Razer electra v2 usb not detected

yesterday i was playing and out of the thin air sound stopped working and the whole headset isnt working!

tried it on 2 other pc and the same problem

cant use frimware updater because it cant detect the headset

this is not acceptable from a huge company like razer for its products to stop working without any reason like that, and thats not the only issue i have been having with the headset, its just full of bugs and failures, sometime the sound stops, sometime the sound glitches, and sometimes i does not work at all.....



i know there is no solution for this, i am just writing this to razer so they can work harder on their products

oh and i cant replace it because i have passed the warranty limit...

I'm sorry to hear that. If you don't mind me asking, have you tried uninstalling the device driver with the error code 43? Also, which operating system are you using to test the headset?

yes i tried to deinstall the errcode 43 driver and used it on Windows 10 and tried 8.1 also

Did this happen right out of the box? In any case, please PM me the serial number of your headset so we can try to update the firmware.

I have the same problem, tried any usb port etc and it wont work. my pc doesnt detect the electra v2

I have the same problem, yesterday they worked, and a half afternoon the micro stopped working

Do you guys mind sending me a PM with a screenshot of your System Information window and the serial number of your headsets? I'm currently looking into this being caused by a Windows updater, so I'm hoping all of you would cooperate.
