I'm trying to install the software but keeps giving me an error message (uploaded screenshot) after i swapped the audio device to "7.1 Sorround Sound" and the audio+video it keeps stuttering to a point where the audio stop and the video keeps stuttering. The default audio system+the headphones (Razer kraken x lite) works normally.

I used to use the surround software before and never had any issues.

Are you using a personal computer and connected to a home network? Try uninstalling your 7.1 Surround sound software and restart your PC, log in to another local Windows user account (if there's an available one) on your computer, then reinstall the app.
