My DeathAdder V3 Pro simply stopped working wirelessly after the most recent Synapse update. I’ve tried it on other USB ports, and even on other PCs to no avail. It still works wired, but it's almost like the wireless dongle simply died. I even tried connecting other wireless dongle to the cable, which worked fine. It's just the 2.4hz bit that seemingly died.

FYI, same issue. i even updated the firmware (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4166), but did not help.
Exact same issue with mine a couple of weeks ago. I can use it wired but the laptop does not even recognize the wireless dongle when I plug it in. How do I get in contact with someone from support to help out?

My Razer Deathadder v2 Pro stopped working? i fried firmware update and even did uninstall and reinstall but no luck? what do i do?
