No matter what i do what tutorial i find it keeps on muting any other audio output from every app while i talk

I refilled my wallet razer gold (170) It has already a sufficient amount to purchase MLBB dias. The problem only reappeared when I wanted to use my Razer Gold balance to top up the Mobile Legends Bang Bang game, after choosing payment via Razer Gold Balance I got "Purchase Failed" continuously" and couldn't find any solution on the internet except contacting customer service..And until now the reply still hasn't arrived! and no live agent to talk to. im mad and exhausted!!! so hassle and inconvinience!! 

so i bought the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition And i bought it for my xbox if i plug it in will the mic work on it or do i have to use the usb audio controller

I just got a Razer Ornata V3 X keyboard and a Naga V2 Hyperspeed MMO mouse, and I love them both. I’m new to Razer products, having ditched Logitech since they quit making the G600 and mine finally quit working, and frankly, I wish I would’ve switched sooner. I *love* Razer.And after some research and a lot of caffeine, I think I finally understand the (complex) concepts involved in the amazing Hypershift system, except for one (major) issue. On my G600 I just used the G-Shift button to extend the functionality of its buttons, which was straightforward, and it was very easy to reach using my ring finger. Compared to Razer’s Hypershift it’s simple and less customizable, but it’s also more straightforward. (I can’t believe I’m saying the G600’s 40 buttons are limiting lol!). The only problem with Hypershift is understanding how it works, but as I said, I think I finally do...at least 99%.The only issue I’m having in that area is that I’ve read (in a few places) that it’s possible to bind

I updated the new Razer Synapse today and now my Razer Tartarus Pro keypad can't program the keys I need. The keypad always shows the standard layout no matter what keys I assign to it. I rebooted my PC and reprogrammed it again. I didn't get any result. Please help me solve my problem. I downloaded the app from your official website.

Hi all,i just tried to get the newest frimwareupdate on my blade 16 rz 09 0510. at first everything went as usual, but it got stuck in  windows restart loop and got extremly hot, it was stuck there for around 10 minutes and then the system just shut down. weirdly the fans didnt adjust the rpm they just ran on idle speed. my laptop was so hot i couldnt touch it. should i be worried? 

Subject: Problem with Left Analog Stick on Wolverine V2 ProMessage: Hello,I’m having an issue with my Razer Wolverine V2 Pro controller. The right analog stick can be removed easily, but the left stick is stuck and doesn’t come off no matter how I try. I’ve noticed that when the controller is plugged in via charger, the left stick becomes even harder to remove. When unplugged, it’s slightly easier — but still won’t come off properly. Please advise me on how to proceed or whether this could be a defect. Thank you.

When I got on my computer today, my keyboard's Bluetooth was disconnected & failing to reconnect. I removed the device & paired it again but for some reason the light on the keyboard continues to flash as if it's still looking for a device. The keyboard functions normally until it goes to sleep & then I have to pair it again.My computer is remembering the keyboard, but the keyboard acts as if it's not remembering the device it connected to. I've tried connecting to other computers & the same problem occurred.I've also updated the firmware & factory reset the keyboard, but the issue persists.The keyboard still functions normally while connected via USB C.

To whom can help me,I have recently purchased a Deathadder Essential Wired Gaming Mouse, and I have difficulty registering the warranty, because it says invalid serial number. I have tried numerous ways, changing 0 to O (letter), for both product and S/N, but it doesn’t work.Additionally, my mouse is not recognised in Synapse 3. How do i fix the mentioned?

i have the basilisk ultimate and whenever i have it on and plugged in using the wireless USB it never picks up that the mouse is on Ive tried reinstalling synapse, upgrading to synapse 4, restarting my computer, downloading new drivers to the mouse, factory reset on the mouse and it doesn't work unless plugged in by cable

Hi everyone,After updating Razer Synapse to version 4, all the settings for my Leviathan V2 soundbar have stopped working. The equalizer doesn’t respond at all. Switching to THX Spatial Audio is disabled inside Synapse. Along with the update, a separate THX Spatial Audio app was installed. This app requires a paid license, and only started a 15-day trial. The sound quality on the soundbar is now terrible compared to before. I never had to pay separately for THX Spatial Audio in Synapse 3, and everything worked fine.Can someone please advise: How can I roll back to Synapse 3? Or is there a way to get the EQ and all settings working again in Synapse 4 without paying extra? Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.Thanks in advance!

So I don't remember this being a problem when it was new, but lately I've been having long meetings at work and my battery ends up completely drained before we finish up about 2-3hours of meetings.The poor battery life is one thing I'm trying to work through and making some progress with ending processes and such.However, the main issue at hand is that when I get back to my desk and plug it into the official Razer AC adapter it says its going to take over 4 hours to fully charge.The laptop is essentially idle, temps are low and the fan is running very quietly. If I unplug the AC adapter and plug in a USB-C charger, it will say its charging, and it will even say fully charged in 1hr30min, except it won't actually charge and I can watch the battery % go down while it still tells me its going to be fully charged in 90 minutes.Has anyone had problems like this? Is there a fix for it?I did recently do the battery health check and everything seemed alright there. The battery has lost about 1

Hello Razer Support,I recently got a Razer headset (BlackShark V2 X) from my brother. He only used it on his PS5 and never used the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code.Now I am using it on my PC, but the code is scratched and unreadable. I would like to activate the feature.Please find attached a photo of the code card.Thank you in advance for your help.

A process that should’ve taken 2-3 days as taken 3 weeks with still no answers. I had returned my laptop that had problems within 14 days of their returned policy for an exchange of a new one which should’ve taken 2-3 days instead they keep dicking me around and won’t send another laptop. Every time I call they keep saying “ we’re waiting for updates from the RMA department.” Its been 3 weeks and still no update even though I call them everyday. For the amount of money spent on these products, this has been the worst customer service provided. I also demanded for my money to be reimbursed but hey clearly ignored me. Cooperate should be ashamed of this. This will be my first and last time giving Razer business and I absolutely do not recommend this company whatsoever.

Hello , Whenever I try to press (windows key + L) on my Razer Cynosa Lite keyboard , the “L” is stuck  my pc just keeps spamming it (i have to restart my pc every time) .Its really frustrating ,if there’s anything like a firmware to this model of keyboard or another fix please let me know.

I wonder if these apps that show up here are needed for my Leviathan V2. I download a bunch of THX apps when I first installed this Speaker because it was included in the Razer Synapse 4 installer. So I was wondering if any of these apps are leftovers files from those THX headphones apps that I used to download and might not be necessary for my Levithan v2  

I recently bought a brand new Razer Viper V2 pro and my dongle doesn’t work the mouse works perfectly fine with wired connection but when I swiched to wireless dongle doesn’t connect to the mouse tested it on 2 different computers but still doesn’t work. Hopefully this issue gets resolved since I noticed that alot of people are having the same issues as me

Hi!I don’t know what has changed, if a Windows update occured or an update to Synapse, but one day Synapse seized to launch anymore. Splash screen pops up when I boot to Windows, but the startup fails and when you retry, it too always fails. I tried to uninstall the program via Windows settings menu, but first it said some path is missing, and since then when you hit uninstall nothing happens, but the program remains on the list. I downloaded the latest version of Synapse from Razer’s site, but that too doesn’t launch up at all, basically nothing happens (although a command prompt like window flashes briefly).What to do? Do you possibly have a particular uninstaller program so I could simply remove all Synapse related files and registry entires and then install it again, since the installation would likely proceed then.Please help! EDIT. I’m on Windows 11 Home 23H2 (22631.2792).EDIT2. I might also add, that aborting Synapse related processes in task manager does not make reinstallation

So, I’ve had this mouse for two months now, always worked amazingly, but the last week my sensor stopped working, I was playing and the sensor started acting weird and the just stopped completely. Every other buttorn works: right click, left click, side buttons, scroll button and the DPI all work perfectly but the the cursor doesn’t move AT ALL. Please help me solve this problem
