Hi, I have an issue where windows recognizing my headphones as speakers (not as headphones). 

I need to know if the HyperSpeed Wireless Dongle will work with my Viper V2 Pro, even though the original dongle that came with the mouse no longer works.I'm currently using the mouse only with the USB cable, and I'd like to know if it will work wirelessly if I purchase the HyperSpeed Wireless Dongle.I bought this mouse in Argentina. The original dongle stopped working, and I followed all the troubleshooting steps recommended by Razer Support, but nothing solved the issue.Before purchasing the HyperSpeed Wireless Dongle, I would like to confirm whether it will allow my mouse to work wirelessly, even if the original dongle is no longer functioning. hi.i managed to install the newest baracuda v3 firmware on my baracuda v3 pro. now i cant get flashed to the pro version. how do i fix this? i lost the pro function on the headset.

Having issues with my razer huntsman v3 pro firmware is up to date (1.3.0.0)uninstalled and re installed device and drivers disabled razer used razer app to close all razer instances preformed factory reset Windows is up to date changed usb fully power cycled pc (unplugged and held power until lights stopped)The keyboard lights up, but currently only the media keys work.none of the other keyboard keys respond. None will even wake the pc. No function or control keys work.pc was working fine when I was last on a few hours ago, pc was not powered off in that period before testing.

I brought the Viper V3 Pro for a year ago and replaced new feet but i found battery issue so can I claim without stock feet ?

Dear Razer Support,I am contacting you regarding a Razer Basilisk V3 that I recently purchased.The mouse appears to function normally in several ways. The cursor moves correctly, scrolling works, items highlight when I hover over them, and Windows even shows the click animation when I press the buttons. However, the mouse will not actually select or activate anything when clicked.I have spent the past eight days troubleshooting this issue, including trying numerous fixes that I found online, but nothing has resolved the problem. Hello, my Cynosa V2 keyboard (serial number RZ03-03400200-R3U1) recently stopped working properly. I've already tried troubleshooting, but without success. The device doesn't connect properly and displays the “USB device not recognized” message. As a result, I can't update the drivers either. It isn't recognized by Synapse either.

Anyone know where to buy a replacement dongle? My headset works fine when plugged in via 3.5 cable. I’m out of warranty so don’t mind purchasing a replacement.

I got my blackwidow v4 pro about 2 weeks ago and starting last night, it doesnt want to charge, im using the original razer cord and even tried using another cord and it stays at 1% and never goes up. It will sometimes show it’s charging but it still just stays at 1%….

Hello,My keyboard does not register the letter O consistently. Around 80% of the time, I have to press the key two to five times before it appears.I contacted support, but my case was closed immediately, possibly because the keyboard is no longer under warranty.The keyboard has seen very little use. I bought it around a year and a half ago, used it for only a few months, and then stopped using it. This does not appear to be normal wear and tear.I have already installed the latest firmware update, but the issue remains.I suspect the switch may be faulty. Where can I purchase a compatible replacement switch, and is it relatively easy to replace?Any help would be appreciated.Thanks.

Ever since the latest update with Synapse 3, the program “experienced an error” and needed to be restarted (which always resulted in the same non-specific error).  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  That got Synapse 3 to load, but the Razer mixer would have a spinning icon that would never go away and the mixer would never activate.Then I tried uninstalling and installing Synapse 4.  It loads, but then as soon as the Razer mixer has finished loading Synapse 4 will crash every time.

For over a week, I’ve had this problem when I boot my laptop. I’ve looked everywhere to fix the problem. I’ve tried everything. I even completely reset my laptop and the message appears all the time. Can you help me?

My new Razer Blade 2026 freezes for like 3 seconds every time I switch gpus (e.g. start a game). Everytime it does It makes a sound like a new device is connected, as if it detects a new screen or sth. How can I stop this? Tried DDU and new gpu drivers already, no luck. Model is RZ09-05818GN3

So other than constant connectivity issues, My volume Wheel no longer works at all, and yet it’ll still adjust my volume  by 1 or 2 when I’m not touching it at random times. Also the Media keys do not work at all if the keyboard is plugged in, so I have to use 2.4Ghz or Bluetooth but I have connectivity issues so it will either disconnect constantly, think I’m long pressing a key, or disconnect after not touching the keys for a few seconds. 

I’ve had issues with my keyboard and was sent an email by Razer support asking for a description of the problem and a video showing it but every time I try to email a response I’m told the delivery has failed. What can I do to fix it?

I am unable to rebind any buttons on my mouse. I am using the 1.14.0.0 firmware version. It does not work at all. I have reinstalled the software, factory reset the mouse, closed it, reopened, removed the dongl, used the dongle, etc. nothing works AT ALL. I need this fixed.

Hello, for a few days now the Razer Central Service service/process does not stop consuming my cpu, I cannot use razer synapse with any other application because the pc shoots up to 100% use

I've been many others with the same issue. I had to update to synapse 4 because I was having issues in synapse 3 thinking the update would solve my problems but now my keybinds don't work.I've tried uninstalling synapse, restarting PC, factory reset mouse, clearing profiles, making new profiles, razor cleanup tool. Everything I could possible think. If i close synapse completely my keybind buttons work. I'm assuming its using the on-board profile but they my wheel doesn't scroll, zoom, or pan.This setup has been integral to my workflow and its really slowing me down. Any fix or work around?

After installing synapse 4 I am unable to play decently, dpad on tartarus is stuck all the time, the naga trinity side panel sometimes doesnt light up/work… how can I downgrade to synapse 3?
