Hello everyone, I'm interested in purchasing one of the new 2025 laptops. I live in Denmark — how can I buy it using my business and get the tax-free price?

I have a Blade 16 2025 rtx 5080 with 32gb RAM. When I hook up 2 external monitors via Dell WD22TB4 Thunderbolt 4 Dock there are artifacts and the image is soft on all monitors. Laptop is connected via thunderbolt 4 cable. Models are PHL 272B7QPTK connected via DP and PHL 27m1n5500z4 connected via HDMI. Tried HDMI direct and the artifacts on the laptop and external screen is still occuring.  I have all the latest up to date drivers installed. This is driving me crazy as I use this setup for work. I am back to using my old surface pro 8 which has no issues.  Anyone have these issues or know how to fix it? 

Hi,I’ve used Razer devices for some time, but this is the first time I’m playing with the hypershift function.I’m running Synapse 4.0.86.2505070637, and the device in question is Deathstalker v2 Pro TKL, firmware 1.3.0.0.The hyperspeed dongle is paired with the keyboard and an Orochi v2.I mapped the hyper+wheel on the keyboard as displlay brightness, which did work when the keyboard is in hyperspeed mode. But this mapping does not work in Bluetooth mode, even when the Synapse is open.Is this how it supposed to work? If not, what suggestions do you have to make it work?Thanks! 

Before it was working fine, i also use my DeathAdderV3 pro on my Dell work laptop. However, just yesterday, it wouldn’t work whenever I plug it back in my PC through the supplied USB Dongle Adapter but it works fine if I plug it in on the other USB A ports in my PC. The reason why it bothers me is because I know there are times and I’ve also experienced it (while playing FPS games) wherein the USB A ports in the PC/MOBO will interfere with the wireless signal. Can someone help how can I make the dongle work again when plugged in to the adapter? I tried the pairing tool and updating tool to no avail. Thank you!

Please help me. I can't register my Razer Blackshark V2 X headphones on the site. I enter all the data that I need to register my headphones. After the registration page it says that the headphones are already registered

i brought A Razer deadadder mouse from a store but when i try to register it, it shows “This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support”

I have been using the mouse with the provided usb adapter + razer usb type A to type C cable since I first bought it, however, this recent weeks, it somehow not get detected by the pc, it can be a hit or miss but now most of the time it wont detect at all,Yes I can connect it to work directly connecting the dongle to the PC USB ports but why does this happened and what can I do to get it to work as usual again?

I just brought a blade 16 yesterday, i cannot find bluetooth on the system. i tried install directx and intel wireless bluetooth, not working. URGENT. thanks

I have a 2025 Razer Blade 16 with an RTX 5080. Everything is updated in Windows, in Razer, in Nvidia, and in AMD. I plugged an external monitor into my laptop with an HDMI. It worked initially, but then I turned on HDR, and the screen went black. The laptop was still on, but as far as I could tell, it’s frozen. Screen remains dark if I unplug the HDMI. I have to manually reset. I’ve tried restarting while leaving the monitor plugged in. It initially loads with the Windows login screen appearing on the monitor. As soon as a login, however, the screen goes dark again. USB C works fine. In fact, I plugged in a USB C monitor and then an HDMI monitor, and the HDMI worked. I then tried turning HDR on again, and the screens went dark again. I’ve tried turning off HDR when connecting. I’ve tried resetting display profiles. I’ve tried multiple cables and multiple monitors.  Open to thoughts and suggestions.

I would like to ask if there is any possibility of enabling Razer Synapse for Mac support for the Razer Goliathus Chroma and Razer Base Station V2 Chroma.I primarily use macOS as my operating system, and I’ve noticed that these products are currently not recognized by the Mac version of Synapse. This greatly limits their functionality, particularly in terms of customizing RGB lighting.I understand that some products may have limited support on macOS, but I would really appreciate knowing if there are any plans to expand compatibility, or if there are any official alternatives available that would allow Mac users to access these features. 

I just reloaded on my razer gold account about 1,000 pesos or $20. What I was not aware was in order to use the razer gold, the backup codes or 2-Way Authetication was needed to complete my purchase. I submitted a ticket on May 16, 2025. On May 18, I tried contacting a support here on Insider since I am not getting any reply on the email. I was successful and they replied on email and requested for some details and said that they will get back to me “as soon as they get the details” they requested which is a lie because I immediately sent the details but it’s already the 22nd of May and I still don’t get a respond. I can’t believe this is how frustrating this shop is. Why can’t you just use email verification or OTP to reset this authentication? It’s such a hassle. People will and can change their phone and lose those backup codes. Make it easier for us to reset these since they can be lost.

Hello! There does not seem to be an option to order the blade 18 with nordic keyboard layout, will it be coming? Also will there be an Amd option? 

My laptop will not register any non-mouse functions from my mouse nor any input at all from the side buttons. I can see that the side plate is identified as being connected and I’ve cleaned the pins. I am fairly confident it is an issue with my laptop as everything works fine on my pc. I’ve tried checking my drivers in the device manager and saw a keyboard one for the mouse as well as the mouse itself.

So I just build a new pc and updated it to windows 11. My huntsman mini worked just fine on my old pc with the FN keys working and everything but now it doesn’t. I want to fix my start up apps but it doesn’t register the FN backspace (for del) with control alt. I went to check drivers and I don’t even have a huntsman mini driver all I have are 3 HID Keyboard Device. How do I fix this?

Hello All!I’ve had the Razer Kaira Pro Headset (Xbox) for around 2 years now. It has been a phenomenal headset until recently the headphones started to make an audio crackle sound when using them. Additionally, the headphones disconnect every 2 minutes as well as the Xbox controller. I am also aware that there is bluetooth functionality within the headset and have removed this bluetooth device from connecting to laptops / phones/ etc. I’ve tried troubleshooting by doing the following:-Update the Razer Kaira Pro via Mac (using parallels software) - I don’t own a PC-Updating the Xbox controller-Hard Reset on Xbox Any suggestions on how to fix the headset? Please provide support!  

First of all, sorry for my bad english, its not my mother language but i hope im able to describe my problem as well as possible. Hey Community!I have the Razer Kaira Pro since like 6 Months and im very happy with it, the Mic quality is great, the sound quality is also bussin, but there is one specific thing thats frustrating me more and more since i have it and im not able to find someone with the same problem like me, so i joined the community to get the help i really need cause this thing ruins litteraly the complete experience. So, the problem is that the headset is starting to like cut off the audio, like a stuttering if that makes sense and it starts to randomly disconnect and connect me from my Xbox or PC like 4-5 times in a row and its reaaaaly annoying, it happens randomly most of the time but what i noticed so far is, when i download something on my xbox or computer, the connection issues with the headset is a constant thing, the audio cut off all the time, it disconnect and

After the most recent Firmware Update the controller is now making a high pitched noise all the time. Not usable and very irritating. 

Recently the RGB and Razer hypersense haptic feature on my headset stopped working, I’ve only had it for around 6 months. The headset still works audio wise with the USB dongle or wired, but whenever I try to turn on the RGB it shows a red light for no battery. Even after trying to charge the mic it still doesn’t work. I play on console as well so I couldn’t have changed any settings with the Razer app, not sure how to fix it.

I’m trying to update to this version (r4) but I can’t to upgrade from the previous one (r2) that I did in January, because the tool says it is already on version 1.7.0 without specifying if it is on r2 or r4. Is there a way to force the firmware update and bypass the version check?

I have purchased blackshark v2 x. What is the best audio jack connector for this? I tried baseus one but it has loose connection.
