Guys so while playing etc. Suddenly all the sounds go away and I have to turn off and on to make it work again. I love the headset but this issue is so bad.

Hello. i have been using my razer naga trinity with numlock keymaping ofr quite a while now. now it seems it wont work. no matter what i save as a key map the mouse still does the default function. ive tried mapping my nr "1" key as the letter "M" and it still types "1" ive also thought it might be the side panel that is messed upp so i tried binding my left mouse button and the right mouse button, as well as scroll wheel click to difrent letters and they still do the mouse default. any one know a fix for this would be appriciated.

Went to update my headset realizing i couldn’t find my dongle, and I am need of finding a replacement dongle for my blackshark v3 pro so i can update firmware,unless there is a way to bypass and just use wired connection

I have been using deathadder v3 pro with my macbook for 6 months only and I lost the dongle which i use to connect wirelessly with my mac, my roommate got it mixed with trash and threw it away :(. Before I could have looked for it the building managemet has already cleared out the garbage bins and send it away.Is there replacement avaliable for this model if so how much does it cost and is it avaliable in any physical store since I want to avoid shipping charges?

Hi, I bought a Razor Enki “All day chair” a couple years ago, and unfortunately the left arm plastic piece that slides up and down broke. Was wondering if there is a way to get a replacement the rest of the chair is in perfect condition.

I need to replace the cable that connects the soundbar to the subwoofer, I asked a support agent what type of cable it is and they said 2.5mm, but I just bought one and it isn't doing anything. Does anyone know what cable type connects the two units and where I can get one? 

Up until a few days ago, everything was working fine, but out of nowhere Windows stopped recognizing my Razer Wolverine V2. In Device Manager, I'm getting the 'Device Descriptor Request Failed' error. When I try it on another PC, I get the exact same error. There has been no liquid damage, drops, or physical impact, and all my software is up to date. I've already tried basic steps like restarting, re-plugging, uninstalling the driver, and tweaking power settings, but nothing helped. How can I fix this issue?

It's being near to 2 years I had my deathadder v3 pro and now it is clicking in moments like replacement on the mouse pad after a flick, or gentle slam when I'm moving it faster. And it happens in both right and left switches.Is there a solution?

I Can not use my Wolverine V3 PRO 8k, I tried 8 different USB c cables and even unplug it from the controller to plug my phone in it charges. I check both ports they are clean. The last Time it was working was on May 24th, 2026. I tried to install firmware, but it can't find the Controller.

Hi everyone,I'm experiencing a very frustrating issue with my Windows mouse cursor on a dual monitor setup (NVIDIA RTX 3060 GPU).The Issue: My main Windows mouse cursor gets distorted and pixelated during normal operation.Key Observation: When I press the Print Screen key using the screenshot tool Greenshot, or right after restarting explorer.exe, the cursor immediately looks completely normal, sharp, and smooth. Once Windows finishes loading/rendering in the background, the cursor reverts back to being distorted. This confirms the cursor image files themselves are intact and it's a hardware cursor overlay/rendering conflict. Hi,I have a Razer Blade Advanced from 2021 and I am also affected by the bloated battery (as mentioned several times in the forum already). The device is out of warranty and I am searching for a replacement for the battery model RC30-0367The model of the laptop is RZ09-0409AGD3Was anyone successful in finding a replacement for this model? It looks like it’s really hard, because the big battery resellers do not list this model. There are other like the RC30-0248, which are available, but according to a reddit thread, it fits except one screw. If possible, I would like to get a proper replacement.It’s really sad that there are so many reports about that issue for a laptop, that cost 2,5k back then…Thanks

I'm having an issue with the wireless dongle for my Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro. The mouse used to work perfectly fine wirelessly, but at some point it stopped connecting to the dongle.When I plug the wireless dongle into my PC, all three lights on the dongle light up solid white, but then they eventually turn off. Hello Razer Support,I have a Razer Enki X chair, and one of the legs of the 5-star wheel base has broken. I purchased a replacement wheel base, so I am trying to remove the original 5-star base from the gas cylinder in order to replace it.However, I have been completely unable to separate the base from the gas cylinder. The gas cylinder itself can come out of the chair normally, but it is extremely firmly stuck inside the 5-star wheel base.I have already tried using penetrating WD-40, letting it sit for around 15 minutes, repeatedly applying force and hitting the cylinder/base as recommended, and trying to separate them from different positions. I have attempted this many times without getting even the slightest movement.At this point, I am concerned about damaging the cylinder or the base if I continue using more force.If it is possible to purchase or receive a replacement 5-star wheel base directly from Razer for the Enki X, that would actually be my preferred solution, as it would s

I bought this headset a bit more and a month ago, I use it play fortnite, i make sure the dongle is well connected and set to “xbox” mode. However my friends keep telling me my microphone is cutting from time to time. However I use the same headset for work (dongle set to “usb”) and no complains in my meetings. I find it a bit ironic and sad because i bought them for gaming mostly.If I install the xbox app and activate the mic monitoring it gets slightly better or the issue disappears. But then it comes back again. So what do I do? maybe my device or the dongle is faulty? it’s an xbox series x that i bought 8 months ago.

Unfortunately, I cannot update my razer kiyo using the firmware update software (v2.3.2_r2).Once I open it I get the words, “To proceed with the update, please contact,” and the update button turns out not to be clickable.(On the bottom left it says the latest version is 2.3.2 but my device is still at 1.0.1)

I have a BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed and I’ve been having trouble getting THX to work properly. I tried fully uninstalling Synapse, cleaning registry, temp, driver cleanup tool, etc. Everything. Turns out that turning on Windows Audio Enhancements seems to have made it work? But I’ve been checking on Goggle a little and in other threads it says that I should actually turn it off. Am I that dumb? Which is it? And if Windows Audio Enhancements is what turns it on, then what’s the use of having Stereo/THX options in Synapse 4? I’m completely lost here. Any tips?

I have a veritable 6 years old razer basilisk x hyperspeed mouse, which i honestly know it’s old and maybe deserves to retire, but the only issue i got recently is that when i try to scroll, the page goes up and down, and scroll is not working properly anymore. Clicking it also is not working all that well. I click on it and nothing happens, I have to press harder, and that means breaking it in the near future. Can it still be fixed? mechanically speaking? or is a real goodbye? I liked a lot this version. I know there is V3, but i haven’t seen any good feedback about it, and i don’t want to switch to it.  Thank you~
