Hi I've just had this device for just over one year and the battery is not as good as it could be. Is there a way to replace the battery or do I need to do a warranty return. Thanks in advance 

Every once in awhile my mouse will randomly stop working and it’s because Synapse has turned my mouse to save power after 0 minutes of idle time. It will go idle while I’m actively moving the mouse because of this. When this happens I have to continuously plug my mouse in and out of my pc to hopefully get a long enough window to manually change the setting myself before the mouse turns back off. If it turns back off I’m unable to change the mouse’s settings as the window for my mouse disappears. I’ve looked into it online and haven’t found similar issues happening to others.if anyone could tell me why this is happening that’d be great

I have noticed that there is a significant bug with Razer Synapse that is causing disconnection issues galore. Occasionally, Razer Synapse will start and set wireless power saving all the way to the left (which should be 1), but it actually shows “0” on the slider, which is causing my mouse to connect for about 1 second and then disconnect and turn off and then cycle that process every 10-15 seconds. Please fix this bug!!!

I recently just got my razer blade stealth 13 late 2019, and i love this little machine to death, but i’ve been hitting a roadblock for the past few days concerning running Linux Ubuntu on it. I want to make using Ubuntu feel more normal to me, so i try every means possible to not use windows as much, but i can’t. I dualbooted Ubuntu onto my laptop, but then after the whole setting up and i rebooted it so i can use it, my screen goes blank and dark, i know it’s working because my keyboard rgb backlight is on, but it just isn’t loading me to the desktop so i can login and use Ubuntu. I tried everything possible, but the only way i got to boot to my desktop and use it was by deleting all nvidia graphics  driver and running off of my cpu alone. This was kind of a letdown for me, as i was hoping to run more powerful software and see how gaming feels like on linux. Please does anyone have any suggestions on getting it to work, i will greatly appreciate it. I was told that it was my laptop f

Hi I have the razer v3 pro ps5 controller the controller won’t play as wired. I’ve just updated the controller to the latest update. Has anyone had this issue? How can I fix it?

My Razer Huntsman V3 Pro’s play/pause button isn’t working properly. Sometimes it works, but only if I hold it down for about five seconds (and even that barely works). Other times, it works but with a delay of around a minute. BUT MOST OF THE TIME IS NOT WORKING AT ALL

Hi Razer Support,I have a Razer Lancehead Wireless (RZ01-02570) and unfortunately lost the original wireless dongle. The mouse is quite old and is out of warranty, and I no longer have the original proof of purchase.I understand that a dedicated Lancehead receiver is required. If I lift the keyboard up and just move it around a little it will automatically disconnect and reconnect, its very sensitive to movement for some reason. Happens every 5-10mins (without touching it while watching videos) when its bad. Sometimes doesn’t reconnect and have to replug the usb. On some reconnects there's no RBG and it isn't being detected in razer synapse.After replugging the usb sometimes it doesn't dc for a few hours but either way I get at least 10+ disconnects everyday.There’s nothing wrong with the usb slots because I’ve used the 2019 Blackwidow for 4 years on the same slot without any issues.(I’ve owned it for less then a week) Things I’ve tried:-Replugging usb into different ports (front and back)-Replugging usb c into keyboard-updating razer synapse-removing power management options “allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” in device manager (human interface devices) on usb slots and Blackwidow.-I tried updating the firmware but I couldn’t, there w

Hi,I currently have a Razer Viper V3 Pro with its original bundled HyperPolling Wireless Dongle.I understand that the Viper V3 Pro can only be paired with the dedicated HyperPolling Dongle that comes with the mouse.However, I would like to know whether this same bundled dongle can be unpaired from the Viper V3 Pro and then paired with a Viper V3 Pro SE in the future.I am considering purchasing a limited-edition Viper V3 Pro SE as a backup mouse. If my current Viper V3 Pro ever fails, I would like to use its original HyperPolling Dongle with the V3 Pro SE.Is this officially supported?Thank you.

Hello, the title’s pretty self-explanatory, but here’s the detailed version.I’d basically just bought this brand-spanking new Razer Blackshark V3 after some unfortunate mishaps with my previous headset. I’m noticing that today, the left headset won’t work, no matter which mode I set it to. I’ve set it on both wired and bluetooth, connected via the dongle. I’m seeing people say that I should adjust the levels of each headphone through my computer’s sound settings, but there’s no option to do so at all, and even after updating firmware it doesn’t help. What step should i take going forward? 

I wanted to post a resolution to an issue I had since it took GPT and I a couple hours of troubleshooting to find the answer.  Hopefully this helps someone in the future by making the resolution more easily accessible to both AI and meat bags like myself.  Resolution / Root CauseI was able to resolve an issue with my Razer Basilisk V3 26k DPI Optical mouse (RZ01-0400) after extensive troubleshooting.  It’s an enterprise managed Macbook that worked perfectly fine until I upgraded the OS to Tahoe 26.6.2.  I never installed Synapse before today, since it worked fine until the OS update.  I have a USB KVM switching between my Windows 11 gaming PC and my work Mac, so I was able to quickly confirm on my Windows machine that the mouse hardware was perfectly fine, so most of my troubleshooting was around drivers and software, and since I’m using Windows-native Keyboard and Mouse, I had installed a few apps to make the keyboard and mouse “usable” for me - Karabiner and Scroll Reverser.  Again,

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and I am trying to register the product with my Razer ID.However, when I enter the product activation code, I receive a message stating that the product has already been registered to another Razer ID. I have never registered this headset before and I am the current owner of the product.Could you please help me resolve this issue and remove the previous registration, or provide me with a way to register the headset to my Razer ID?I can provide proof of purchase, photos of the product, serial number, and any other information required to verify ownership.Thank you for your assistance. My razer devices disconnect and reconnect out of nowhere. When it starts this cycle of disconnects and reconnects, it usually happens for several minutes straight. This is not a USB or motherboard problem. It happens to my razer keyboard and mouse at the same time. My Chroma lighting on my keyboard will revert to default color design when it disconnects, and then back to my preferred chroma settings when it reconnects. It disconnects and reconnects every couple of seconds until I reboot. Even if I plug my keyboard and mouse into different pots, the problem persists. I've tried plugging my mouse and keyboard into USB ports that I know don't have a problem, because I have other devices plugged into them that stay connected all the time. However, the problem persists no matter which USB ports I use. My mouse experiences the exact same problem at the same time, which makes it nearly impossible to use, because when it disconnects, I obviously have no input. It reconnects for a second or 2

razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed not charging and no audio is coming out anyway to fix 

Hello Razer Support,My Razer Blade 15 Base (2021) shows a "Secure Boot Violation - Invalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in Setup" error every time Secure Boot is enabled in the BIOS. The laptop boots into Windows 11 normally only when Secure Boot is disabled.This is NOT a hardware fault - the laptop works perfectly with Secure Boot off.Device details:- Model: RZ09-0369 (Product No. RZ09-0369AW22)- OS: Windows 11Troubleshooting already done:- Complete format and reinstall of Windows on the laptop and issue shortly returned.- The BIOS Secure Boot menu only shows System Mode (Deployed), Vendor Keys (Active) and an Enable/Disable toggle. There is no Key Management, no Secure Boot Mode, and no option to restore or reset the Secure Boot keys.- Windows is genuine, BitLocker is off, and there is no dual-boot or third-party bootloader.Built a recovery drive on the following link which worked once, however the issue returned and the drive is no longer resolving the error: Secure

My standard V3 just arrived and I can't seem to get the game/chat mix to work on PC. In my Windows Sound Playback tab I have the Default Communications Device set to Blackshark V3 (Chat) and the Default Device set to Blackshark V3 (Game). In the Recording tab I have the Default Device set to Blackshark V3 (Chat). However, when I open Discord settings, set both the Input and Output Device to Blackshark V3 (Chat) (as recommended in Synapse for game/chat mix to function correctly) and then start a Discord call, all system and call audio goes silent. As soon as I exit the call system audio comes back. I've also ensured the game/chat dial is set to the middle and not all the way to one side. The only way to avoid this is to set my Discord Input and Output Device to Blackshark V3 (Game), but then the game/chat mix dial doesn't work and simply lowers both system and call volume. Any advice? I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
