Hello!
I'm having issues with my Razer laptop when I connect via my cellphone's hotspot. It shows that I'm connected to the internet, but in fact I can't open any websites or download files. Sometimes it does work randomly though, and then disconnects again. I connect via USB and the phone is listed under networks. Everything seems to be set up correctly, but I can't establish a working connection for more than 5-10 mins. Using the hotspot through WiFi doesn't work either. My phone can connect to the internet and works flawlessly, btw. I actually bought this machine for working *outside* the office, and this is exactly what I can't do right now. Kind of disappointing...
All the troubleshooting here in the forum and on the Razer website didn't resolve this issue so far. The only thing I won't do is to reset my computer. Any input is more than welcome!

What happens if you just use the mobile phone to connect to internet?
@tsn07 Were you able to isolate the issue by connecting your laptop to a different Wi-fi or hotspot network? Try to update or reinstall the Wi-fi driver and make sure Windows OS is up to date as well. If you're experiencing the same issue, PM me the serial number of your device so I can validate its model and forward your concern to our Software Team if necessary. I will lock this thread to curb our conversation private
