Razer Electra V2 USB Stop Working

i have a brand new Razer Electra V2 Usb, so, im playing the division 2 fine, and then the sound go off, the lights go off, i unplug the headset and reconnect and now it's not recognized by windows, when i open the device manager, there's and unknown usb device, show error 43. i contact razer support, nd the answer was "download and install Errorkit because is a windows error" so to check if was a windows error, i plug the device on another pc that never plug the headset before, and the error is the same. so, Razer has a quality issue, but then a support issue, so, i will go to the store, to see if there provide some king of replacement or im fucked... note to myself: next time just get a Logtech headset, this is my first and last razer device
