I buy a new mouse and this is the serial i want know if is original because i ever buy one in brazil have problems and the suport told me was fake 

I have a Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed White Edition mouse that I purchased in Dec 2025 and battery only last 4-6 days. My other mouse that I have had for approx a year (same but in Black) I likely only replace every few months, if that often. Both are running on BT. I checked the firmware updater, connected to BT it comes back with no updates. I tried connecting via the USB Dongle and while the mouse works it does not let me move past the connect screen.I think I may be in need of some official help. 

Hello,So I’ve been buying my fair share of Razer products over the last 5-10 years, but I’ve never come across such bullshittery like the Razer Chairs.My Razer Iskur Fabric broke 3 times during the last 3 years - there have been cases where they wouldn’t replace the part, made me wait a month to send a new chair, just for the new chair to have some parts that now are the issue and don’t work requiring further delays and RMAs.The only good thing was (at least in the EU) that each ‘new chair’ would have the full lenght warranty again.But alas, 2025-2026 seems Razer changed their ways and this time I got put on hold for a month just to hear that ‘the chair will be sent to you, not repaired, not exchanged for a new one’.So apparently, all of a sudden Razer decided that I do not have the warranty again and decided I should tank the cost and keep the chair broken, maybe so that I go and buy the new v2 version.After fighting with the

I have a Razer ISKUR RZ38-0277 with a broken base weld.The chair is out of warranty but is now unusable as it tilts in all direction.Do you have replace parts I can purchase or any repair options?

Hi everyone,I’m having a persistent issue with my Razer Barracuda (not the X version) when connected via the USB dongle.Randomly (sometimes every 3 minutes, sometimes every 30 minutes), the headset just stops working. Hello,My Razer Leviathan V2 is stuck in a USB firmware failure loop and I need the USB-only recovery tool.Details: The soundbar goes into DFU mode (solid red Source LED). Bluetooth mode works and the updater says Bluetooth firmware is already up to date. The official updater then asks me to “switch to PC mode,” but the USB firmware fails every time. After failure, the bar immediately drops back into DFU mode (red Source light). Windows detects the device in DFU mode when I connect via USB, but the public firmware updater cannot complete the USB update because it forces the Bluetooth update first. This is the known Leviathan V2 issue where the USB controller firmware becomes corrupted and the public updater cannot recover it, because it requires Bluetooth-first updating.This requires the internal USB-only firmware recovery tool

Hi, I lost my number a long time ago and I'd like to change it to buy diamonds in Free Fire. 

I have been facing this issue for a while now - mouse automatically shuts down and starts again in a few seconds. This takes like 5-10s to happen each time and happens like 30-40 times in a day. And sometimes it happens consecutively that the mouse is just unusable for like a full minute.I tried looking for a fix, and found that some threads in Razer Insider suggested that I update the mouse firmware using this tutorial. My mouse’s model number is RZ01-0487 and it is different from the model number mentioned in the tutorial. Since I cannot find a firmware updater for my model, I decided to try this one out. But I am stuck at this screen below becuase the updater does not recognize the dongle when connected.

My Razer DeatherAdder scroll wheel does not consistently work when scrolling up or down.  When scrolling it bounces around and may go down when scrolling up and vice versa.  It has been doing this for awhile and I have been dealing with it, but thought I would reach out to see if there was a fix.  I performed all the tests, firmware, testing on another computer, using compressed air, etc… (Copied from another thread but was exactly what i have)

I purchased a AIO and have been having issue from day one. Tried the support website. fill the form with the serial number and it says its covered. But nothing happens after hitting submit. The cable has been bad from day one, if not positioned in a specific way to the SATA power cable it don't work right. I can provide serial number upon request.

Hello all, I am currently looking for replacement parts for the Razor Enki X. My Chair is out of the warranty period which causes me to be unable to create a support ticket through the normal channels (this is very weird).The base star has the known issue where the welds fail and this has finally happened to me. I require a new gas cylinder and base star so I can continue to use my chair. I am willing to pay in full to buy these replacement parts, I wish to use OEM parts instead of buying third party parts (They are available).  Thanks for helping in advance.

Unfortunately mid game while my cat was sitting in my lap he took one bite right through my cable cutting through half the wires. I was wondering Is there any way to replace my cable? Model is Razer Kraken Kitty V3 X (RZ04-0535)

I’m having the same issue as in these threads:  If I have discord open and I’m in a call, it mutes the game channel. I cannot get it to work and unfortunately since the razer support people just lock the threads instead of answering the question I’m still stuck.

Hi this issue came up how do I fix it? From what I read the seiren mini doesn’t require a driver. It was working fine for months  The device can be detected, light turns green too but it’s completely mute.  

Hello, I’m having issues with TPM 2.0 attestation error messages when attempting to play Call of Duty Warzone and ranked play since Friday. Last successfully played on Thursday. I can’t see what  could have changed, unless there is a stricter version of TPM implemented in the game. I have been unsuccessful with all my attempts:-Update customer firmware and installed latest bios: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14657-Windows up to date-Reset TPM activation keys with tpm.msc command (had to re log/setup all my MS services again)-Reinstalled the game Still the TPM error message issue persists. TPM 2.0 is active. Is there a new BIOS update required here, or  TPM specific update? I see TPM updates for other models, but nothing for the Blade 15” 2023 model listed in the title.Thanks

Hi my razer wolverine v3 will not connect to my pc. I've tried everything including switching different ports for usb cable and dangle, it doesn't detect in the razer controller app or the pairing download.  Also tried switching it to pc mode.
