Hello,I am using Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro Smooth version (Model: RZ01-04630300), which was purchased as a HyperPolling bundled version.I lost the original bundled HyperPolling dongle and purchased a new HyperPolling Wireless Dongle separately.However, I have been informed that the Smooth / bundled version may not be able to pair with a newly purchased HyperPolling dongle.Currently: The new HyperPolling dongle is detected in Synapse. The mouse firmware is up to date. The mouse works normally in wired mode. Pairing utility shows “No device found.” 8000Hz cannot be enabled. I would like to ask: Is it true that the Smooth / bundled version (RZ01-04630300) cannot be re-paired with a new HyperPolling dongle? Is there any way to reset or rebind the mouse to a new dongle? I am having Issues with getting my profiles for my Razer Tartarus Pro when I upgraded to Synapse 4 from 3 - I have done everything from downloading and redownloading Synapse 3 and 4 to saving the profiles to a folder to try Importing them - however no matter what I did, the files are still saying that they are corrupted - other than going nuclear and coping all my profiles by hand - how can I fix this problem?

I received an Ornata V3 keyboard as a birthday gift around 2 or 3 years ago. Ever since the first day of receiving it, there have been a few keys unable to use, such as E, 1, and F6. When I contacted the supplier for a warranty claim, i didnt have the convenience to ship it to the supplier. Now I'm pretty sure the warranty has ended, but I'm just trying to find a service center in Malaysia that could fix my keyboard

Dear Razer Support Team, I am the owner of a Razer Viper Ultimate mouse, model RC30-030501. Recently, the USB receiver that I use to connect the mouse to my computer has been damaged and no longer works. I would like to know if it is possible to purchase a replacement USB receiver that is compatible with this model. Additionally, could a standard Bluetooth receiver be used instead to connect the mouse, or is a proprietary Razer receiver required? I would appreciate any information regarding availability and the process to obtain a replacement.

Hi everyone, I have a Naga X mouse that stopped working after almost 2 years. Every time I connect the mouse, it works for about 4-5 seconds and then it suddenly stops. I keep Syanpse open I and can clearly see the right model appearing in the device window but as already said, after 4-5 seconds it disappears showing no razer devices connected. I tried all the things I found in the community forum so I uninstalled synapse, run the driver eraser, restart the PC and reinstall synapse but unfortunately nothing changed. I tried the mouse on a Mac and on a Linux PC but the same issue occurred. The only thing I can’t do is turning the RGB light off because I have not enough time before the mouse disappears from synapse.Anyone knows how to do it?Thank you

hello team support, last week i bought a ryzer black shark V2 x headset and today i tried putting the 7.1 suround sound but i could not register my headset because it says that it’s already registered. I bought this headset in a very serious company so i don’t think it’s a fake one or something like this so please could someone help with that ?i also have a probleme with the splitter wich make my voice robotic. thank you for reading me i hope you are having a great day.

Hi,I got my new pad yesterday. I connected it to a USB 3 port on the motherboard and it lit up on the edges, but the plastic nub on the top left with the Razer logo did not. I got notification from windows for a successful device install and prompted me to restart my PC, so I did. After that I opened Synapse and the pad was there along with my KB and mouse, bit it just had a tiny green circle rotating and when I clicked it, Synapse just showed “Detecting Device...”. I waited for a while, but nothing changed.I tried different USB ports. Uninstalling it from Device Manager, reinstalling Synapse and even the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool, but it’s still the same.I’m using Windows 11 wit

Hello, I have Aether Monitor Light Bar and it is just amazing. I have it setup so that I control it through Razer Synapse 4 and Hue Sync and thus have Synapse Override for Light enabled. This setting does not seem to be saved though. Once my PC goes to sleep or hybernates, and then wakes up, the settings from Synapse is ignored and the bar has to be either manually adjusted again or I have to go the Synapse to turn on the Override.The override has many benefits, as it syncs with Hue and I can control all the lights from one place, which is great. However after every wakeup, I have to enable the settings again. Is there a way how Synapse can remember the settings? Or anyone else having similar issue? I do not seem to have an issue with Seiren Chroma, that works as expected.Thank you!

Hi, I recently bought a razer viper v3 pro this january and I noticed that the charging speed of this mouse is super slow. For Context, I charged both my Razer Viper v3 pro and my logitech gpro mouse at the same time.  My Viper v3 Pro was 57% and my Gpro mouse was 60%, 30 minutes after charging my viper v3 pro was still at 58% while my Gpro mouse is already at 85%. I am really confused why this is happening as I just recently bought this brand new at a mall.  I Tried to update the firmware & plugged it both in front port and back port (direct to motherboard) and still the same issue.

some time ago my headset suddenly didn't work, I tried unplugging it and it just showed that it was connected anyway and now it's just connected all the time even though the dongel isn't in its wireless

My dog unfortunately destroyed my microphone this weekend. But these headsets do have a removable microphone, but I only see a replacement one for the 2020 version in the store. I’m curious what the method is for obtaining one for a 2023 as they are are removable? Are those really not for sale?

Hi, I purchased a keyboard Ornata V3 and 3 keys are not Working. Q, Esc and ~ (I copied and pasted in order to inform you what keys are not working)I tried to uninstall device and restart computer and everything else I could think of.The keys are working from time to time and I did not rekey anything else. Last night it worked for a couple of minutes and then nothing. So if it works from time to time it s not a physical issue or a mechanic one and I think it s a problem with software...I was thinking that maybe the synapse app or chroma app are the problem and I reinstalled those..It s the first Razer product that I buy and it s not the best experience at this moment...Can I get some guidance please on how to fix this or should I return the product?P.S. after I wrote this message also the Windows key stoped working......Thanks.

Hi, my Razer DA v3 pro stop working today, the light on the mouse is dead and not show anything when I plugged the Usb in, the Razer Sysnapse recognize the mouse but show as “not turn on” i plugged the cable to the mouse and it not receive any signal, the light didn’t blink or show up. I have tried to reset by holding the dpi button for 10s but nothing happen i also tried to plugged in with different cables but still the same 

i have a razer blade 16 2025. trying to buy the extended warranty. when putting in serial number i keep getting error cant find product in database……… 

There was dongle inside the sealed box the headset came in.   The three cables and the mike were.  Please advise how can I get a dongle to update the firm wear.   I have the 59 percent charged error.  

Dear Razer Support, I recently purchased a pair of Black Shark V2 X headphones, but they didn't come with an activation code for the 7.1 audio. When I tried to enter the requirements to receive it through product registration, it told me that the product was already registered, even though I hadn't registered it. I was hoping you could help me.
