.

This is a realy specific thing with the headset. When I'm playing games in a discord call the audio quality drops to unbearable quality. if I go into settings Bluetooth go on the settings of the headphones and disable hands free set, the audio fixes itself but the mic will not work. Iv tryed almost everything to fix this problem the headphones are only a fue months old. Wondering if anyone has had this problem or not

Hi! So I got a Viper mini as a gift 2 or 3 years ago. I could swear I had registered it, but it’s not attached to my account. I was wondering if there’s a way to register it now, even though proof of purchase is long gone. 

I ordered a mousepad and a mouse on May 6th, and they were shipped to my home on the 8th at 11:00 AM. However, I was unable to be present at that time to receive my package—apparently, I needed to be there in person to sign for it? I was not aware of this requirement. The tracking information states that the package was "refused" by the recipient, and it is currently being returned to the sender. Would it be possible to request a reshipment?

I own a blackshark v2 headset with sound card. When using synapse 4, people who watch my screen demo in discord hear an extraneous crackling sound. Using synapse 3 this didn't happen, but I don't like the thx spatial sound in synapse 3. I reinstalled windows, but even. How to fix it? I think it’s bug.

Hi, I’ve only just discovered Razer cortex and I’ve found out about registering my equipment. What is the benefit of doing this?

i left them to charge all night so i know they are charged, but when i open the lid i just get a solid green light but no sound for like “power on/off” ect ectthe phone dosent see them so im not sure what could be wrongany ideas or tips will be appreciated 

I have no idea how to contact this freaking support so I’m writing here.Today when I click to restart my pc. When it turn on again my keyboard “Blackwidow V4” stopped responding and just have random places where it blinks. Whenever I connect cable to my pc it shows for less then 1 sec in options> connected devices and again don’t respond and just blink lights faster and faster (almost everytime diffrent keys are lighted on starting from middle and going futhere). I bought it less then year ago and I sgould still have 2 years warranty. Yet there isn’t any way to contact support. Anything on this page is just endless buttons to same sites or there are just no option with keyboards. I find some solution to hold some buttons and plag in keyboard to pc, noting did work for me but sometimes while pressing esc, my pc reacted as I just click windows button, or if I pressed contrl it’s pernamently pressed (my mouse light all texts and when I click it isn’t normal click)Sorry for angry tone b

As MANY others have posted, my armrest pads are now broken due to normal usage (many years) and need a replacement. I can’t really find a single link to properly submit a ticket like in other responses, and can’t find spare parts anywhere. Is there any way to buy the replacement part??? And furthermore, is there any way to just replace the foam part??? I can’t even find a guide on how to do maintenance on that specific part of the armrest.

Got a new Viper V4 Pro from Japan and have been using it for a few weeks. Went out for the weekend and came back and the scroll wheel wont scroll up or down but pressing down on it works.Tried other mice and their scroll works, reinstalled drivers, used compressed air, tried wired/wirelessLast resort is to get it replaced since I have warranty but I would prefer not to since I need it for the time being and I dont have any backup mice.

The dongle for my mouse seems to have stopped working as it isn’t even being detected by the PC as a USB device. I even tried it on another laptop and my PS5 but not response even though the mouse itself works using a wired connection. What can I do to fix/replace it as my mouse is around 3 years old so I doubt it’s under warranty. Thanks in advance.
