7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code Online Service problem

There was no scratch card with an activation code in the box with Razer BlackShark V2X, so I used the "Online service with a surround sound activation code 7.1". Next, I need to register a product with a serial number, etc. But since I have already registered the headphones, a warning appears: "The item is already registered for the user." At the first registration, no activation code was sent to the email. I have photos with the serial number on the box and on the headphones and a receipt. What should I do?
