I just got it today, it is christmas after all. There wasn’t a box code, nor was it under the ear muff like I saw on reddit. I am unable to provide a receipt for I was not the one to buy it, it was a christmas gift, I should be able to provide anything else about it however. 

I have many suggested ways by triple-click power button, try to update firmware and re-pairing utility. However, the case is the dongle do detected by my devices (try on laptop, phone & ipad) but when try to update the firmware or re-pairing it, the headphone itself is not detected  for example, i follow the step 1: insert dongle to laptop (not using the hub) complete. Step 2: power on the headphone and wait until led light blinking blue, done. The problem is i cannot go into the step because the headphone cannot be paired.  the headphone keep blinking blue even the dongle is inserted. Please help, i have try many ways but none succeed.

The max pulling rate is limted to 1000hz i’ve made sure that i am properly using the wireless hyperpulling dongle and that the mouse is properly charged.how do i fix this issue?(Windows 11 Pro)

I can't use this mouse the way I can with other mice for butterfly or drag clicking. Two clicks in quick succession are not registered.What can i do?Please help me, otherwise I will have to send the mouse back. 

After updating the application, the mouse started to do the following: When I pressed the button or moved it, it turned off and on. I already thought it was broken. I connected it to another computer and the effect was the same, even in Bluetooth mode. Resetting the profile settings did not bring any positive results. Then I went into the application via a wire and changed the power saving mode in wireless mode from 1 min to 5 min and the mouse started working, the effect of turning off/on disappeared. I will say one thing, it is complete .... It seems that the manufacturer is testing my patience.

Hi All, Dusted off my good ol black widow chroma v1 and it was working fine. The firmware updated then all hell broke loose. Now the board shows up as Razer Bootloader in device manager and is not recognized in the synapse app. I have tried ALL available methods online to try and bring it back to life. Is there a driver I can be provided to make this board that was just working fine, work again?thanks!

Hello there, like it's said in the title, I just had my Razer Kraken V3 X for Christmas and wanted to try it on my PS5 but I can't adjust the volume, can someone help ? 

Like many my razer kraken kitty headset pops and disconnects than reconnects my audio, at first it started when my audio was too loud but now it happens whenever i use it.Sometimes, it even causes anything plugged into other USBs to disconnect and I have to restart my whole pc but it hasn't done that in awhile.This is my second pair because i used my warranty to return my first pair that did the same thing so i can’t just get a new pair and with how expensive these headphones are i expect them to work and razers customer service has not been helpful at all and keep ignoring a huge issue.I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling Synapse, unplugging and replugging my headset, disabling all other audio devices, using a powered hub, and going through and adjusting the brightness power settings mentioned in other posts.I’ve tried everything listed on the

I just got a blackshark v2 x for christmas and i cant turn off mic monitoring and google says i have to enter my activation code to be able to turn it off. so what do i do? 

So i actually bought my razer audio mixer recently so i went to a music store to get an xlr cable unfortunately after i got the cable and got home to test it out on the mixer it wasn't working so i took the cable back to the music shop and we tested the cable there it worked perfectly. Well i took the cable back home and figured i would check it again and i found that i have to wiggle the cable to make a connection and hold it in that position to make it work. Idk if the connectors in the back of the mixer some how got damaged while it was in transit is there anything i can do to fix this or should i just order a new mixer?

Hi, I just received a Huntsman V3 Pro and since I plugged in with Synapse 4 Apex is not launching anymore (EAC detection), even in factory default mode...I’ve restarted made all the necessary changes but still I can’t play Apex with my razer keyboard...does anyone have an idea as it is very difficult to get a proper Synapse 3 versioin available on internet, even on the Razer site. By the way, as long as yhour software is in beta, it is unbelievable you have not a workaround to come back to a previous version by default….totally not professional by the way. Forcing a non-live product as the default product is not standard IT practices. Thanks for your answer.

Synapse 4Cynosa ChromaWin 11 I’m setting gobal shortcuts and while I have shortcuts menu open they work, if I switch between tabs (Synapse\Macro\keyboard\mouse\dock) they work too. But when I switch from “Global shortcuts” to other subtabs (Dashboad\Gamer room\Devices & modules) they get erased. If I leave shortcuts menu open, reboot my PC, right after reboot the shortcuts work too until I open Synapse App where they are erased again and stop working.What am I missing? How to save my global shortcuts?

Hi, I need help with my new set of Kraken V4.I don´t know exactly why they aren´t connecting but this is my main theory.I am not sure if I’m charging them correctly or if they are broken. They are brand new and I tried connecting them to my computer but once I plug them in to charge them, they instantly stop charging, it’s like they connect to the pc and a second later, they disconnect, so I’ve tried charging them in a normal charger, as I would with my phone, but they have been connected to it for the last 4 hours maybe and the light is still blinking red.Thank you.

I have had this headset for a month now and i have adjusted the mic ALOT,but then it started to crack or crackle like a old door opening(not squeaky)is this what i get for moving it around too much? 

Hello Razer Support Team,I have been using my NAGA V2 Pro together with the Mouse Dock Pro without any issues until recently, when a connectivity problem surfaced. The mouse now experiences noticeable latency whenever I attempt to move it after idling, and it does not respond to the first few clicks.Here are the details of the issue:Firmware for both mouse and dock are up to date. The mouse works perfectly when connected via cable, with no latency observed. Both the mouse and dock are detectable in Synapse when connected by wire. The same latency issue persists when using either the Hyperspeed dongle or the Mouse Dock Pro. After unpairing the mouse and dock, the dock is no longer able to detect the mouse.I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps but the issue remains. Could you please advise on further troubleshooting steps or confirm if this may be a hardware/firmware issue?Thank you in advance

Razer Basilisk V3I have been using this mouse for over 2 years at this point and have never once experienced this issue. I use HyperShift constantly and have never had any issues but all of a sudden today, HyperShift on my mouse only has decided to stop working. The only way I can get it to work is by closing Synapse down completely, which makes no sense as it should work when open and not when closed.I have tried everything I can think of from a troubleshooting perspective like:Rebooting my pc Restarting synapse Disconnecting and reconnecting my mouse Checked to see if Firmware was up to date Unbounding HyperShift and bounding it to another button on my mouse Uninstalling and reinstalling synapse (which caused HyperShift to work for 2 minutes and then stopped again). I then tried to do a clean uninstall with the Razer Driver Clean Up tool and got the same outcome.I have nothing else I can think to t

Hi there,I just wanted to share my experience with the Basilisk X Hyperspeed. The mouse suddenly stopped tracking movement. All buttons still work fine (clicks, scroll wheel, Bluetooth/dongle connection), but the cursor doesn’t move at all – on two different computers and multiple surfaces.I’ve tried: Cleaning the sensor Updating firmware (via Synapse while connected over Bluetooth) Switching surfaces and USB ports Still, the sensor appears completely dead. If anyone has a reliable fix or knows if sensor replacement is even possible, feel free to reply.

Hello, I have a Kraken V3 X, running on Win11. I suddenly had issues with the mic : heavy metallic voice. I opened Razer Synapse (for the first time after installation (1 month) to see if an option had been changed but :I don’t have a “MIC” tab in Razer Synapse.How can I fix this ? Thank you

Anyone experiencing an issue with their macros on synapse 4? Literally can’t get them to stay on when I had zero issues whatsoever for the entirety of 4s life thus far. Every time I reboot my pc my macros reset :( I’ve tried reinstalling and such even with the razer driver cleaner too but it makes me remake them every time.

My usb dongle became burning hot and no longer works.  Looking for replacement.  

Good morning/afternoon/evening, I was using the viper in wireless  mode and sudently, in the next day, i started my computer and it started a loop of connecting and disconnecting.  I tried all the methods that i could find and using another computer i figured out that the dongle was gone.Is there a way to get a replacement dongle?Thanks for the help!
