My razer nari ultimate is connecting and disconnecting

Hey, I bought a razer nari ultimate on amazon 11 months ago, and they're losing every 2-3 min. the connection, I tried changing the usb where I plug the wireless usb but its not working either.

I'm on the same boat, I bought them 2 weeks ago and I receive frequent disconnections. I've tried almost anything:
  • Uninstalled Synapse 2
  • Reinstalled Synapse 3 along with Razer Nari drivers.
  • Changed Ports.
  • Disabled Power Management allowing the computer to turn off usb device to save power.
Sometimes the product works fine but sometimes it disconnects repeatedly. I hope someone has a solution to share with us.

How do we do that when we use it for console?

on me the Razer Nari looks like the razer ssynapse think htey are not in the computer they are invisible they work but you cant find them in the razer synapse to change the lighitng or somthing like that

Im having exactly the same issue with brand new pair of Nari Ultimate Xbox, constant dropping connection, constantly pop up linking headset to profile and content stuttering sound / loss of sound completely that requires me to switch headset off and on OR even restart console. Using Xbox One X and the connection is terrible, great when they work but far too many issues for what is supposed to be a premium headset.

Hi. I'm having an issue with my Razi Nari Ultimate. I cannot connect it to the USB dongle. 1) I've tried -- NariDongleRecoveryTool_v1.02.00 -- but it said there was nothing wrong with my dongle. 2) I've also tried -- RazerNariUltimatePairingUtility_v1.01.00 -- which said an update was required but then I got an error message saying 'wireless usb transceiver firmware update failed'. It is quite disappointing for a 200 $ headset. Is there anything else I can try? Thanks.

In last week or so using headset more I would guess it only actually works about 30% of the time, the rest of the time its hanging console, hanging controller or deafening me with stuttering audio. I have been a Razer fan for years particularly when I was more into PC gaming, bought the Xbox Nari Ultimate thinking it would be similar quality to the older mice, keyboards and headsets but its an absolute joke to be honest for a 'premium' headset. Think I will pursue sending it back via Amazon and switching to an alternative brand. The support is poor, the website keeps talking about updating firmware (can't its an xbox set) or connecting to synapse (can't I have a Mac and the Synapse doesn't recognise it) and it doesn't even show up on the Xbox razor headset app. Up there with the worst purchase I have made for gaming.
